My son had an appointment today at 4pm originally. Got a call yesterday from one girl stating that they are short staffed and he would have to come sooner. Advised I have to work until 5, and that my husband will be bringing him there after getting off early from work too. Mentioned that the earliest will be around 3: 45pm. Was advised that was okay. And if we are late, to call them and advise. My husband and son got there at 3: 45 and waited. They were then notified that they were late and couldn’t see the orthodontist. They were told that there are other appointments waiting after them. This is terrible service! Would not be going back.

It am very happy with my final results.
Staff is super polite and responsible towards their patients.
Dr. Sharma is an amazing doctor he did really well.

The people who work there are so nice and are professional they made me feel safe at my appointment even when I’m really scared of any type of doctors

Not impressed. They take it personally when you have to reschedule the random appts that they have to book for you taking you away from work and other responsibilities.
Waited months to have discussion that could have taken place over the phone or by zoom. Said has to take place in person.only to find out my daughter needs to wear her elastics more. Made us wait half an hour, supposed to meet with the doctor, doctor didn’t show and conversation was definitely something that didn’t need us coming to the office to take place. Condescending tone of the clinic coordinator was not appreciated either about how we are not doing our part apparently.
If the conversation was so important, why didn’t they let us know by email or another form of message. Instead we ended up delaying another three months taking daughters braces off.
Also never cut her wires short enough and her dentist is very angry about the damage to her cheek because of this.

We have forgotten an appointment. The office called us within 10 minutes on the schedule appointment. I told her that we are sorry that we have forgotten. We are coming within 15 minutes. The lady told us we need to reschedule the appointment and there will be $75 charge. I am like. Never seen this kind of greedy. Need to find another orthodontics. Thank you for the business.

So happy I decided to go with Aura for my braces! The initial consultation was very thorough and they explained my treatment plan and costs. Everyone who works there has been courteous and helpful with any questions I have. I only started my braces journey so I can’t speak on the end result, however it has been a positive experience so far!

Phenomenal expertise and experience at the clinic. From the minute you walk in, you know you are in great hands. I started my invisalign earlier this year and the results have been better than imagined. My teeth had shifted post pregnancy, a visible awkward shift. Now, my smile is better than it's ever been. Dr Sharma was fantastic to work with and the flow at the clinic was easy. Scans/ x-rays all on point with no wait time.
