We had an engine emergency while visiting Vancouver from Seattle. The staff was polite but not helpful. They said they couldn’t even look at the car for another one week. There was no consideration that we were a family with young children visiting Vancouver. Thankfully we found a local auto repair shop who took the car in the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The big difference was that the owner of the shop was very kind and considerate and wanted to help us. Being an Audi customer for the last 6 years, it was very disappointing. It matters a lot when the help comes at the right time.

We bought our car yesterday and we felt gratitude of not only the new car but the behavior and kindness that we received from the team. We're so glad we got our car from downtown audi.
First off, Palmar was responsible for our sales and he has been our spokesperson over the months of back and forth conversations regarding the car before we made the purchase. He's so friendly, so kind and so well spoken that we can't recommend him enough. Not even once he was agitated with our questions. He's like a friend we made in the course of this car buying experience.
Then we interacted with Austin, the manager of the store and he was the most polite and approachable manager that we have ever come across. He proves that why this audi dealership is the best out there because a leader like him could have the best team ever.
Our special shout out and mention to our beloved Chris, the finance manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we walk out of the store with our car. Chris is just the best. He's an amazing human being and the best at his job. Only because of Chris we have the car today. Chris and Palmer stayed till 9.30 until we drove with our car.
I think Bavindar was the guy who handed over our car and made us understand everything. His behavior was amazing top notch as well.
Overall, I can't restate enough how amazing this whole team is and their behavior and kindness is just unparallel. More than a luxury car we are so glad we walked with such graciousness from the whole team.

Great initial car selection experience at Audi Downtown. Was unsure about going electric. They were very patient and answered my questions and concerns.

Word of Caution:
If you buy the Audi After Care packages they will say they are "Fully Refundable" within 60 days but when you try to get a Refund then they say it's going to be held as a security deposit and you still pay for it each month but get no value and they will hold it until the contract terminates.

We bought a vehicle in 2020, and it’s had no working subwoofer ever since. I went in to fix a blown speaker and they finally figured out there’s a short circuit causing the subwoofer not to work. We are over three years into our four year lease and the car doesn’t have a proper working sound system. It’ll be a while yet to fix this issue. I want a refund as I paid for a brand new 2020 audi s5 sportback with a package that hasn’t delivered.

I tried to call the dealership. I was cordial and reasonable. But of course I’m told to pound sand and that we “couldn’t prove” that it was defective to begin with. What kind of premium service is this?

On top of that, when we went to buy the car the finance manager a female said to us “most of my customers pay cash” and insinuated which country they usually come from. I was shocked and appalled. When I brought this up to the Sales Manager at the time he said “shhh… don’t say that too loud you might upset her. ” Upset her? About about upset me? Not to mention the process was painful in Finance. One of our main credit cards wasn’t showing up on the credit bureau, and when we said we will contact Equifax to rectify it we will surely qualify. Well, we were told by this woman that “no you need to apply for a new credit card and come back I. Two years when we establish your credit. ” Excuse me? I fixed it and asked for another finance manager at the time who got it approved no problem. I used to do credit analysis and finance myself I don’t appreciate being told I’m a liar and I definitely don’t appreciate the service from this dealership. Shame on you.

Also we were promised a cargo mat. “Ya no problem. ” When we picked up the car I said I want the mat please before signing. “Ya don’t worry sorry parts forgot I’ll get it for you. ” Then weeks later dodging us and we had to go to Langley audi to buy a new one full pop. I hate when people lie!

Very terrible car buying experience. They removed the tires and rims without my consent, replaced it with another type, then negotiated to give me the original tires, but the delivery date has passed and they still haven't fulfilled their promise, so now I just want to return the rims as soon as possible. They don't pay attention to customer needsapnd customer right at all. This behaviour of stealing is unacceptable. I will never ever recommend anyone to come here.

