I have been going to this shop for the past three/four years. The facility is incredibly nice, the staff is accommodating, friendly, and takes the time to really understand what service is needed for your car. Numerous times I've come in trying to diagnose a strange sound and they have been patient with taking me out for a test drive to hear the right sound and showing me what is wrong with my car before going ahead with repairs. I find myself coming back to this shop despite moving different cities and making the longer drive.

Side note: This is one of the rare shops that doesn't up-charge or belittle my knowledge because I am a female. They listen through my lack of car jargon and treat me with respect. 10/10.

I bought a 2005 vehicle from private seller, and it has some issues, leaks on engine compartment, it was very frustrating. The good thing Auto Fierce fixed those issues. Thanks to Narin and Yous, thy are very knowledgeable, confident and honest, above all very reasonable charge.

I imported a very rare and unique car from Japan (Autozam AZ-1), and brought it here to be updated and legalized for BC laws. Despite the difficulty in finding parts for it, the team here at Auto-Fierce kept me in the loop on the progress they were making, and got everything I needed to get the car running, and all services were carried out quickly and at a reasonable price.

If I ever import another car from japan, this will be the only shop I bring it to. Highly recommend, all staff were friendly and helpful.

This shop was recommended by a friend, and I started coming here after I moved to Langley. The customer service has always been excellent, and the waiting area is comfortable. Purchased a used truck which they had done some major engine work for the dealer. 2 weeks l8r had some significant issues with that engine work. Returned to the dealer (Carboyz) and between both parties engine was pulled again found the parts were faulty from supplier. Replaced all components necessary no hastles at all. Went in today to get the 1000km service after work was done. Yous, squeezed me in. The entire staff here are extremely friendly and work very hard to ensure their customers are comfortable, and well informed. Awesome people, quality workmanship. Solid guys running a solid shop. They’ve worked on my truck upgrades (beating other shop rates) and Mercedes repairs. Shop owner and staff have awesome customer service and though I’ve only discovered this shop early this year, they’re my now my go to mechanics.
