I have had multiple wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tse. I was referred by my grandparents as my last dentist cut my tongue removing a wisdom tooth. I knew that I needed other work and was expecting the condescending side glances that I got from my old dentist when I needed anything done, but they were actually really nice about it and didn't give me the "you need to better" shtick. Best dental office I have ever been to.

Aura Dental in West Kelowna is staffed by friendly, kind and knowledgeable people.
I feel Covid safe there too.

Aura Dental makes visiting the dentist a comfortable experience. They keep me informed prior to treatment what is covered through my insurance so there are no surprise charges and when they didn't, they fixed the issue immediately so I did not have to pay. Plus they always give me a prize for no cavities and for being a good patient to show my nieces and nephews what happens when you visit a dentist.

Dr. Tse is a wizard. In and out in under 30 min for a filling. Zero pain during or after. Wouldn't go to anyone else. His team is amazing aswell.

Dr. Tse and the staff at Aura Dental are the absolute best. We've always had good experiences there for cleanings, but when my 7 year old had a dental emergency this summer, Dr. Tse made sure he was promptly and well taken care of, even calling the following day to check how he was doing. We are very grateful to have them as our dental clinic.

Dr Tse and his staff are skilled and professional and above all, make you feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. I've been going to this dental practice for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
On a side note, during major dental work, I've actually fallen asleep in the chair while being worked on.that's takes skill and talent!
