Jerry the salesman who I dealt with was very professional, courteous, and did not pressure me in anyway. I put a deposit down on a Mercedes-Benz and due to an opportunity to go back to study in the US I requested my deposit back and backed out of the deal. Jerry was gracious enough to give me my deposit and helped me to back out of the deal. I will deal with the sales person in the future for sure.

Bought an Audi q8. Experienced an issue with engine and Tharsan was amazing at helping. He was able to get it fixed faster than expected since parts came from Germany. Answered all our questions. Great costumer service.

Overall, quite happy with my recent experience with the service department. Particularly with Ryan Lee the service advisor, very quick responses to my concerns and double checks the work done. My last visit a rubber grommet was not put back on and Ryan sent someone out to get it taken care of the same day!

I’ve been here a few times now and thought I’d leave a review. Brought my car in for detailing by Geovanni - he and his team did an amazing and thorough job. Ryan, the service advisor is also excellent in my interactions for car maintenance.

This particular location offers exceptional service - they have great communication and transparency in how they handle customers. The price range is expensive as expected from dealerships; but here, you definitely get what you pay.

NOT THE CAR THAT WAS ORDERED. I'd give them more than 5 stars if possible! We were greeted by the time the doors opened. The experience we had with ELERY was awesome! He explained every detail of the car and answered our questions to the tooth! Even the ones that were about the vehicle that could break the deal. He took all his time just to explain everything well and really prevented the pressure into buying a vehicle. Good to know we still have those kinds of sales people! (Specialist, I mean). A lot of times, we get really excited and would go straight to pricing, but he would slow us down a bit to explain the car more! This is what we call, great customer service! Now, on top of ELERY being awesome! Tony and Jacob came by to ask how we're all doing and how our experience was with the car! They were awesome people to talk to! Very inviting and non judging! What more can we ask? ! Except, for the long wait for vehicle turnaround, but that happens to every single dealership. Keep up the good work team Audi Richmond! Really happy with this experience! I had my 2021 SQ5 serviced this week, all that was needed was a navigation software update. Eric Wang who was my Service Technician was professional and everything went smoothly. I must say their shuttle drivers are excellent, Eugene was outstanding, they both made the short ride there and back enjoyable. Of all the shuttle drivers I’ve had in all my lifetime these 2 guys stood head and shoulders above them all as for my car. It works better than ever before!

We had a major maintenance in April which took 6 hours. The brake system warning light lit up on our road trip from Vancouver to Alberta in mid June when we were on the high way. Had to stop at Kamloops and called Audi Richmond, but they couldn't provide any solution. Tried to find help in a local auto service provider in the small town of Clearwater. The technician there opened the hood and found that the brake reservoir cap wasn't put back on after the service at Audi Richmond, which was really unprofessional. The technician also said that we were really lucky to still have the brake all the way down there, and it could even result in a fire if things went worse.

Not only does the staff at Audi Richmond take care of their customers when in their facility, they go out of their way to work for their customers when the customer cannot be at their facility. Booked a service appointment to fix an Audi issue on their RPM error and coolant issue then service advisor Cam advises that nothing cannot be helped since it’s warranty expired 2-3 days ago. Attempted to book an appointment 2 weeks advance but states not their problem for client not knowing expiration of warranty. Service desk didn’t do it’s due diligence on advising customer. Car was leased for 4 years but warranty ends 2 weeks before lease expiration. Cam did not make an effort to help aside from deferring the blame to another Open Road Audi. Bad customer service and wasted my entire morning. Will not purchase anything from this dealership. Will spread my frustration to my social media.

The car had water leaking during these a couple of days! Very disappointed and never buy Audi, very bad quality and service! I have an Audi A3 Convertible car for less than 2 years. After the weekend, we found water leaking in the car on Monday, November 15th, 2021. I drove to the Richmond dealer in Automall, the service advisor said it's normal for Audi, I am not the only one, and his house is leaking! The The next day he said they tested, found nothing except wind and storm! Please note the storm happened in the afternoon on Monday, I drove the car around 10 am! The car should be recalled.

I bought an used Audi S5 a couple of months ago and recently found some oil leaking  problems, I decided to go to Audi Richmond for inspection on October 1st.   The Audi service adviser was Eric Wang from the maintenance department.   I am impressed with a detailed shop arrival record  including the mileage and the car body photos of the four sides. I have  a secure feeling about Audi handling of my car.    At noon the next day, he explained to me  a clear picture of the inspection process and I have confident with their repair service.

So I agreed to leave the car for further inspection and correction.   The repair process is long and difficult. I hope they could go down to find the real problem. Mr. Eric Wang gave me all the true information and explanations with photos so that I can understand how the car is going to be repaired.   After waiting for the parts for two weeks, he told me the car has been repaired and tested, but there are still problems. I am very grateful to the Audi maintenance team for their hard work and professionalism. They tested repeatedly and finally succeeded.  I am so happy to see my car on the road.

