Got our very first vehicle! There was a little delay because of the holidays, but the sales advisor, Gurjot, personally made sure that the car will be delivered to us on the said date. Very smooth process since the beginning. He provided us several options that is within our budget. Even if it’s during the holidays when we applied, the approval process is fast and hassle-free. He gives an update regarding the location of the vehicle and the estimated time of arrival. We’re happy with the 2022 Mazda CX3 we got. I bough car from auto clearance Center, I have new credit and they’re able to get me approved, I’m so happy that Sarah helps me to get my first car highly recommended them?

I am sure this company is good at selling cars. But to be clear they share a building and a parking lot for children with autism and special needs. Some of the staff are fine. But some are so Ignorant and treat the parents and the children so poorly. I would not buy a car from people who don’t treat others with dignity. These families are already going through a lot and to be humiliated on top of this just isn’t right from no less than some car salesman.

Horrible Experience with Salesmen: Hidden Information and Unprofessional Behavior.

I recently had a very negative experience with this car dealership. I went to this place because a friend recommended it, but I regretted after purchase. The salespeople were extremely rude and impatient with me after sales, using inappropriate language, including using the f-word, when things didn't go their way. And threaten to cancel all the promised they made before buying the car.

Here are my suggestions to other buyers:
1. Always check everything carefully, including the Carfax and official inspection report before making a purchase.
2. They claim to inspect the cars with an authorized ICBC center before selling them to customers. Please ask them to provide a valid certificate from the authorized center, with a signature and contact number. They usually give inspection report in their name, not the official certificate.
3. Before signing any papers, check the details carefully. It won't take more than a minute, but it could save you a lot of trouble later.
4. If they promise any promotional offers, such as free services or an engine warranty, please take written confirmation on an official cover letter with a stamp and sign on it before moving forward.
In Summary, advise buyers not to trust them blindly and to take all necessary precautions before making a purchase.

I bought a car from here a month or 2 ago. The car was good though it was used but i had some issues with it and told the store about it within 10 days. But instead of satisfying the customer they gave dates and till now there's no response from their side and even they've started to not pick out calls. I'll suggest everyone if you guys buy car from here be ready to face worst after sales service. Now we spent our own hard earned money to made our car perfect.

About 6 months ago I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Veloster from Auto Clearance Centre. I was told there was no problems and that’s it’s a clean status. The day after I got it, the check engine light came on. It was obvious the dealership cleared the code before they sold it. I brought it back and they made me pay another $300 to fix this problem. They didn’t fix the problem, the last 6 months the problem hasn’t gone away. I’ve taken it back 3 times for them to fix it, and they haven’t done a thing to help me. Their exact words were “we’ve done a full inspection and nothing is wrong, probably only the sensors making the code come on”, if they would have done the inspection properly, they would’ve noticed it was burning oil AND had scoring in 3 of the cylinders. I also found out, this veloster has had $8000 of claims on it, and a replaced grill and front bumper.they didn’t tell me anything about this. I paid $13,500 for it, and have had nothing but problems with it. Do not trust this dealership, take your money somewhere else if you’re looking for a reliable car and trustworthy dealership.

Bought a 2012 Mazda 2 from ALLY! He gave me the best price for this car as I have been looking for a car for a while now. Definitely recommend seeing Ally if you want the most affordable price for your ideal car.

Called this place in the evening asking about a BMW X3 they have for sale after I texted them. I asked if they could provide the CarFax and some history about the car, and I was told I could get the info the following day.

I was then told (out of the blue) not to expect perfection and that it is not a new car. I asked him why he would say something like that, and asked if there was any damage or anything wrong with the car. He then told me that it is a seller's market and that he could list anything and it would sell.

I've never had such a bizarre conversation with a car dealer before. If you don't want to take calls after hours or are drunk/upset etc.then just don't pick up the phone - it's better than having a rude, condescending attitude.

Also, the car has been for sale for 16 days now and is unsold. Guess it's not such a seller's market, or these guys can't sell a car for their lives with their terrible customer service. Will look elsewhere, lots of people selling X3s!

They were super nice and they got me approved very fast and Mo and everyone was really nice and made everything easier also they let me to try the car for a day.

Super great service all around, walked in and was able to test drive a car in less than 5 minutes and they even sweetened the deal with a spare set of tires. We lucked out with the centre having the vehicle we were looking for, and the added benefit was interacting with the owner, Alex and GM, George. There was absolutely no pressure, the pricing was beyond fair (purchase and trade in) and with an unfortunate and unknown electrical issue with the vehicle, Alex and George did not hesitate to rectify the issue immediately, right to sending it to the dealership and having the technician diagnose and repair the matter. The biggest concern Alex and George had about this problem was how it may inconvenience us, and nothing else. This went so far as to offer to bring us out a replacement vehicle to our home and take ours until it was repaired. Without a doubt - this facility is the go-to place to find a used vehicle. Let them take care of you and you won't regret it. No games, no pressure, just some good people wanting to get you into a vehicle you WANT.

