Never go here for service absolutely poor!
Lengthy wait delayed repeatedly with no apology while I was packing a toddler around, given I do not live in Nanaimo or close by to go home. No loaner vehicle… no coffee offered, no coffee water & to top it off the only thing I asked for them to do after the regular scheduled service was to put wiper blades on they did not. Poor service will never be back

Customer service at this dealership is the worst I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I’m not speaking of sales department, strictly speaking of service department. Have had appointments scheduled and arrive, leave car, a couple hours later they call and say they don’t have the parts to service my car, even though they knew what I was coming in for. Still issues with our q5, they diagnosed it again, we were told they’d order parts and would be two to three weeks to arrive and will call us to schedule. No call ever came. We’ve called, received excuse of they’re very busy and someone will call us to update us. Still awaiting call. We’ve left numerous voicemails and still no call or whereabouts on our part…. The part was “ordered” in September…3 months ago!
I highly recommended another car dealership if you’re thinking of purchasing here and having service done here.

Purchasing our vehicle with Audi Nanaimo has been a great experience. Kris, the sales manager, made us feel comfortable the moment we came into the dealership and throughout the sales process. Elliot, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in answering our questions. I would highly recommend working with Elliot as your sales rep, as he’s genuine and cares about his clients. Picking our car up was a fun experience with excellent service from the whole team, from accounting to insurance, making the process smooth and easy which was fantastic!

This was my third Audi purchased from Denis Kirk. The last one was rear ended at high speed but I walked away without injury thanks to the Audi technology. So there was only one brand I was buying to replace it, and only one Guy I would choose to help. Denis is knowledgeable, honest, and service oriented. I don't need to worry about any details, I know he always takes care of me. The Q4 E-Tron is the most responsive car I have ever driven and I have had some very nice cars from all the major luxury brands. Pedal to power it is unbeatable. I would say to anyone looking to buy a safe, but very fun vehicle. Call Denis. He will take care of you.

Denis Kirk, Andrea and the rest of the team at Audi Nanaimo are wonderful. With Denis at the helm, our search for a new vehicle was incredibly efficient and enjoyable. Absolutely appalling customer service. Curt, unfriendly staff who seem to be too busy all the time. 4 days of waiting and then no call back when the car is finally ready, until 15 minutes before closing time when its too late to get there. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life, and expected far better from Audi!

I recently purchased a beautiful Ford Escape from Audi Nanaimo and it was an amazing experience! This was my first journey into financing and owning a newer vehicle so I was quite nervous diving into the unknown! When I came to Audi I was beyond comfortable. I had this idea that there would be a lot of pressure from the sales team and I would be overwhelmed but this was NOT the case at all. All of the staff made it a very calm and enjoyable experience. They were knowledgeable, super friendly and the environment was very laid back. When we were talking details they answered all my questions perfectly and worked with my budget to find the right plan for me. I took some time to make my final decision and they were respectful with giving the space I needed to do so. The price of my vehicle was fantastic and they also had it detailed, polished and a full tank of gas the day I arrived! There was even a big beautiful bow on top! Truly above and beyond. A huge thank you to Reza, Leroy and Kim for everything! And also the crew behind the scenes I did not get to meet but I would guarantee they would be just as wonderful!

We have been very pleased when we purchased our Q 5 at Audi Nanaimo. Jeffrey’s, the sales associate, approach appeared very relaxed and full of detailed information about the car. We immediately found common ground and an affable atmosphere was established. The whole team of manager Reza Sourate did a great job, especially when we picked up the Audi: The Q 5 under a black cover adored with red ribbon was very charming and reflected perhaps the current situation (like masked up). Leroy introduced us to our vehicle with extraordinary knowledge, remarkable tips and excellent advice. We are very happy that we chose Audi Nanaimo.

Both have done a great job explaining any necessary repairs and ensuring a fair price. My recent Q5 purchase with Reza (and Leroy) was a very pleasant experience, as they helped me find the best fit for my needs, and then took the time to show me all of the details of the new vehicle. They are very courteous, as are all members of the Audi team.

Came in to Audi to see what they had on the lot. I was pleasantly surprised by the no hassle approach. It's nice to be able to talk to someone informative even though I wasn't ready to buy quite yet. I spoke with Jeffery and will definitely come back to see him in the future! Highly recommend.

We did our research and knew exactly what we wanted in terms of a new vehicle model, trade value and price point. Our Audi personable sales lead (Jeffery) worked diligently with us ~ no pressure. His approach to customer sales was very refreshing; ultimately resulting in a stress free experience. The team from Reza down were very professional and attentive to our questions, concerns and ensured we were comfortable with our final decisions. New vehicle orientation provided by Leroy was exceptional, and final document prep with Lisa was informative and very efficient. The dealership Covid 19 plan was well laid out and complied with diligently by all staff from all aspects. I congratulate this dealership for their exemplary Customer Service.