I once took the car to another shop for repairs, but they couldn’t find the real problem. So I decided to go to Audi.   The service teams are so technical and professional and yes they found and fixed the problem.  I got the most reassuring service. The car repair took a month. Now  back home.   After a week of trial, everything was normal. The original problem has been solved. I feel that the car is healthy and safe to drive. I am very grateful to Eric Wang/Amanda/Ryan Lee, as well as the repair technicians, A big  thank you! And finally I will share this experience with my family and friends about Audi Richmond’s superb service.

Audi Richmond certainly stepped up to the plate after having bought a 2006 Lexus. When we purchased it had been inspected by their service Department. But as a precautionary we had he car examined by our own mechanic who found several matters that had inadvertently been over looked by Audi service department. One to do with steering was a fairly significant issue not cheap to repair. Brought it to Michael Chen’s attention and he made arrangements with their service department (Tharsan) to deal with the matter. Audi Richmond completed the repair at their expense and provided us with a loaner for the week the car was being repaired. Audi Richmond is highly recommended. They did what they said they would do. We own a 2015 A3, nice machine but have experienced a few issues. Late last year we reached out to Audi Care and found them unapologetic and unwilling to assist the customer. Enter Audi Richmond and their spectacular service team. The Service Manager made every effort to work with us and resolve the complaint. The service was completed, the issue resolved and a customer retained. Suffice to say, without these efforts Audi Canada would have lost a customer. Their Richmond representation restored our faith in the brand. Thank you Audi Richmond!

Hm where do I start? I was seriously shocked and so disappointed by the Audi centre in Richmond. You go there as a customer they treat you like a Queen, but god forbid if you ask them for a service or to charge your car. My husband bought me an Etron with every extra that it can come with. We were promised that we were able to charge it in any Audi centre anywhere for free. When I took my Audi there for a service I was treated ok, could've been better. Staff is somewhat nice. But then one time I was passing Richmond and my car was low on charge, so I went there to charge it. First the guy at the door, friendly and asked me what I'm here for. He showed me who to talked to. At the front desk the lady asked me q's about where I bought the car first, how much charge I'd like to put and looking at her face i was surprised when she told me to go charge it somewhere else. After insisting to talk to her manager, manager said same thing, just because I had bought my car from somewhere else and not from them. After I told them my husband had there some service done then the manager agreed on letting me charge my car for only 20 mins though.
The the guy at the door, now very annoyed and not so friendly anymore showed me to the charging station. Exactly after 19 mins, the front desk lady came and told me time was passed and I had to leave. Shaking head.
Such a disgrace to treat people like that. Audi Richmond should be ashamed of their attitude and customer treatment. They treat you like you are nothing and shame you even buying an Audi from somewhere else.
Kudos to the staff and services of Audi centre in Langley, who are really so friendly and helpful, amazingly patient.

We were in the market for a larger SUV for the better part of a year, and when a vehicle we dreamed of having appeared we decided to drive down to Richmond from the interior to look at an Audi certified Q7. In all of a matter of hours, the dealership had an appointment booked for us and the vehicle we wanted to look at parked at the entrance. All the staff from receptionists, sales and finance were a pleasure to deal with. We had the opportunity to have Ashely as our brand specialist, and to say she was fantastic would be the understatement of the century. From beginning to end she went above and beyond for us, making us feel comfortable and well informed during the whole process of buying a new vehicle. We drove back home with a vehicle we loved and the reassurance we made the right decision to go to Audi Richmond. If you’re looking for a new or used Audi I would highly recommend Audi Richmond and requesting Ashely to guide you through the process. We certainly didn’t regret it. Great experience, very happy with the purchase and all subsequent service. Cameron has always provided excellent customer service by his strong communication skills, and I had the chance to receive a break down directly from the professional who worked on my vehicle - Ivan. He explained the servicing to me and even made suggestions to what I should expect in the future, which was great to know and I was quite happy overall.

Would recommend that anyone searching for a luxury vehicle first goes to this business!

Online sales experience was not so great. I asked for a test drive at home because I saw that advertised on the site. However, the vehicle I wanted got sold because I never got the test drive for weeks even though I was told it would be. In the end I ended up buying elsewhere.

Went in for a routine service, was quoted 2 hours for the job but it ended up taking 4.5 hours. (Due to being short staffed and over booked) Quite frustrating but the service advisor was more than apologetic and offered to provide a loaner so I could make it to another appointment. They also threw in the wiper blade replacements as I had requested to have them changed. Not so pleasant start but I was pleased in the end.

Cam Leclerc has been my service advisor for more than five years. He has consistently been competent and friendly. Any question I have regarding my Audi, Cam can answer. Every problem I have with my A7, Cam can manage. Cam is outstanding!