Although there are good comments, in my case it has been a very bad experience, I bought a pre-owned car 2 months ago (June 23), I trusted the Audi brand, they offered me a three-month guarantee and also offered me immediate maintenance where they assured me that the car would not fail in 1 year, however, I am disappointed, when I had just driven for only 1.5 months the car failed, I was coming towards my house and the EPC light came on and the car started spewing black smoke, luckily I was close from my house, otherwise it would have left me on the road with a high risk of an accident. When I contacted Audi, to make use of the warranty they told me that I had to pay for the tow truck and take the car to the technical service for evaluation, after doing the diagnosis Mr. Aaron Wong told me that a sales manager (Mrs. Sunny) would call, Because the defects that occurred in the car were not under warranty and I would have to pay $6,213 CAD for the repair, I consider it disrespectful that they have breached the warranty commitment. I feel cheated by the brand, it has been a very bad experience, because the failure is directly related to a problem with the car. On the other hand, considering that the law is clear in British Columbia "Under BC law, a level of quality, performance and durability is implied in every sales contract.
When you buy a car from a dealer, it has to be:
• suitable for the purpose for which it was purchased
• “Saleable” quality (has to work)
• durable for a reasonable period of time
• "as described"
These conditions are the legal guarantee. They apply whether the dealer mentions them or not.
If the car is defective or not as described, the legal guarantee. It can give you the right to repair or replace the car, or cancel the contract and get your money back. "
So, I hope Audi fix this problem soon, because my car is still broke down. Credibility, trust, brand and customers are the most important things in business and so far they have failed at this.

Disappointed with unprofessional service in a so-call professional brand.
We bought a car in their shop then be requested to bring our car to the shop for cleaning, they changed the parts of the car without informing us. After tons of conversations with dealers first Dylan, then Austin and waiting time, my girl was shouted by General Manager of the shop- named Sunny? -because their internal problems. My girl’s issue haven’t been fixed for days. This is our first bad experience in life to buy car, strongly not recommended for new buyers.

Don’t buy a car here - they sold me a lemon then did everything in their power to make my life difficult. I’ve had the car for 8 months, 2 of which the car has been in the shop. Also, make sure you get your inspection report previous to take possession of the car! The sales people will lie to your face to make the sale. They told me their “admin team was behind” … I believed nothing was wrong with the car, but then the inspection report stated otherwise (when I got it multiple days after buying the car). I thought Audi was trustworthy but boy was I wrong.

We had a great experience with Mitchell at this Audi dealership. He was kind, friendly, and professional, and went out of his way to accomodate our needs. He actually drove the vehicle all the way over to the Commercial Drive area to allow my husband to test drive it on his lunch break, as he wasn't able to get over to the dealership in time before closing. He also invited us to bring our dog along (as our pup is an important member of the family) to experience the vehicle. We chose a Mazda CX-5 that was available from a previous trade in, and it turned out Mitchell also has lots of experience with Japanese cars that was really helpful. Thanks, Mitchell!

I just bought a new Audi from Hilbert at the Burrard location and I am so impressed with his service and assistance. I had a very tight schedule and needed Hilbert's help. A member of the sales team reached out to me about a car that I was selling privately. A mutually agreed price was set via text which was more than fair considering the value of the car. They asked me to come in so they could take a look at the car.

Once I came in, they notified me that the brakes would need to be replaced for them to be able to sell the car. According to Pooya, this would cost them 2k-3k to service, as all it needs are pads (absurd price). I then offered to replace the brakes myself with new OEM brakes on the car and we could stick to the agreed price. They did not entertain that offer, Pooya the sales manager proceeded to keep low balling me. The sales person was very considerate and up front with me. Please treat your customers fairly, this was a huge waste of my time.

Be careful with your cars!!!

Here's what happened:

My husband and I took a test drive of a Q8 five weeks ago. When we got home, we decided to buy it and put down a $1,000 deposit.

Four weeks ago, we were going to pick up the car. At the beginning, the staff took us to check the car's interior, exterior, mileage meter and cleaning condition, and restored the car's electronic program to factory Settings in front of us, so there was no connection between carpaly and Bluetooth.

Later, due to the lack of documents, we failed to get the car on that day. So we made an appointment to pick up the car next week.

It was late that day after we finished all the documents, and we thought we had checked it before, so we didn't check it again. But on the way home, we found that someone had driven our car after we had checked it last time!
- The mileage increased by more than 200 kilometers!
- There's a strange name on Carpaly!
- The most disgusting thing is! A hotel room card showed up! !!

We turned back immediately, but your shop was closed. We responded to the salesman, who said that 200 kilometers was because he helped us pick up the tire. The carpaly link was them boss, and the room card belonged to the previous owner.

