I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who doesn’t have a Google account:
I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Dr. Trung Hoang. Not only was she incredibly rude, but she also demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and respect for her patients. During my visit, it was evident that she didn't listen to a word I said, dismissing my concerns and questions without a second thought.
What's worse is that Dr. Trung Hoang provided me with false information, which only added to my frustration and confusion. Trust is paramount in the doctor-patient relationship, and I felt like I couldn't trust a word that came out of her mouth.
To top it all off, during a phone call to follow up on my treatment, she abruptly hung up on me without warning. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and only further highlights her lack of consideration for her patients' well-being.
I strongly advise anyone seeking medical care to steer clear of Dr. Trung Hoang. There are plenty of compassionate and competent healthcare providers out there who will treat you with the respect and care you deserve.
