Great clean and kids friendly atmosphere. Staff are all very welcoming. Dr Lin is super friendly and goes extra mile to explain and listen to any concern I have. One other thing I was very impressed with their customer service skill was that they actually talk to children directly and hear their side of concern! My son felt included in the whole process and felt respected!

Aura Orthodontics Review
My daughters last appointment was 8 days ago. I was promised a written explanation of appointment and findings from last to this this appointment so that I could share with coparent so we could decide what to do as one parent was not present. I have yet to receive this even though promised within a day or two of appointment.

They text me for a review with wrong name. I jokingly respond and let them know they have wrong name and they assure me they have updated records yet continue to get texts in wrong name.

During appointment, my 8 year old was so upset and crying (understandably, who wants an appliance put in their mouth) and asked the main girl if we could go. We did not need to see the orthodontist. She was great at explaining everything and showing me changes from last visit 18 months prior and had already consulted with orthodontist. I asked all my questions and understood and would get a report in a day or 2 but really wanted to get child out of there as we had been over an hour already BUT we were pressured to stay and my child had to endure yet another examination exactly the same and yet another unnecessary meltdown.

Always amazing and professional care. Great communication and easy going and accommodating. Very happy with the results for our son!

Best ortho office. I had a few consultations before I chose Aura Ortho. They are by far the kindest and most helpful. They gave me a few options for treatment plans and I was able to choose what I felt best doing. They are able to work out payment plans for your treatment as well, which is great. Highly recommend.:)

Staff was very gentle and kind. When working on my braces, they would to tell me what was going to happen and walked me through the process. Overall great experience, would recommend.

Decided to get braces (again) at 37 to correct a few teeth that had shifted after having braces in high school and not properly retaining them, seemed like the perfect year to do this! I received a few quotes and Aura was the only place that had a quote that made sense (I only wanted top ceramic braces, which were about half the price here vs top and bottom while others were quoting a $500-$1000 difference).

Dr. Lin was also the only one who took full photos at the consultation and also insisted on xrays to make sure it was safe to do the braces (apparently I have shortish roots?) before I could even book in which was a lot more reassuring than the other spots.

He was very patient with me (I asked a lot of questions throughout the treatment) and I was especially happy with the orthodontic assistant, Erica, that would change my wires, etc.at each visit and really appreciated how she would take the time to explain what was happening and expected to happen at each visit. She is super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very good at making what isn’t always a comfortable visit, as good as possible.

Front desk was also very friendly every time, the office is nice and clean, and I was always able to book an appointment time that worked well for me - plus, my teeth look great just as masks should be covering them up less and less, great experience all around!