Do you think everyone else is stupid? !!
- You didn't even have a tire storage address five miles away, and you made 20 trips to pick it up for us?!
- Your boss is free to drive a car that a customer has already paid down? !(Then they explained that the car had been driven out by a parking attendant )
- The room card wasn't there the last time we checked it, but this time it's there, and it belongs to the previous owner? !

I think we need a reasonable explanation, not such a stupid excuse, it has been more than two weeks, we have not received any reply, does all this seem normal to you?

On a reminder, really hope all guests coming here must be careful with your cars!!!

Additional:

We received a call from the person in charge, maybe he is the sales manager. We felt that his tone and attitude were very poor, so we chose to hang up, but he kept calling us like crazy.

After answering the call, he kept shirking responsibility and said that it was not their problem. He said that he only drove an extra 210km, and he didn't know who put the room card in. He said that he would give us a gas card worth $50-100, and then asked us to delete the comment.

I'm sorry, we don't need this $50, I just want to leave this comment to let everyone know what you are like. It's really disgusting.

Stopped by recently looking for a RS3 to look at and was directed to speak to a particular salesman. I let him know upon meeting him that I'm looking around at them and wanted to find the perfect one and possibly some information on when the new one was going to come to market.

The experience all went downhill from that point on as I was constantly cut of while talking, sales man had to make 15-20 calls just to try and see if the car they had was around or if it was getting detailed. Then while sitting directly in front of me starting telling someone on the other line that I wanted to buy it and I just needed to see it which was completely untrue as I had not even seen the car yet. That was one of the sales rep experiences I have experienced and I would never go back to buy a car from this dealership

Not saying everyone's like this, but there are definitely some typical car salesman there, (a yours truly starting with TH). As a potential buyer, 3 tips to get yourself the best deal and avoid having to re-negotiate.
1.mindset; expect to be upsold on unnecessary things
2.know exactly what you need and your options from the actual manufacturer and dont let 'financing' fool you
3.know your coverages and exactly what you need, don't get fueled by fear or urgency. You can come back later and get those other things, but you cannot undo a purchase.

- overall, definitely some good people, but this one's just for those bad apples. I'm sure you know who you are

Made me come twice for one issue and still haven’t resolved. This was after paid in full already. The second time they told me that it would be done by the day, we went and waited for another two hours after work hours till 7: 00 pm only to be told that it would not be fixed. They said the service advisor will call me and send a guy to pick up the car and after that to drop off. We never got a call, I called back and they said they will call us last Thursday or Friday.we still haven’t gotten any calls again and is still waiting for it to be picked up. No courtesy car available from the dealer, My husband have to take Uber to home after drop off for last two trips and ride a bike for around 1 hour and half to pick up my Q8. Good car but the service is not that good.

The car dealership is fine, but the insurance broker Alex Lam at there is a fraud, full of lies. Try to sell you third party insurance and tell you it's ICBC insurance. Told me that the the third party insurance will cover 4 years and include partial loss even windshield. Also told me when I transfer my lease, the insurance can go to the next owner. Turn out to be it's only valid for three years and did not cover anything beside total loss. Also, when I do lease transfer, they don't cover anything for the new owner, but they still need to continue pay the monthly fee till end of lease term! Full of lies and with out responsibility, just try to get his referral fee. Avoid the insurance broker here.

I bought a used 2018 Honda Civic, on April 25th, from one of your more experienced salesmen. He was nice and friendly. I traded in my Hyundai Veloster as part of the deal too. On the day of the car swap/trade in, I took the WeatherTech mats out of my car as they were quite pricey. However, I didn’t replace them with any mats at all, so understandably, the Salesman was upset. He threatened to charge me $300-400 for the mats and to hold the Honda Civic mats for ransom until I returned the mats for the Veloster. I was taken back by all of that, it’s an AUDI dealership, childish threats like that doesn’t even make sense. He just needs to ask me to bring them back and I would. For the record, he ended up NOT holding anything for ransom and I brought the mats back the next day.

