Basically the Blundstone main store in Vancouver. They oiled and cared for my current pair of boots while I was getting a second, steel toe pair. Awesome experience!

First of all, I have one to two pairs of Blundstones for decades. I have worn them to Paris, to Africa, to New York and most extreme of all, to Saskatchewan in the winter!

My most recent experience with Saku in person at the store has reinforced and confirmed why I love the boots and the exceptional service.

The heel of one of my pairs broke. Without any suspicion or hesitation, Saku accessed that it was a rare manufacturing defect and I got to replace them with a new pair.
This type of amazing customer service is rare these days so I am very appreciative of it.

Called ahead to confirm a policy with their fabulous assistant manager, Alex and once I arrived I was treated like royalty. It's well worth it to go to a specialty shop. These folks know what they're talking about way more than the kids at the mall. I highly suggest giving this store a visit for work boots, casual boots, slippers, or leather treatment products from the Otter line. Parking is easy! 30 mins street parking is less than 2 bucks. I was in an out in a prompt and polite amount of time. Didn't feel rushed at all. Beautiful and clean interior. Thanks!

At the first I came Canada I noticed how much is popular and useful this boots. The price it wasn’t that much cheap for me but finally with my firs payment I bought this boots. It’s so frustrating after a month I have this boot now. It’s funny U even didn’t save my receipt cuz I was sure based on reviews I don’t need to return. Pleased look at this boot. I don’t want to refund I need replace it another one. It’s not fair

My first pair of original Blundstones were wonderful so when I was in need of replacing then I decided to order the non-safety style. I noticed right off the inside leather around the ankle was unfinished and rough, not like my other pair that were lined in soft padded leather. Walked the dog for 20 minutes around the block and could barely make it home as I was in so much discomfort. The front of my ankles were red and subsequently bruised for the next seven days. I have not put them on since. Reviewed the product with Australian Boot Company and they referred me to a boot fitting link. Nothing wrong with the foot bed rather it’s the fit around the ankles that is unbearable. Since I wore them outside there is no chance of returning them. Terrible customer service policy.

I've just bought a pair of RM Williams in Chestnut colorway. Thanks to the quick and dedicated of Alex, my boots are delivered quick and in the right sizes and the color that I like.

Don’t buy your boots from anywhere else. Great customer service and support. The boot conditioning/cleaning is also such a great service that’s FREE! Can’t recommend this place anymore than I have.

Fantastic customer service and experience! The staff were welcoming, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Received some great advice on how to break the boots in and how to maintain them as well. Looking forward to picking up another pair from here in the future!

I never write reviews, and I hate to be the one to complain. However, the staff member whom I dealt with was very condescending and rude. Never had this problem before. I Probably would have bought a pair of boots if it wasn't for the poor customer service.

I had and continue having nothing but positive experiences. Got my Blundstones in for a service and the attendant was very professional polite and informative. Was then informed about a line (not sure if it's their own or not) of icebreaker socks which I bought and are amazing. Anyone can sell a pair of boots or own a store but not a lot of people have excellent customer service. This is a place I will be recommending.

Amazing service! I've bought my Blundstones only from here and I've gotten my entire family and friends to buy theirs from here. The staff are so nice! I recently had an issue with my new Blundstones and submitted a warranty claim online. But Blundstone required that I cut off the elastics and tabs before I get a new pair sent in (essentially destroy the boots). I found this to be a HUGE waste of material/leather so I came into Australian Boot Company to see if they could do something else for me. They were able to replace my Blundstones for a new pair! And turns out they actually took my old pair to be repaired and donated! So, I was super happy they take this sort of care.
Also, their free conditioning is also SO nice. When I went in, they were very busy, but still offered to condition my boots!
