The woman performing the laser procedure did not seem to know anything about the machine or the treatment. She did not do a skin assessment on me prior to treatment. The laser did the opposite of what it’s supposed to. I know because I’ve had the same laser done at other places. I think she either had outdated machines or does not know how to configure the settings.

Had hydra facial done with Sandi today and my skin feels so smooth. Service was amazing! Will recommend to friends and family!

Sandi is amazing. She is so easy to talk to, makes me feel incredibly comfortable, and is absolutely professional. I travel 30-40 minutes just to see her for a quick appointment and I will continue to make the commute to see her.

I have been concerned about facial laxity, especially in my lower face, not to mention skin pigmentation isues etc. So I booked an appointment with the owner, Sandy. I found her to be very personable and knowledgeable regarding skin care.

As for the treatment itself, I underwent a non invasive skin tightening procedure known as Clearlift. It was quite painless. All i felt was a soothing warmth on my skin as Sandy gently worked the laser over my face and neck. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep!

As soon as she had finished, Sandy asked me to look in the mirror. I was very impressed as I could see an immediate improvement. My skin looked fresher and I believe that the skin will continue to tighten over the next few days.

I was so impressed, both by Sandy herself and the treatment, that I immediately booked a follow up treatment for next month. I have also enquired about other treatments that she offers e.g IPL, in the hope that they might well prove to work in synergy with any future Clearlift treatments.

The prices are very reasonable too, so it wont hurt your pocket book to book regular top up treatments. All in all, highly recommended!

Sandi and Aman are the absolute best! They both are queens at what they do in this beautiful space that is always clean and is so spacious! I always look forward to meeting their welcoming faces and kind smiles when I open up the door to the salon! I have never felt so at home in any other salon and I look forward to visiting for my lashes. I normally get the classic set done with Aman and not only is she super professional and an expert technician, she is so quick and efficient which I really appreciate. The lashes last at least 4-5 weeks and I am a side sleeper and not the most fragile with my face:) I can't recommend these women highly enough!

The laser service is great, after only 2 treatments I started to notice a difference. It's been 2 years, since i have had to pick up a razor. Love the results. I regularly go for hydra facials and it really leaves my skin feeling and looking amazing without any makeup. Sandy is a kind woman, who works efficiently with good pricing.

Sandi is awesome. I have gotten several hydrafacials which have all been excellent and the pricing is so great too. Always feel so pampered when I go and my skin feels so great after.

I also bought a Groupon to do underarm hair removal. I was apprehensive because I had laser hair removal done elsewhere and it was extremely painful. My friend had told me great things about Avante and she insisted that it was painless so I decided to give it another try. I was so amazed, it was actually pretty close to painless (but I have low pain tolerance). There are a few moments where it gets a bit hot but Sandi is great at checking with you to see how you're doing and adjusting as needed. The laser used is the Alma Soprano and it's a diode type; after having this done, I will never switch back.

I was concerned because it was such an easy experience so I worried that it wouldn't be as effective as the other type, but I have actually found it to be more effective. (For full disclosure, I am the "ideal" candidate for laser hair removal, with light skin and dark hair.) Previously, it took at least 3 sessions before I saw any difference but at Avante, I noticed results after just one session. So far, I have had 2 sessions done and I already have basically stopped shaving (used to be every 3 days, now it has been twice in 6 weeks). Love it so much that I am getting a bunch more areas done. Be sure to check the specials because there are really good prices on various areas (and also for hydrafacials!).

Highly recommend this laser service! I had a groupon and they did not treat me any less and were very professional. I purchased a six laser hair treatment for a small area and saw amazing results very quickly and overtime the hair grew out much slower and thinner. The laser machine used barely hurt and was quick too, it is some true high technology. Sandi was my laser technician and she was extremely accommodating, kind and professional! Will definitely go back for more services, as the prices are quite fair!

I have gone a few times for IP and these guys do an amazing job. They are very professional, and always double check with me that I am comfortable with the treatment. I've asked about what's best for my skin and wanted to entertain other treatment options but was told IPL was the best and appreciate the honesty. Thanks so much!

Was referred by a friend and bought the Groupon for laser. So far I’ve only been for one treatment which was fine but my second appointment has been rescheduled twice - not by me, by them. Really frustrated as they don’t seem to care or have respect for their client’s needs.

Actual laser treatment is working so somewhat satisfied with my experience.

I did the laser treatment 6 sessions the results are good.just feel the time really short, less than 5 minutes maybe, but they said that this is the procedure. Overall it’s fine, I’d never had trouble to make an appointment. I recommend in case you are buying from Groupon and is not sure if it is doing a good deal or not (it is a good deal).

Amazing customer service! I have always been hesitant in regards to who I can trust with my face and skin, but that changed once I started coming to Avante. They are the best in town, and have the most professional staff. I can't think of going anywhere else.

I’ve been eyeing this place up for a while. So I finally decided to go in for a facial and laser on my underarms. I wanted to start on a small area to see results before I committed to a larger area.

Sandy is super friendly and the spa is nice, clean and comfortable. I was happy with my appointments and now I’m waiting to see results. I can already see changes with my clear view facial.

One thing to note is the specials and if there is a current Groupon available Sandy will honour that price. Which is awesome because then the whole purchase goes towards supporting a small local business, instead of having to pay a huge cut to Groupon.

SO disappointed because my treatment will not even lasts for 2 minutes or not even 1 minute. Was it because I purchased the deal in GROUPON? Underarm laser really that fast?   I gave bad review and they asked me to get refund from groupon. Terribly bad service. The technician was on gloves when she went out from the room and putting sanitizer.didn't see her changing her gloves.disgusting!

Always reasonable prices and the only laser I can trust not to cause pain. The owner is patient, kind and respectful. The rooms are immaculate and private. This is the only place I go to now:)

So I actually started going for laser at another place. They did not do a good job at all but then I went to Avante and just in SIX sessions i was hair free! And i used to get those horrible ingrown that made me feel so insecure and I am so happy to have found this place! Reasonable prices and very clean place!

Worst customer service ever, I called to get info for treatment and the secretary hung up on me (when I asked what company is this) and started ignoring my calls.please hire professional there is a of lack professionalism. Please hire professionals

I had a very bad experience with this place. I bought the package for 6 sessions from Groupon for medium and when I went there they asked me to pay for another package if i want medium then the work done as small area. One time i tried to reschedule the appointment before 24 hours they charged me bcz I didnt contact her before 48 hours and the funny things now I have my last session they did call me before 24 hours to tell me they need to reschedule it. The hair still the same and i reached to my last session.my recommendation is NEVER EVER think to choose this place.

Sandi is the Most knowledgable skin care therapist I have seen so far. She really took her time to listen to me and help me with my skin concerns. Obviously it took some time and there was downtime after each session but my skin looks completely different now. I finally have the skin I always dreamed of and it's all thanks to Sandi.