Jad was the guy who showed me my car and all its features. Even though it was a Honda, he did an admirable job and I appreciated his efforts. However, once that was done and he handed over the key, Jad notified me that there was only 1 key. I was surprised as it’s a given that a car comes with 2 key fobs. After complaining for a bit, the Salesman came up and was trying to justify why there was one key. “When you buy a used car, sometimes you get one key. ” THAT got me livid! I don’t mind buying a car with one key fob, but that should’ve been disclosed at the beginning so I can decide before making the purchase and perhaps haggle on the price a bit more. After 20 mins of arguing, the manager agreed that the Salesman needs to get me the replacement fob, either from the original owner or out of his own pocket. I honestly don’t think he knew about the car having only one fob, and it bothers me that the dealership made him pay for it as it wasn’t him who got the Honda as a trade-in.

After a week of emailing the Salesman, he found someone to make me a replacement key. However, it was from a dodgy traveling key maker who wouldn’t tell me where he is located until the day before. I had to drive to Surrey to meet up with him which was a huge inconvenience. The key guy was not only late, but he also didn’t even show up to the location he said he would be at. I had to drive another 6km to meet up with him. After making the key, while testing out the physical key, he put a deep scratch on the door handle. Obviously, he denied it but it’s a car that uses a fob, there is no reason for anyone to have a key in that area to make that mark other than him. The irony of a key maker being the one that makes a mark on my car while making me a replacement key.

Lastly, as part of the “negotiations, ” the Salesman promised me a $200 gas card from the Spin to Win promotion. That was on April 25th, it took me a few weeks of constant emailing/texting before I finally got it on June 8th. It other bothers me that I had to chase him down to get what's rightfully mine, the extra key and gift card. The Salesman was not good at replying to my text/email once the sale was done which was extremely disappointing. After sales care is what brings the customers back and gets future referrals. It’s safe to say, this was the worst experience I have had buying a car.

I gave them 2 stars cause Jad was awesome!

Takeaways:

1) ALWAYS ask about the # of keys before you buy a used car!
2) If they negotiate in a gas/visa gift card, get it in writing on when you’ll receive it.
3) Watch the key makers like a hawk when they test out the newly carved keys.

I was hesitant about which car would be my next one. I took the time to try different models and Daniel Brereton walked me through all the details and specs. He was patient and not too pushy which is nice. I ended up buying a Q3 3 months after my initial visit and I am super happy with it. Daniel gave me the confidence that I bough the right car for me. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of dealerships in my life, but, never has one surpassed the 15/10 experience that I had with Audi Downtown Vancouver. Firstly, you ARE standing in western Canada’s “creme de la creme” square block of car decadence! The team at ADV are second to none!
From my salesman, Billy, to negotiator, Jason, to (AllWest) insurance pro, Stephanie, to automobile financial advisor extraordinaire, Allison Peters, to John, who walked me through operating my new car, to the guys that made baby blue shine like the star she is; I assure you-you are in the best hands ever!
I purchased the last brand new, 2020 C8 Corvette Coupe available in North America from them, which they just happened to have.
I’ve proudly owned 2 Audi’s in my life. I would purchase one again.who wouldn’t want to run around ALL-YEAR in a super car? That’s what Audi’s all about.

They charge a diagnostic fee every time a car comes in. They missed the problem with the car, had to bring it in to be re-repaired three times. Initially they replaced their poor work, the second time they tried to charge me to re-diagnose the problem. I had to fight to get them to take responsibility for their work. As a result of this the representative who was helping me passed off my account to another rep (I think because he knew they had made mistakes) so the new representative had this attitude as if I was attempting to scam them. It was really confusing and irritating as the event wasted my time on three separate occasions. There are a few other really fantastic Audi mechanics I would recommend. It is important to have a mechanic who does not have a vested interest in protecting the brand identity of Audi and just want you to solve whatever problem needs to be fixed. Its actually insane how much money I wasted and how shiny surface level 'service' is actually counter productive 'non-service'.

Had a great shopping experience at Audi Downtown thanks to Brian and George. My wife and I traded in 2 cars and purchased an amazing 2017 A3 with all the bells and whistles. We love the car and I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Brian for getting us down there and thank you George for getting us into the car we wanted.

There are 2 recalls from audi, and I haven't received any! One of them is that the tailgate opens by itself. Thought I left it open 3 times. (I knew I didn't). But found out that it was a software issue and no one bothered to tell me! Got over a thousand dollars in property stolen from me. Audi said they wouldn't reimburse me because then everyone will want to be reimbursed. Ridiculous! A real joke! Won't be releasing an audi again after this one is up. Take a hike audi. Your a real joke of a car company to hide from your responsibility!