I recently purchased a used 2018 Q3 from Audi Nanaimo and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and especially the service. I called ahead from Squamish making arrangements to view the vehicle where the staff immaculately detailed the SUV having it front and centre in the showroom like one of their top of the line vehicles. Two salesman met me right at the door and introduced me to my new car by name. They never pushed any sale only answering all my question and getting to know who I am. I have purchased 6 vehicles previously and Audi Nanaimo has surpassed the overall experience by miles. Audi Nanaimo will always be my first call for future vehicles.

I have recently bought a new Audi Q5 55 TFSI e at Audi Nanaimo and I am revising my review (considering that most of the staff at this dealership has been changed by now—it seems that there have been some layoffs during the early days of the pandemic.)

Previously, my rating was 1/5. Currently, it's 3/5. I think my main concern is threefold: 1. Nobody at Audi Nanaimo wears face masks during the pandemic. This makes zero sense to me. 2. Audi Nanaimo refuses to send shuttles to the RDN, even though I live 16 km (20 min) from the dealership. 3. Really, everyone with the exception of Reza Sourate (who has always treated me with a great amount of respect) hasn't been too friendly or kind. If these issues were to be solved tomorrow, I would give a 5/5 rating. However, there's obviously a bit of work to me done.

Most recently, I had a great experience dealing with Reza: He was polite and knowledgeable, a formidable negotiating partner, and a solid businessman. After about a week's discussion, we had sealed the deal and I had the car and everything I wanted. I do wish that the salespeople would know a bit more about the electric/hybrid features (for instance, no one told me that I had to simply press the button on the charger to go from "50%" to "100%" in order to speed up the charging—or that I needed a precisely 240V/40A socket to be able to benefit from Level 2 charging). These little details go a long way where customer satisfaction is concerned.

Having said this, it's also important to note that I was treated *very* differently when I had my 2016 Q3 serviced and when I bought my 2020 Q5, and it makes sense: when you're not going to make a sale, what's the point in being polite, right? I hope you'll disagree with me.:)

Long story short, when I had my Q3 serviced, I had major issues with a service advisor telling me my car "wasn't driveable" because it had a faulty LED controller—and though the car was under CPO warranty, it took some doing to get the service manager to repair the issue. Likewise, the brakes in the car were making a horrific squealing noise, but the story kept changing from minute to minute: first, I was told that there was "a rock in the calliper, " then that the rotor had something in it, then that the tired had been "cut" on the inside of the sidewall. For the most part, this was all untrue, and I had to go to Audi Victoria to get some of these issues sorted.

In the end, I feel a *lot* better about Audi Nanaimo than when I first began to deal with them (roughly two years ago). Change is good, so here's to hoping that there will be a bit more change!

Working with Audi Nanaimo to obtain my 2018 S5 Sportback was an absolute pleasure. From the moment I inquired on-line, to completing the sale and picking up my new vehicle, I was treated with respect, provided with valuable information to help me both arrive at a decision and learn more about the vehicle, and never felt rushed or pressured during my car buying experience. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant to work with, and Reza, who was the primary person helping me, was exemplary in his approach.

With regard to the vehicle, I for some time had been thinking about downsizing to one vehicle. I had both an SUV and a roadster. I finally found the perfect combination in the S5 Sportback — sporty power and handling, comfort, and lots of available space configurable to cart my pets and various belongings.

It is great to be back to an Audi!

I bought 2016 pre owned honda civic in mid of feburary and I went to buy from surrey to Nanaimo. I reached ther ein evening so I was not having enough time to inspect car throughly.these guys provided me their inspection report and saying vehicle have no issues. I bought the car and came to surrey and went for the vehicle inspection at Canadian Tire. They failed my inspection because they said my car needs new tires immediately and they have cracks and they have only 3/32nd tire tread left. I checked these guys inspection report and that stated tires have a tread of 6/3nd.which means the actual tires are worn out 30 percent more then it stated in report. I asked for compensation and they agreed to pay me $200 (but never paid). I asked it is too less as new tires cost me more than $1000. I asked for 400 and at end I said atleast pay me 300. I was told that I will be contacted back but I never heard back. I messaged few times and then they replied they trust their mechanics/inspection guys.but I said its very clear the tire tread is only 3/32nd not 6/32nd. I was again promised to contact back and then when I was trying to ask for update I was told he is off work as He met with an accident. I think being an Audi Dealer its too bad for providing misleading inspection report and then not compensating for the same (jus $300). I will be attaching both the reports here with this.be aware dont go by Brand name.

I was interested in Audi tts and was lucky enough to find one in Nanaimo. I had a few questions about the car bc it came from Ontario. My questions were promptly answered and documentation provided by the manger Adams. I felt my questions were throughly answered and I took a ferry from Vancouver to see the car. I was picked up by Chris and we then took a test drive of the car. Chris was eager to show me the car and was very informative. The test drive was at least 30 mins. I went to another Audi dealership and it was only ten minutes. Negotiating the final price of the car took a bit of time but in the end I felt it was fair. If your a novice negotiator I would recommend bringing someone who is more experienced with negotiations. Before leaving the dealership with my new car I got a very thorough review with Tufan. He also said if I had any questions to reach him. At the end of the day I love my new car and am happy I made the trip to Audi Nanaimo.
