One star means it is the lowest available I can choose. Samsung told me in there business days someone will reach out to me for repair. Since 1st, I received the first call on 16th around 9: 30 for repair between 10-3 same day. When I said not available at home, they said to call me next week. When I called them 22nd, they said call me on 23rd to schedule on 24 or 25th. No response at all. When I call today, they said next week. They really don’t know how to schedule and provide the service.

Doesn’t return voicemails or emails after several attempts over several weeks despite being recommended by Samsung. Very poor communication and service.

Tanya was pleasant to talk to on the phone and email to arrange a time. Victor and Yusef came to fix my TV and they worked very fast, the whole process took only 30 mins and the TV is working now.

Excellent service from Audio-Video Electronics. From scheduling to the actual repair, the process was very smooth. Victor and his colleague came at the requested time and repaired my TV promptly. Highly recommend their services!

I would personally have given a negative star if I could for your service. It's very hard to communicate with the staff if they don't want to hear you. It's considered rude when you refused to let the customer speak? After explaining the conversation we had with the initial staff the manager or other staff who was put on to talk to us only made things worse. She started shouting instead of talking. All I could hear was false promises and hanging up when I asked to provide a timeline on our repairs. Not at once we received an apology from either staff for not updating us on the repair. We were promised by the staff that they will follow up with the technician and call us with an update. 3 weeks have past and no one has updated us on the technician or the part that requires fixing. I personally feel like our request was completely ignored. Its unfortunate that I have to write a bad review based on the experience I have had with this company. I am sure you can improve on your communication and reach out to clients with an update even if you don't have an update tell us truthfully. You don't have to beat around the bush. Its already frustrating to deal with repairs and dealing with unhelpful staff doesn't help. I wish your company luck and I hope you can improve by providing some customer service training to staff.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I have an older model 75" UHD TV. The service tech needed to source an obsolete part from South Korea. Once the part arrived, we talked about the cost to repair the TV and what other work should be done at this time. Within an hour of agreeing to the repairs, the TV was working again. I recommend this service company for all TV repairs. Since they are so busy, expect to wait for them to look at your TV.

Seems like they are too busy to take clients. I've called them twice to book a repair, they said we will email you to get more information but they never got back to me!

This company is horrendous. I was called by a service agent who proceeded to argue with me trying to tell me that I was wrong and that my tv wasn’t actually not working, despite him never seeing my tv or testing it! Then he said he would set an appointment date to come pick up the tv to fix and never called back. A week later I called them back and they said that they would be here on Wednesday to come pick up the tv, well, Wednesday comes and goes and no one picks up the tv nor do they call me.
Do not deal with this company if you do not have to, immature, unorganized, frustrating, are three adjectives I would use to sum up this company.

I should have looked into it from the moment I set the phone number to 6969. If you want to complete the repair early, it is much better to look elsewhere or exchange it at Best Buy.

I called them asking them when I can pick up my TV because i've already waited for 2 months for them just to repair a small discolouration. Unfortunately I had them on speaker and the owner Kent started screaming at me for no reason and just hung up on me. My poor children heard everything and I had to go consolidate them after.

One star because zero stars is not an option. This has to be the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with – incredibly frustrating – I had a TV from best buy under warranty that they were supposed to fix and they refused to schedule it in for repairs for 3 weeks. They kept giving excuses that they were too busy and they’d consistently tell me they would call me back the next day but never would. If you press them to give you answers they’ll be quite rude and hang up… that’s if you can get a hold of them. I would avoid dealing with them at all cost, ask best buy to send you somewhere else for repairs.

I got my LG C1 OLED picked up by this company last week. Tanya who was helping me over the phone, She manage for pick up and drop off my tv, was super friendly and accommodating on my request. She made sure the driver calls me before arriving and got my tv repair in a less than a week.

I also think their pricing is honest and fair because I have asked around and got other quotes from other companies. High quality, technical experts and easy to work with. They went out of their way to attend to our issue and made sure we understood what was going on `with our equipment.
My washer and dryer are now as good as new.

Came here just to get a new gasket installed on my refrigerator. It turned out to be a bigger issue than that. The team at Audio- Video and the assigned technician Tony went over and above to fix the issue and were constantly updating me and in touch with the manufacturer. I just picked up my NAD this morning. It was cutting off while in use and sometimes don't turn on. Called NAD and directed me here.
Well, been using it all day and it's now perfectly fine. The attention to detail was commendable, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about delivering the best results for their customers.

Turnaround time for the repair was surprisingly quick. Audio Video understands the value of time and made every effort to expedite the process without compromising on quality. Definitely earned my trust and for future business! Highly recommendable!

The biggest scam ever. So I brought in my NAD amplifier for a repair and they’re the authorized dealer to fix NAD. So they told me my hdmi plug wasn’t working and the replacement cost is $1600. So i decided to bring my amp to “Global AV electronics” which he told me I jus need a system update for my amp and till today it’s working in perfect order. Me and gf literally got into a physical fight with them because the owner “KENT” is so temperamental. I would give this place a negative 100 for this business if I could. Visions guided to bring my items here so pls be aware. Go somewhere else!