I leased my new Audi from Mike Ko at Audi Downtown just recently and not only was he exceptional to deal with but it was easy and smooth. He was top notch and not your typical sales guy. Very professional. Highly recommend dealing with Mike!

I purchased a used A3 Sportback from ADV a few weeks ago. Shopping for used cars is never fun, regardless of budget. It can be a stressful, time-consuming process. Well, my experience with ADV could not have been any further from it. Dealing with Andrew Butterworth and Oscar Ngai was a pleasure. These are well-trained sales professionals with excellent people’s skills: personable, respectful, reasonable and clear. The whole buying experience was a breeze, and their service was superior to anything I had experienced with car dealers before. Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue. Francis Tan has always been a pleasure to deal with. He initially helped me with a purchase last year with finding a Q7. Although Audi was not originally on my list of suvs, my wife and i stepped into Audi Downtown Vancouver to see the Q7, which is when Francis immediately approached us to assist. Even though I told him that we were not really looking at Audi, he didn't seem to mind and went out of his way to make us comfortable to browse and ask him questions.this is not what I had received at the nearby BMW and Land Rover dealerships.
I appreciated his frankness and attention, as well as his professionalism so much that we closed a deal that day.
We told him that we would use him for our next purchase, in which we just did last week for my wife's car. Both Francis and Jay Barron helped with my wife's car and stayed well past closing time to make the deal work for our budget.thank you both, we will certainly be back for our next purchase.
On a final note, I would like to add that all the people in the Audi Service Department are a pleasure to work with, especially Jonathan who always is quick to assist.

Mike Ko - Quick, easy, very informative & willing to work diligently towards my budget! I was referred to Mike from a work colleague who had a very positive experience with him just a few months ago. I had seen Mike on Instagram before then decided to call him after the referral. I feel Mike worked with me for what I was looking for, didn't try and over sell / up sell me on features I highlighted I didn't need. All in all it was a comfortable experience, I had the car 3 days later and the family loves it! Thank you again Mike, currently looking for your next client!

This review is long overdue. I bought my car from the fine people of Audi Downtown on Aug. 11,2018. The showroom is beautiful (the lightroom is particularly cool!) and the staff there do a great job of greeting you without being intrusive. I had the pleasure of dealing with George G. He really knows his products and doesn't overwhelm you with information like some sales persons do. He is attentive and patient. And he's helpful. We had many discussions as I contemplated the purchase and he provided good insight and advice. I appreciated that he wasn't talking to me like a "salesman". Also, special thanks to the Lara in financing, the fellow who did the insurance paperwork and the lady at reception (I forget her name, east Indian lady I think but I may be mistaken, but she was nice taking care of us while the car and paperwork was being prepared). Also Between George and the jaw dropping beauty of the Audi that I purchased I have nothing but good words to say about my experience and if you're reading this I hope the same for you. Keep up the good work people of Audi Downtown.

My experience with the sales team and management at DT Audi was so bad that I feel compelled to write my first ever review. I provided my credit card info.for a deposit on a used car. Two hours later they called to say they sold the car to someone else, and they had done nothing wrong because they never put my credit card through. Also said not their fault as I wasn't physically in the showroom when I provided the credit card info. (even though the sales guy - Mike- had told me this was okay).
This, however, isn't why I am giving them one star. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how the mistakes are handled that counts. In the case of DT Audi, when I called to sort things out with sales manager (Jay), he *literally* picked up the phone defensive and angry, interrupted me every time I tried to speak and raised his voice repeatedly. It was crazy. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman that I was shown such disrespect, but the guy should not be in the customer service profession. I was so appalled that I sent an email to the GM, Jeff, to provide some direct feedback about my experience but of course he never responded. From all the positive reviews, my sense is this place is great if nothing goes wrong, but if it does, watch out - the mask slips! Loathsome.

