WOW! I had them replace my cracked windshield and they went above and beyond. My Subaru Crosstrek needed a good cleaning but they cleaned it. I went to crystal glass to get a nasty rock chip fixed. The guy at crystal glass told me he couldn’t fix it and then tried to sell me a new windshield - not what I was after. I asked if he would try and he wouldn’t.

So I found Autofocus glass, and talked to Mike. He had an opening in the schedule and got me in. He was honest up front that it was a bad chip, and he couldn’t guarantee that this type of damage would be perfectly repaired but that he would try, and that’s all I was looking for - someone who would try to fix it.

The repair was very good considering the damage I had, but more impressive was the customer service.

Great guys, hard working, pleasant, and most importantly they were upfront and honest.

Great to see a locally-owned business in Kelowna with a focus on customer service and integrity. I’ll go back to these fellas for my glass needs from now on, and I won’t waste my time elsewhere.

The staff at Autofocus Glass were amazing! I stopped by a couple of weeks ago to get the chips in my windshield replaced before they cracked. They got me in nearly right away. Explained to me the ICBC program, which I had not known about so that I did not have to pay, and even set me up on their WIFI so that I could get on a Zoom call I had to be on while I waited!

The owners provided me speedy friendly service for a rock chip repair. They dealt with insurance stuff, all I did was show up with my car and bring in copy of my icbc insurance papers.

My car was broken into twice in 3 weeks, the first time autofocus has it fixed within 2 days since the window had to come from Vancouver, and the second time, they drove to a scrap yard in west kelowna to see if a crash car of the same model had the window I needed, turns out it did and my window was replaced the next day. Truly can't recommended them enough for their fantastic service.

Wow, these guys are my hero. I came back to town after being away for a month to find my car window was vandalized. I had planned to drive 4 hours home that day and was so stressed about the drive. The window was going to take 5 days to arrive and over the weekend. Mike, offered to patch me up and get me ready for my journey. When I arrived he said he researched and found a window at the wreckers. That day he drove out to pick it up, installed it, vacuumed all the broken glass and whipped down my surfaces. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Outstanding service when our daughter (a university student) was broke into and rear side window smashed. Her vehicle was secured while glass was on order, window was repaired as soon as glass arrived, mess inside vehicle cleaned up. Great communication and assistance from Mike in this manner as we worked with him from out of province. Would highly recommend for auto glass needs.thank you for getting us through this violation from some low life that spotted a wee bit of change in her console.

Mike was very helpful with getting my rear view mirror reattached. He also explained the process of getting rhe windshield replaced (if necessary).

Highly recommend. My daughter is a student in kelowna. Her car had the side window smashed out while she was working late. Called the fine people at AutoFocus first thing the next morning and they went over and above to get the car repaired. Offered my daughter ride to and from home. Can't thank them enough for helping her and us out. It's a great feeling to know that when our children are away from home studying that there are still fine folks that will treat them like their own and put our minds at ease. Had a huge rock chip/hit in my windshield that left glass inside my car, and eventually the cracks split all the way up and down. They got me in right away and fixed by noon the next day! Gave me a rental too! So impressed. They even cleaned all windows and inside dash area! Just amazing. Thank you!

Mike and Scott at Autofocus went above and beyond for me and my husband. Our windshield had a factory defect that caused it to crack a few months after it was installed and it was not eligible for repair through ICBC because it was not within the timeframe that ICBC allow repairs. The firm that initially put in the windshield would not warranty it. Mike and Scott replaced the windshield at no cost to us. We are extremely happy with the windshield and the service goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Autofocus if you want great service, quality workmanship and honest people. They have earned our business and we will send all our friends and family there as well. Thanks Mike and Scott.

Both our cars' side windows were smashed overnight. The next day Mike was able to pick-up both vehicles, give us new & used options for the glass replacement & promptly drop off both cars once repaired. The staff was excellent to deal with & very professional.

I was very pleased with the friendly service. I was also delayed for a couple weeks and Mike was patient and helped me find a time in my schedule that worked. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future for glass.

Scott and Mike were amazing with their customer service. I am from out of town and my car was broken into while visiting Kelowna. They made sure my car was vacuumed out and taped up to drive around in the meantime. When the glass wasn’t able to make it to Kelowna in time for my drive home due to the floods- they even called suppliers of where I was headed to make sure they had windshields available. I can not recommend them enough!

