I’d like to thank AutoMarket for exercising great patience and care in helping a couple of retirees purchase a vehicle at distance. We live in Ontario, so travelling to see the car at this time of year wasn’t a realistic option. Nav, the sales rep, answered all of our questions, provided detailed photos, and filmed the car from top to bottom. The images and video were tremendously helpful in helping us make an informed decision about the car. There’s always a risk buying a used car; particularly, at distance. But AutoMarket helped us mitigate those risks by providing us with its inspection results and by honouring our request for a third party pre-purchase inspection. It’s obvious that the dealer takes great pride in delivering excellent customer service. The valuation of the car was honest, which eliminated the need for annoying conversations about price. Devyn, the sales manager, exercised great care in providing me with an education about warranties, etc. I highly recommend this dealership. A+

After a recent automobile write-off, I set out to find another Mercedes-Benz model, but this time a GLK350. I was so pleased that AutoMarket Okanagan had exactly what I was looking for. Nav was so energetic, knowledgeable, professional, and available every step along the way. He made the whole process something to look forward to in spite of me being sad about the loss of my previous vehicle. I was unable to drive the GLK350 home due to a spine injury so Nav kindly drove it to my house for me on his day off, it meant so much to me! This is a TOP NOTCH dealership. This really cannot be said for many used car shops. But they really do stand behind their product and have been a pleasure to work with. I reside in Alberta, but they made the buying process effortless and delivered my vehicle right to my door.

I bought my 2014 Mercedes E550 from these guys about a month and a half ago. They were great from the start. I felt really comfortable during my sale and didn’t feel pushed at all. He let me test drive any vehicle I felt I needed to test drive before I made my choice. I came back twice to test drive vehicles but I couldn’t get that E550 out of my head (the first car I test drove) when we came back the second time I knew it was the Audi I originally came for or the Merc. In the end I left with 550. Nav the sales man was awesome he cleaned the car before I left and gave me a decent deal on the car. The finance man (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) was also awesome to deal with, he got me a good rate, explained my warranty and got me out of there in no time. Thanks guys will definitely recommend.

I've had nothing but really good experiences with Automarket since I began dealing with them and couldn't imagine taking my Audi elsewhere.

Another thing to note is an issue arose after a repair where a small oil leak developed and while that can be frustrating they told me to bring the car back the next day and had it fixed for me completely free of charge.

I have nothing but respect for the transparency and communication from Marella and the honest work they do while keeping you informed on their findings and honoring their work and warranty without making you feel like you're inconveniencing them or trying to get something for free.

If you're looking for efficient, honest work done on your car I couldn't recommend them more, and going off of what I've seen on these other reviews when the time comes for a new car I will be paying the other side of the office a visit. Thanks again for everything!

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I must send koodos out to the team at Auto Market for my most recent purchase from them. Amazing customer service, super easy to deal with. No pressure at all and so accommodating! It would appear they only inventory the cleanest of used European vehicles. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Nav or Nar if you’re in the market. I was looking for a new vehicle and my friend said that I should get into a BMW.wanted a four door sedan with a nice sleek design and must be a hatchback. Was looking on Facebook market place and found a white 2015 BMW 435I Gran Coupe with them red seat! Now I live in Chilliwack and the vehicle was 188km away. So before I even wanted to come down and see it, I contacted them and Stephan the sales rep directed me to Krystal - finance manager. So I did the Pre-approval with Krystal and Stephan emailed me a link to take photos of my trade in. Now this was 4: 30pm on Friday. They stayed in touch with me until they close 6pm. Saturday they called and said I was approved! Told them I Would come next Saturday to pick up as I work 6 to 7 days a week, but got too excited and called on Monday to ask if I could pick it up. Krystal called back and said she will make it happen and get the car ready for me. Took one of my friend that is new to B. C.and never been to Kelowna, so it wasn't just a car trip. Came in and test drive the vehicle. Now I've never owned and a luxury vehicle and never been in a BMW 435I Gran Coupe. Vehicle out performed my expectations for a new daily driver. Now I am manager at automotive shop in Chilliwack so i'm very lucky to be able to work on my own vehicle. The vehicle came with warranty and the dealership already spent some time and did some repairs to get it all ready! They did the oil pan gasket did the oil filter housing gasket did the valve cover gasket oil change full detail everything! I was amazed of the quality of vehicles that they are selling and the care for them. Also the price was amazing and made me seal the deal and drive 3 hours away. There goes to show big dealerships aren't always the best. I am so happy that I did business with AutoMarket Okanagan and the best part was they told me it came with a second set of rims but the rims were the ones that I wanted! Niche Gamma Rims 20" also it was staggered set up which was perfect for the vehicle.ahahah

Thank you guys again and if you are a customer looking to get into a new vehicle AutoMarket Okanagan is your first stop! Something about driving a new car three hours home is the coolest experience. Never thought buying a car online would be so relaxing! Felt like I ordered takeout food. Called in and told them what I wanted, they got it ready and I came to pick it up! There that Good! When my car had died and was in need of a replacement I was told by a friend about AutoMarket. When I was there I was met by very courteous staff members. Stephan Labossiere and Krysta Ruigrok were the two sales people that I worked with in purchasing my car. Both Stephan and Krysta took the time to explain everything to me as well as showing me the best possible coverage plan for my new vehicle. All of my questions and concerns were dealt with promptly. It may be a smaller dealership, however what they lack in size, the make up for it with heart. All of my friends I am now directing to AutoMarket for any vehicle needs.