Purchased a CPO from them a year ago and I still see all the corners cut. They guarantee 300+ point inspection. I was told to sign the paperwork so the car doesn't get sold on me and they will take car of all the deficiencies. 5 weeks later I get the car and notice a ton of things not fixed. The car wasnt even detailed. There was a ton of sand in the trunk. All the scratches/rock chips were repaired poorly. So wait another week to pick up the vehicle. Now the car is cleaner but still not clean (sand still in all over the trunk still). Against my better judgement they tell me to take the car for a bit and bring it back. So within the first week of taking possession I notice there's a shake in steering wheel and humning noise above 90kmph, my AC isn't working properly and there's paint overspray all over the windshield. So I bring it back 2-3 more times to fix the same issues. Service kept changing parts and the problem got better but did not go away fully. I just gave up. I accepted the car and just lived with it. So fast forward a year later I needed to service the vehicle. I then see the extent of corners they cut to save money. My air filter never got changed during their 300+ pt inspection. It came out completely clogged full of gunk. Like a 5+ year old air filter. This is my final straw. They will promise you everything to sell you the car but will half ass everything and try to slide as much throw hoping you won't know. This is my first and last car from Downtown Audi. I should've stuck with BMW or Benz. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the service department is decent.

My visit to your dealership was on Sep 20,2018, and my intention was to see how much my car was worth and how much more I needed to pay on top of the trade-in value to buy the 2016 S3. It was Chris Chan who accompanied me during the whole walk through. I have to say I am not impressed with Chris' way of handling client. As it was just our first meet, he was trying to urge me to make a decision, not to mention his unprofessionalism when he grabbed my insurance paper from my car and photocopied it without my consent. I saw the whole thing without mentioning it in front of him and just would like to see how the process would end.

I am not sure if he just dislikes me or he had a bad day yesterday. I just wish I would not have to deal with him any more.

In comparison, I must say the reception lady was great. As soon as I approached her after walking in, she greeted me and kindly asked me if needed anything to drink.

I used to be a salesperson, and I understand how important it is to know your client before recommending anything. Rough selling by simply telling the client what to do and implying how silly the client is won't work in today's market.

We had a great experience with Downtown Audi. Sales associate Patrick Chan was extremely helpful, explaining all the features and benefits of our 2018 Q5. Patrick obtain a very fair deal for us. He also help resolved an issue we had with an Audi service after the car was delivered which Audi Care was not clear on.

With all the predatory and inexperienced dealerships out there, I have to say, this dealership is a well oiled machine. Demanding nothing but the best from it’s employees. They seem to put priority on customer experience and retention. Professional and genuinely welcoming from arrival to drive out.

Mike Bhalla was my salesperson, Jenny Chen was my financial services manager. Both very professional and very like-able. I was also given an appreciative thank-you from the GM or sales manager (I missed his name) who went out of his way just to do that.

Audi Downtown Vancouver should be the benchmark all dealerships should strive for.

Will I go back? Why would I risk going anywhere else?

I was really impressed with this dealership from the get go. I contacted Christopher Chan about a used Acura he had on his inventory. He was professional, upfront and personable. I had a bad experience at an Acura dealership prior to meeting Chris so found his professionalism refreshing. This dealership is very fine tuned - after I stated a pick up date for the car they had all my financing papers and insurance all ready for me to sign - totally on time - no messing around. Chris kept me in the loop along the way too. After leaving with the car Chris followed up with me a few days later to ensure I was happy with the vehicle and asked if I had any questions. I even received an email from the general manager of the dealership to thank me for my business. Customer service is awesome here! Would definitely recommend this dealership. I know the next time I’m in the market for another car I’m coming here first! Thanks Chris for a great car buying experience.

Audi Downtown provided great customer service and provided the perfect car for my needs. Chris Chan was the individual who helped me through the entire process. He made sure I had everything I needed and that I got exactly what I came for. His professionalism made the process not only seamless, but enjoyable as well.

I usually don't take the time to post reviews but the client experience i had yesterday was nothing short of extraordinary! I brought my car in to get the brakes checked and the fob battery replaced yesterday and was helped by Phil. He went above and beyond what I was expecting or had ever experienced before. He took the time to explain things in detail and the professionalism and generosity displayed left a huge positive impact on me.
Needless to say, I am a huge advocate now and highly recommend them.

We just took delivery of my band new Q7 today. So excited! Francis Tan is an excellent sales consultant. Thanks to his effort, we got an amazing deal. He is very nice and patient all the time, took good care of us when we pick up the car today, organized everything perfect and patiently explain the features and functions of my new Q7. Unforgettable experience. We will definitely come back again for our next new ride!
