This is my “go-to” glass replacement spot. They are personable in the office, professional in advice and service and prompt in repairs. Just painful that I need them so often.

I just stopped here to have someone look at my rear view mirror that had fallen off the bracket. I wasn’t expecting service, but wanted them to have a look so I could schedule an appointment to have it fixed. Within a few mins the technician had the mirror back on the bracket and completely fixed. They also did not charge me to have this done. They were all super friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them for anything glass related. We’ll definitely be using them for anything we need in the future. Thank you!

They did a great job with my windshield replacement, no qualms. I have a 14 year old vehicle and they were able to get this fixed within 24 hours of calling and booking an appointment (right before a holiday too). They were even faster than they quoted.
I had a dashcam that was hard to take off and they did a great job transferring it over to the new windows exactly how I had it.

Ah, small edit. The tape used to hold up the camera was really bad. I'd recommend using something stronger and that can hold up in the sun

Walked in for a chip repair, and was quickly greeted and ushered through right away. The repair was under 30 minutes, and was easy to process ICBC claim. Would recommend for a quick fix!

Quick and easy. Easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule and they finished the job right within the amount of time they said it would take. Would use them again.

BEST autoglass repair shop ever. They were friendly, professional and most importantly, they did what is becoming more rare in service these days: they did what they said they were gonna do. They promised same day service, and I got it.:) Dropped off the Jeep at 08: 30, and I got a call at 11: 30 saying the job was complete. They cleaned and vacuumed the area that was full of broken glass, and they sealed everything in, and properly reattached the back wipers. Really hope I don't have to get new glass replaced anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely coming back here! Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time today, my dad had recommended the location so I tried it out. It went super smooth and quick. Got my Windshield chip fixed in just a few minutes. Will be coming here more often.

I had good experience for changing my windshield as quickly as possible, very nice employees and high quality services.

I woke up to find my SUV's back window smashed this morning. After a helpful call this morning, the staff at AGS confidently and professionally handled ordering a new window, installed it beautifully, and cleaned all the debris. And they did it all before end of day.
I'm incredibly impressed, and thankful for their service.

Everyone was was so nice and helpful! Had my window replaced within a couple hours! Not only did they clean the broken glass in my car for me from the break in, they vacuumed and also cleaned my floor mats oh and they also drove me home after I dropped off my car! 10/10 recommend

Rock hit on my mirror and front windshield cracked. And i call to AGS glass Port Coquitlam and on same time they book appointment on same day and fix new windshield with in hour.

Absolutely amazing shop. They managed to turn a disastrous situation around! (my car got broken into). Friendly staff and they offered me a ride home and back to the shop. Poor customer service, they quote you a price over the phone and when you go in, the price is doubled…. Shady place to do business with

If you Get your windshield done by them they will tell you, 'if icbc calls tell them i collected the deductible'. If you want dishonest and cheap glass installed on your car they will definitely help you out.

He true professional, provided the options base on my need, and adapt his timing, and made my windshield task really happen.

I would not hesitate to use his service in future

Quick, efficient, and friendly service. I was pleased that AGS was available for a windshield replacement service a few days earlier than other shops. I also appreciate that they take care of the claims with ICBC. The service took less than 3 hours. Happy to have found this place!

My friend recommended this place and I am SO glad he did. I have a 2016 Tacoma and the cracks from rock chips had expanded all over the windshield. I talked to Ron at this shop and he was very helpful and offered his professional advice to find the best option for my truck. I am also working from home and Ron and his team accommodated me by sending his crew to my residence to change the windshield. I basically gave them the key and about an hour later it was all done. Thanks again for the great advice and seamless and fast service. Go see Ron and his team. Great people.

Called yesterday and they booked me in for today. Couldn't repair the chip (too large) but replaced the windscreen whilst I waited and took care of the ICBC claim. Super efficient, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you.

They did a good job, and had my car ready to to that day. I handed them my insurance papers and they were able to take care of that part too thankfully.

My car windshield was pretty bad. I want it fix as soon as possible. I made an appointment with speedy glass. They told me it is going to take a week. A week is pretty long for me. I want it to fix now. Nobody likes a delay. So I look for another shop I read their review. I called AGS and the next day they book me in. Awesome I would refer to a friend for sure. I booked a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me right away! The service was super friendly and they fixed the car within an hour. We just had our first snowfall last night and the glass looks great! Very pleased with this service.

I had a tricky rock chip crack on my windshield, they were upfront and informative about the risks involved in repairing such a tricky damage. Excellent service and competitive price for my windshield replacement. From the initial call I made to making a next day appointment to getting dropped off at the train and to getting picked up from the train.
