AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF! I booked an oil service for my 2009 Audi R8 in May 2023 and was quoted $500+tax over the phone when booking the appointment. When I showed up to my appointment 4 weeks later, they took my car in and had a service rep (named Aaron) come talk to me asking if I had received a quote for the service, to which I answered "yes, $500+tax as you told me over the phone". The service rep Aaron then told me there is no way they would have given me such a quote (even though 4 other Audi locations quoted the same amount and still do to this day) and told me it will cost me $960+tax. I refused to be blatantly ripped off and demanded my car back, cancelling the service.

I later contacted the service manager, Gui Dwyer, informing him of the issue. He claimed they never quoted me the $500 price until I informed him that I had a recording of the phone conversation, at which time he magically found an explanation that he "identified a discrepancy to the software that has pre-loaded quotes". Gui offered to honor my $500+tax quote this one time along with a free car wash and squeezed me in a few days later.

They did my oil service as promised, but "didn't have time for the car wash" (and didn't inform me until after I paid) and also charged me an additional $93.35+tax for one drain plug (a bolt that costs about a dollar). A few days later, my dash lit up saying to add a quart of oil immediately, which has NEVER happened in the 10+ years I've owned my car. Gui said I can bring my car in to have them double check their work (with no promise that they won't charge me additional money), but I will NEVER return to this business full of liars, manipulators and scammers.

As an additional cherry on top, when I gave my info including e-mail address to the service rep, I specifically asked that my info not be shared with anyone and that I don't receive any marketing communications, to which they assured me they would not. Several weeks after my appointment and the resulting issues, I received multiple e-mails and text messages from Chris O'Neill (general manager) telling me about "invitation only" offers trying to convince me to buy a car from them. Again, they will lie, lie, lie and do anything to make a buck off you.

If you're allergic to money and love being ripped off, this is the Audi Service center for you. If you do decide to do business with them, record your phone calls and put a recording device in your car during your service appointment.

Brought my vehicle in for a routine service. Prior to commencing the work they sit you down and go through the line items listed in the service based on the milage of your vehicle. While I appreciate this step, I didn't appreciate my service rep trying to upsell me on a brake fluid flush and carbon clean up.

They break down the cost for each of these services with you and I decided to just do the $475 service (oil change, sunroof service, etc). To my surprise the bill came out to $900. You see they do not factor in the "parts" when sharing these services which is so deceitful and unethical.

So they charged $475 for labour when my car was in the shop for less than 3 hours - do the math.does that make sense?

Do not go here for service for your vehicle. Go to a local shop that specializes in German vehicles - this place is a racket

I have relied on Vancouver Audi Service since 2015 to maintain my Audi and have always been satisfied with the service. I have really enjoyed driving the various Audi loaner cars over the years as well which are usually Q5s. I had the appearance package and they took care of every claim I made and loaned me a replacement car for free each time. They give me a ride home and back if the car is in for a few hours for routine maintenance. They always wash the car for free as well. There are large windows between the waiting area and the garage where you can see the mechanics working on cars.

My rep was a gem and they fixed up everything. Also got me a really good rate on tires for my RSQ8.10/10

Ivan's service made me very happy. Although my car something went wrong, but he gave me a perfect service experience. He was very enthusiastic, paid attention to details, and patiently gave me professional answers. I am really happy and grateful. I will recommend him to my friends.

My car was brought in on a tow truck with engine problems. I had the good fortune of having Aaron Wong as my Service Advisor and he did a tremendous job under difficult circumstances. Since I live on Vancouver Island all of our communications were by phone.
Aaron did a great job explaining the process and keeping me I the loop throughout the week. He delivered as promised on time and within the money that I approved, Aaron was personable and pleasant to deal with. I could not have asked for better service at a dealership especially since I had no previous experience at Vancouver Audi.
This speaks volumes for the dealership for having such great people working there.

With my recent experience this place is become horrible. The service manager was rude and he don't really care about anything except money. I did have a full audi after care and then refused to check my car until i sign for 1000$. Because he said he don't know after care cover the inspection for the car. Find some other service center!

Money grab central. $170 to "diagnose" the problem. The problem was very evident - just fix it. Chirpy service guy didn't help matters. Won't be back.

Parts manager, Ken always provides exceptional service for my car. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and patient to answer any questions or concerns I have with my A4. Highly recommended to visit this location for any car repairs or maintenance!

Disappointing service. As a pre auto company receptionist, you really need to improve your customer service a little, I literally have to come in to the store because of a manufacturing flaw that exist in my car, not even my fault and they made me wait for 15-30 mins after arrival coz apparently only their time is valuable. And when they promised me to give a call, I waited several hours for the call and when I called back and they told me that the car is finished already. I couldn’t call my doctor because I was waiting for you guys to call. And in the afternoon while I was trying to call to make sure there is a ride to pick me up to pick up my vehicle, no one picked up, and I called twice. Seriously, stop apologizing and do better.

Called for Information on my Audi's Life prior to my purchase, and I was politely greeted by Whitney.
Whitney was patient and helpful in finding out about my vehicles past history, even though she quickly found out the vehicle had never visited Audi Downtown she was able to inform me it had a full Audi Service History. She also asked if I would ever consider using their Services.
With Whitney's help and guidance I look forward to bringing my Audi to them moving forward

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PHIL HOWE, was rude and not helpful at all, go to other service centres for your service needs as this advisor will not give you the service you deserve

I went to different Audi dealerships around the country the last few years and this is by far the best dealership experience I had. Ran into some mechanical issues during my drive from Montréal to Victoria and dropped in without an appointment. Mechanics were very understanding even when the problem did not repeat itself in the garage. I also needed a service which was done in a day. Cory was very helpful and even provided recommendations about what do do while I was waiting for my car. He also called multiple times to let me know the status of the car and confirm repairs.
