Autosonic did a wonderful job on my vehicle repairs after two unfortunate hit-n-run's. Paint job was done near perfectly and all parts ordered were OEM - Harvey (the owner) really puts efforts to ensure you get no sub part after-market parts whenever possible. He even offered to go above & beyond to help me with any other issues that's not accident related - that really shows the level of customer service excellence and their commitment to make customers happy! If there's any follow-up issues after you get your car back, Harvey has no hesitance to make any adjustments or re-do what you feel is needed. Highly recommended, I think I'll be a customer for life here:)

Great advice and service! I had no experience with ICBC claims and another shop wanted to grind down my car door to fix one toonie-sized dent. I brought it to Autosonic for a second opinion and Harvey showed me how they could fill in the dent easily without any grinding. He talked me through the whole process: how I'd have to call ICBC to change shops, the estimate, the actual repair and the courtesy car rental. The dent was fixed in a single day! Would definitely recommend this shop!

Harvey and his team did an amazing job repairing my vehicle quickly and back to new condition. They were able to get my vehicle back to me sooner then expected, which was great since I use it for work. Harvey was also very good about choosing top quality parts for the repair, and making sure they were all in stock before I brought in my vehicle.

I am very satisfied with the way they did the repairs on my car because they have kept me in touch during the repairs and I was very impressed that they kept their promises. Also, the condition of my car after the repair was very good.

Just took my car in for dent & scratch repair and the guys killed it. Paint match looks factory and feels perfectly smooth to the touch. The work was also done faster and at a better price than a dealer certified body shop estimated. Lastly, my car was cleaned in & out even though I didn't even ask for it. Wow, literally couldn't ask for a more outstanding experience!