I was happy to see Jonathan review since I experienced the exact same thing.
I called to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in. The employee who responded was immediately rude to me as they picked up the phone asking me where I'm calling from not even telling me their name or dealer ship name.

I simply wanted to know more about the car and If the price was negotiable. The person could've simply said no and I would have moved on with my day but they were so rude in their answers. He also told me that dealership are smarter than everybody when it's related to cars. I mean yes it's your line of work but it doesn't mean you have the right to try to make me feel ignorant about cars.

I mean I didn't meant any disrespect towards the company or the person. I just wanted to ask questions and was answered rudely.

Let’s face it. It’s really not easy to find a car loan in an affordable rate while you are studying in BC. I have tried many dealers before I visited this place. However, none of them could satisfy my necessity overall. And the interest rate they have asked was super high. At the end, when I visited auto clearance centre, they did their best to give me a good deal and they were successful eventually. It just took them 2 days to get me approved with a super low interest rate and I got this beautiful car. They went an extra mile to satisfy my need. I really appreciate their effort and friendly behaviour, everyone working there really knows how to treat a customer, specially Mr Gorge. A big thumps up for them and I will suggest everyone to visit them at lest once before you decide to buy from some other dealers.

The vehicle deal was ok. But don't trust them easily because this pickup when I bought it after one week the radio didn't work and they told me come back after one 14 days because we don't have mechanic and after that no one repaired the radio so I have to repair from my pocket. And the second thing which frustrating the most is they got my initial to buy private road assistance vehicles insurance. They told me (Mohinder the guy) vehicle have warranty including in vehicle purchases price but It wasn't including. Also, don't put your review right way. Do it after you drive your vehicle at least for one week.

I'm living in canada less than a year and I dont have credit history here and not even a good credit score. I applied for financing in couple of prestigious car dealership, but got offered with very high interest rate (around 13 -15 %) which is really unbearable. One day late night around 3am I knocked AUTO CLEARANCE CENTER in their FB page for this car which was advertised in market place. Surprisingly they replied me immediately. The guy was Alex. I must say a wonderful cooperative and helpful person I have ever met from car industry here. Magically he managed my financing approval with least minimum interest rate which was beyond of my expectation. It was a tremendous nice team effort of Alex and Goerge. I usually don’t write reviews but the team at Auto Clearance Center really gave me exceptional service. I previously purchased a BMW and they really took care of me. I went back to them when I wanted to buy a Ferrari. It took a couple of months but they found me the exact Ferrari 458 I was looking for. They helped finance my purchase and now I am the proud owner of Ferrari that I have wanted all my life. In my opinion whether you are looking for an economy car or an exotic car these guys know what they are doing. Had a great experience with the folks at Auto Clearance Center. They really went the extra distance to get me into a great Mercedes. I probably went to 6 or 7 different dealers who kept trying to sell the junky cars that they wanted ti sell me and not what i wanted to buy. The manager and employees at Auto Clearance let me test drive 2 Audis and 3 mercedes and a BMW.

And u chose a Mercedes in the end a C300 snd im really happy. There was a noise coming from the trunk when i took it home and they said yo come back snd they would take a look. Turned out that the lock nut for the wheel was loose out if its plastic holder.

They put back in the holder and that was it. I been driving everywhere and showing everyone and they cant believe it id a 5 year old car.

It looks like new. I have recommended Auto Clearance to everyone i meet. I really feel like i was going ti get taken advantage if at other dealers but I hot the best service and car at Auto Clearance.

I went to several other dealers and was pressured and felt uncomfortable. The best deal for me was at Auto Clearance Center. I bought a great Audi A5 and got really good payments and am very happy. The whole crew at ACC was kind and friendly and answered all my questions. They showed me the carfax and a inspection report from a BC Provincially certified mechanical facility that is independent. I feel that they have great cars and great service even though it took me a week to decide. Thank you.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST service I've been involved with in my life. I bought a car from AUTO CLEARANCE CENTRE in April. It came with a 30 day warranty. I was told that the car went through a mechanical inspection and that the ONLY problem was a dead BATTERY. Everything else was fine. I was also told it went through inspection but it didn't. Instead they had another buyer test drive the car and was about to sell it under my nose even though I'd been an interested buyer since they got the car.
3 weeks later the car breaks down with a coolant leak. As it was still under warranty I called and was told that I should've bought a warranty. I replied, that's what I did and hence my call. They took the car in and I brought a note from my own mechanic with what possible problems it could be. Such as a radiator leak, water pump etc.
I was told they changed the water pump and that everything else was fine. I had to pay $400 for labour as it said in the warranty the buyer pays $60/h of labour. I didn't get a receipt for this and still hasn't gotten one despite numerous calls and texts. I was told it was going to be emailed to me. 4 days later the car breaks down again (overheats) and there's a clear leak. I bring the car to my own mechanic who solves the problem right away. A clear radiator leak and the whole radiator needed to be changed. This cost me an additional $800. And I have proof of all this. Next step is to take this business to small claims court.
So I just want to warn anybody who wants to buy a car from these people. Be WARE of these people because they're only after your money and do NOT really care about their customers nor their reputation.
