AUDI CANADA says that Audi Victoria will not honour their warantee. Strange, because I have never been there. SCAM! AND now someone claiming to be Carl Monroe, Business Manager is taking issue with my honest review. Fix your customer service and this faulty Audi that was sold to me!

This is the first time that I went to the service department of Audi Victoria. I was very pleasantly surprised that every staffs concern and interest. We were greeted very professionally and friendly. We are amazed at how friendly the service department was, and how efficient they were, and how friendly the sales people and helpful they were

Everyone at the dealership, exceptional Todd, Hunter and Josiah helped me tremendously. Buying cars can be tricky, and they all helped to soothe my worries. Excellent service and help too! Highly recommend!

The people here are really nice to deal with. They didn't try and push any cars on us and made the experience fantastic from looking for a car, to buying one, and now that we own an audi they continue to look after us and be wonderful to deal with.

Would highly suggest staying as far away from Audi. They’re the typical sales people: and will do anything and everything for a sale but didn’t take care of us. We spent a small amount of money to try and see how the service was and we’re so glad we didn’t spent more money. Absolutely pathetic and we suggest just going to Vancouver if you want an Audi. Company is ran by crooks.

My current review here is against Audi Parts / accounting ONLY as I am being transparent and specific about my terrible experience with this department since March. I placed an online order for parts and paid then decided to cancel. Audi parts accepted to refund me less 10% for restocking. I was shocked when I saw that the reapplied the amount that supposed to be refunded as a PURCHACE. After long time waste and stressful communication they refunded me the amount in April.

On June 13 they reapplied the amount for the second time error for no clear reason. They never communicated with me about the transaction ….

Not sure what’s happing with with accounting / accountant there? !

Going through a terrible and stressful and unprofessional experience with such a dealer ship is a slap on the face especially that I have been in business with Taylor Audi, Audi Saskatoon, Royal Oak Audi, and Audi Burnaby for over 10 years in I never had any issues with them. I always recommend Audi as a vehicle and it’s dealerships excellent services to my community. Unfortunately this Victoria Audi parts department has serious service issues.

Now I am still going through stressful time between them and the dispute department with master card.

Be careful with your credit card transactions with Audi Victoria parts.

Stopped by last week to the Victoria Audi Dealership. Our salesperson Graeme Clark was friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t really considering an Audi at first but Graeme really turned me around. We will be back!

Fanatic experience. Todd my salesman was amazing, really friendly and engaging and not annoying and pushy like some dealers, this was a huge for me. Zoe in finance was amazing too had some good laughs with her and she really went the extra mile to get me into my new car.

I must give five stars because Audi Victoria had the car that I wanted and I had a pleasant buying experience. I will surely come back for another car in the future!

I was thinking of a new car roughly a week ago, I own an Audi Q7.

Not happy with customer service. After two days of rain I noticed my trunk door full of water and so I asked them to have a quick 2min look while its still very noticeable before I book an appointment. The guy smiled at me and told me to come back in 10days and pay 200$ an hour for them to even lift a finger. Mainland dealers know that those 2min of their time would have brought me back for service.
