We are always greeted warmly. Doctors and staff very efficient and well-versed in precise and complicated dental techniques and procedures.

I came here last winter to have my teeth cleaned and X-rayed. The dentist said the X-rays showed that my lower left, upper left, lower right and upper right teeth all had cavities that needed to be removed. I had a my left bottom cavity cleaned at the end of December. But the doctor didn't pay attention to whether my teeth were clenching properly. Because the doctor didn't correct the height of the new material properly, my tooth has been hurting ever since. All the pressure from top teeth are all going to the highest filled tooth.

Since I don't trust their way of working on my teeth anymore. So I went to my old dentist's office and had my teeth straightened. Twice! But even the teeth are granted correctly the nerve in my lower left tooth still hurts unfailing now. And it’s really annoying. I feel they might hurt my dental nerve.

BTW, my previous dentist looked at my X-ray and told me that I didn't have any cavities, just some bacteria, which can be cleaned out during tooth cleaning, no need to clean the cavities.:)

My dental nerve may follow me forever due to their unprofessionalism.

My daughter so happy to see dentist and she not afraid of it. All staff are nice and friendly. We love it.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could… i went in for a wisdom tooth removal.about a year ago…. Everything went fine until I noticed the NEXT DAY…. I HAD TWO HOLES IN TWO OF MY FRONT TEETH…. (that i did not have a day prior) I ended up going back to ask what happened well i was asleep for me to now have two holes in my front teeth…… Dr koo looked me dead in the face and said i did it myself but they can fix it…of course she could because that means more money… but anyways how could someone get two holes in their front teeth with in a day after getting dental surgery? Was i eating rocks? No…. All i could eat was “soft food” also…. If i did put two holes in my teeth i wouldn’t be writing this review….
I absolutely HATE that dr koo couldn’t just own up… apologize and fix HER mistake…. Even if she apologized that honestly would’ve been good enough… but the fact she looked me dead in the face and said i did it to myself (meanwhile the day before surgery i took photos smiling… no holes…… the day after surgery i took photos smiling agin and i can clearly see the holes) If i did that to myself i would’ve gladly payed for her to fix it…. BUT I DID NOT PUT TWO HOLES IN MY OWN TEETH WITH IN A DAY AFTER DENTAL SURGERY……. If dr koo was willing to put two holes in my teeth just so i’d come back for more work and they would make more money… I couldn’t imagine what els she would do… MY TRUST IN DENTIST IS GONE… and i didn’t have any to begin with and this company new that… all this company cares about is your MONEY…. They DO NOT care about you…. Your teeth… or your mental health…. My Smile was my favourite part about my face and now i hate it all because of dr koo and her greediness/carelessness SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST…. THEY ARE NOT WORTH ANYTHING….

-NO I WILL NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY EVER AGIN… “its been a long time” I CAME IN THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS…. THE NEXT DAY AFTER SURGERY… & WAS TOLD I DID IT TO MYSELF…. Why on earth would i come in agin to get told the same thing…. “We can fix it but we won’t admit one of our dentist put two holes in your teeth” y’all can take that fake apology and EAT IT….

Dr Ross does extraordinary work and cares very much about his patients and is the best dentist I've ever had. Would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ross is an excellent dentist. He communicates all treatment and doesn't brush over any concerns. Would recommend him to everyone in Coquitlam.

Had my 2nd appointment and 1st real work done at Austin Dental Group today. My extraction and bone graft were done promptly and better yet pain free! Dr. Koo and her staff are very professional and go out of their way to explain how the procedures will be performed and to answer any questions you might have. I am very happy with my new choice of dental professionals and do not hesitate to recommend them!

Yes, they are very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. They are also extremely accommodating! What i value most is how good they are at explaining everything and matter of fact way of discussing options.

The staff and dental professionals there are great. They are friendly and supportive. I feel very comfortable and confident going there and when can you say THAT about the dentist's?

Austin Dental is simply a top of the line clinic. The staff is first rate from the reception, to supporting staff and Dentists. This group truly goes above and beyond to ensure that a thorough check-up is completed and that the patient has a sound understanding of the results. Follow up procedures that I required were handled promptly and with the upmost comfort and professionalism. I feel very fortunate to have found Austin Dental, and for the first time ever I actually enjoy going to the Dentist!

Had my teeth cleaned today. Pretty painless. Teeth feel great. Excellent consultation on what to expect and options. Great teamwork. Very professional and considerate.

Great visit other than being asked to pay for a follow-up check on some discomfort from a recent crown?

I really don't want to write a review concerning my recent experience with Dr. Lin of Austin Dental.
Is it because I had to return to her office months later to be told that the pain I was in was "normal" and having to demand something be done? No.
Is it because a filling that she did fell out a year later? No.
Is it because a week after a visit about a third of one of my molars cracked and fell out? Not in the least.

Truthfully, these things mark my experiences with other Dentists that I have encountered in any of the four countries I have lived in.

The reason I don't want to write this review is because Dr. Lin corrected two of these for me in short order, putting enough "dedication" into her work that at times her arms were straining in effort. All the while with a wonderfully cordial nature, an uncommon professionalism, and a smile not only beyond any normal call of duty, but radiant enough to be seen through her mask.
If Austin Dental were to be the crown of Dentistry, Dr. Lin is surely the Jewel.
Please disregard everything written above, so that I, and other people fortunate enough to already be in the know can continue to enjoy access to her amazing work with such a modest wait time.