Mike and Scott at Autofocus could not have been more helpful to me after my car window got broken shortly before Christmas. After calling round all glass repair shops in Kelowna to find that the window I needed was not stocked and no longer manufactured, I didn't know what I was going to do. Mike went to pick'n'pull for me the same day to extract a replacement for me; they then fitted it the next day in under 2 hours. On a recent visit to Kelowna, there was an attempted break in to my vehicle on a Friday evening. The side window was broken but replacement glass was not available within the time frame that we were in Kelowna. This business went out of its way to fit the window frame and seal it with cardboard and plastic. It was so well done that we were able to travel through the mountains to Alberta without much noise or air movement. We were surprised and appreciative to find that there was no charge for this service. I really wish we had been there long enough to get the window fixed too. On another note, the storefront and waiting area was impeccably clean and had none of the car smells we anticipated. Thank you for such a great experience. I recommend this business highly.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would! I had a glass emergency on a Sunday and nobody else was open! Scott was amazing. Met me at the shop and let me use the courtesy car so I could get my daughter to school on Monday! My rear window was replaced in just 2 days and looks like new! I'm so happy I used Autofocus and will definitely go back if I need glass replaced (fingers crossed I don't:) I highly recommend this business for any glass needs!

Mike was an absolute beauty. I had my vehicle in a nearby tire shop and wasn't able to make it over in order to transport the vehicle to Mike's shop for my windshield appointment.not even a problem - Mike zipped over, grabbed the vehicle, and had it done before end of day even though the tire shop was running a bit late with their work at this busy time of year. Super quick and convenient, very professional, and car was detailed.even made a compliment on the new tires while I was on my way out the door - it's the little things! I was passing by Kelowna and decided to get crack fixed on my windshield before it spreads all over. Guys were able to get me in straight away, got job done and even gave me discount. Best service ever!

I had an early morning appointment to have my windshield replaced. ICBC takes the brunt of the cost when a stone or rock does damage to glass - if you have comprehensive (deductible).

Two chips from past winters had already been repaired in the past. The highway between Kelowna and Vernon is notorious for flying stones/rocks in the winter months. One almost missed the windshield but caught it right at the edge, leaving that famous little "star" breakage.

Months passed, as I had a big move to do, plus I had been unwell twice. By that time, the "star" had spread from the passenger side to mid-windshield, then upward toward the roof. That can be dangerous for others as well as myself.

The team at Autofocus were excellent. They had the windshield replaced in about an hour - no muss or fuss. If I had wanted a courtesy car, one was available, but it was not necessary.

Scott and Mike were literally amazing. They were the only glass repair open on the labour day weekend after we smashed our trunk glass. They got us in ASAP and taped up our glass to make us road safe again.

I had a great experience with Autofocus Glass. They were straightforward with giving me the lowdown on the need to replace my windshield (I had a 10-inch crack from a rock chip), took care of everything with ICBC, and even put my parking permit sticker and dashcam exactly where they were before. The service was courteous and much faster than I'd anticipated. They even chatted about the benefits of BCAA in terms of comprehensive coverage, deductibles, etc. Really impressed with this company. They've earned my respect and any future business.

Great service. I called and spoke with Scott, who was very to-the-point about being busy, but said he'd fit me in today for a windshield replacement. I arrived 30 mins later and the work was done, with no issues, within the hour.

Definitely will use Autofocus Glass again for all the inevitable rock chips and any glass replacement I need on my vehicles.

I'm not one to post reviews but this is an exception! I was visiting Kelowna for a couple days and had an unfortunate incident where my back windshield was shattered due to an unmarked hanging HVAC unit and pipe over an underground parking stall. Needing to get my windshield replaced for me to drive back safely to Vancouver in a day, Scott and Mike were able to order a part in from Coquitlam and fit me in for replacement work the next day. They saved me from having to miss work and miss a couple other scheduled appointments, all at a much more reasonable price than another well known glass repair shop in town. They finished the work in half the time they said it would take and also vacuumed my car and cleaned all my windows. Would definitely recommend their team to anyone needing windshield repairs or replacements!

Last summer our family was travelling from the Prairies to the Okanagan. A few hours into the trip, a rock shattered our side van window. With it being a Saturday, no auto glass shops in the next town were open, and any shop in the next major city wouldn’t be able to fix it until Monday. As one last effort I thought to call for options in Kelowna. The first number I called happened to be Autofocus Glass. I spoke with Mike and although they would be closing shortly, he said that if we started driving to Kelowna now, he would be happy to fix our window whenever we arrived in town. I couldn’t believe my ears! We arrived in Kelowna at 10 pm with our three young children in tow. Mike had a movie ready for the kids and coffee for the parents. We couldn’t believe his willingness to do this for us; he truly went above and beyond, and we are ever so grateful! We will never forget the generosity, professionalism, and amazing customer service that our family encountered that night. Our children still talk about the experience to this day, and they were able to see firsthand what kindness in action looks like. Incredibly friendly staff, and very quick to respond to my inquiry even after business hours. They were even faster getting my window replaced! They vacuumed my car, and gave me suggestions on how to solve another little issue I was having!