Yesterday Cam was away, and I dealt with Eric Wang - he arranged a quick emergency detail after coffee spilled on my driver’s seat. Fast, professional, and friendly.

I had the most awesome car shopping experience here with Hiroshi. Geniality and honesty are the best words to describe all the interactions with him. I had done my research and had decided on a specific trim of Q5 prior to going there, and all I planned on discussing was only the numbers. Despite that, Hiroshi still ensured I learned about all the quirks and features, and took me for a longer test drive before jumping into the numbers. Negotiation was straight forward too, they offered me straight up more than what I expected on my trade-in ($6000 more than other dealership)

Worst experience ever. My first vehicle in my life, a 2019 A7 (demo) leased from the Richmond location just in March/April. 1). Right after the deal was made, salesperson became hard to reach out to (this was even before the delivery). 2). The salesperson promised a delivery date already but kept finding excuses to delay until my dad finally called in to complain. 3). Front license plate bracket was not even installed (even until now). 4). The interior was poorly detailed, could see watermarks along the driver’s door interior. Extremely irresponsible. 5). I strongly doubt if the vehicle was not even properly charged before the delivery since the first couple days after the delivery the vehicle seems to be difficult to start up. 6) The store itself has poor organizing delivery process since I was told to purchase the insurance first and then they would deliver the vehicle; however, after the purchase of insurance, car was not even detailed yet. 7). The salesperson’s tone of voice was super impatient and seemed like was just brushing me off. 8). When I see this guy in person again, he would ask questions like “where’s your boyfriend? ”, “how come your boyfriend didn’t come with you? ”. 9). After this one time I finally told him that he is not doing his job and is being irresponsible, he asked me what horoscope I am and why am I so aggressive. 10). What is even more shocking is that he then asked me if I drink and if I wanted to drink with him. If I knew Audi would offer this kind of experience for its customers, I would’ve purchased my first car from BMW or Mercedes Benz. I wonder how they would treat their customers especially if the kind of car purchased was over $100,000. This is absolutely not a luxury experience at all. Even Mcdonalds or Subway has much better service.

Came in today to service my wife’s A4. We came in a bit early for our appointment but the wait did not take long (make sure to come at the time of your appointment not earlier or later, expect to wait if that’s the case). They have an amazing coffee machine and other optional beverages like water and tea when waiting or leaving ;). Our service advisor Tharsan definitely took care of us. Besides me yapping away he got us in and out to enjoy our day. When we got back he had our vehicle outside ready for us and had it nice and shiny. Since we got the Audi care it didn’t cost us a thing for our service. Definitely coming back for this kind of quality of service!

Ryan Lee from service department was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is very limited. It was very nice that they could accommodate to my schedule. But I highly recommend that they should have at least one more shuttle car as a back up especially during the rush hours.

Excellent customer service - the service department is consistently clear on explaining what work will be done and the expected costs.

Pre-booked appointments are recommended but they have also been very accommodating on early morning drop in visits, in a pinch.

I’ve had my Audi for 6 years. Unfortunately my vehicle was one of the recall vehicles during the “dieselgate scandal”. As a result, I’ve spent countless hours at Audi trying to get my vehicle fixed. I must say dealing with Kam from Audi Richmond through this process was great. I mean, I’ve spent too many hours to count at Audi since August 2018 with my infant. I am now no longer able to wait for hours at the dealership between my job and toddler. I called today to schedule a service and requested that my vehicle be picked up for the service. The woman I spoke to asked her manager Robert who said I must pay a valet fee of $39. I am beyond frustrated with Audi. I don’t mind paying the fee however you would think that would just waive it since I’ve been inconvenienced for the last 15 months going back and forth to the dealership. I am now arranging babysitting after work so I can drop my vehicle off, picking up a loaner, and then coming back the evening after to pick up. At this point I don’t even care for the service. Super frustrated with Audi and not inclined to purchase from them again. I should mention it says in my purchase agreement that “valet service would be included”.

Staff are amazing and I always get my service done here. Ask for Tharsan, as he is the go-to guy for your audi

Came here to trade in my car they specifically told me if I got a scratch fixed and some maintenance done they would bring my trade in value from 14,000to 20,000. So I took time off work got everything done spent the money. Came back two weeks later, they said they never said that and had all these lies. Went to another dealer they gave me 20,000 on the spot no questions asked didn't even look at it.

PS the cars are all way cheaper at open road audi on boundary in Burnaby

I got a nail in my audi. I brought in to Audi Richmond right away. Cam is super nice and he has been very helpful. After all inspection, nothing is needed to repair. Very honest and great service dealership. Highly recommended.

Kind of annoying we have to take Audi care claims to a third party. I feel like if they want to do that fine, but take our car over there for us. I didn't expect to have to go to two places for service. People and service @ Audi were great.
