Happy with the detailing service received on my Cayenne SUV in need of some deep cleaning. Service was done to my standards and most importantly communicating with Robin and booking were easy and hassle free. Will come back for more services.

Came in for a pre-buyer's inspection on a used car - they identified some issues (replace steering rack, front brake pads, transmission seal) and we bought the car and had Avatar perform the repairs. All the repairs were fine except the brakes - my wife and I took the car for a test drive with the mechanic and we mentioned that the brakes felt very unresponsive, they needed to be depressed > 80% to feel any stopping power, with tires squealing if you press firmly. The mechanic said it felt like there was just air in the system, but that it would harden up after driving it. We still expressed concern about the brakes but the mechanic assured his work (the mechanic also misplaced the brake fluid cap during repairs). He double checked the brakes again with his computer and sent us on our hesitant way. We then drove to the U. S.for the weekend and immediately brought it to a shop in Bellingham due to brake issues, my wife was unable to stop safely and almost spun out while stopping at a red light. The mechanics at U. S.shop wouldn't even let the techs drive the car due to safety and deemed it non-driveable. They diagnosed a clogged master brake cylinder (only 2/4 brakes were getting fluid), and fixed it within the day. This fixed the unresponsive brakes, and we could stop our vehicle safely again.the U. S.mechanics said if the original (Avatar) mechanics were in the U. S, they would petition to remove his license.

This the best mechanic I ever had very professional and friendly and the prices is right they do great job and very honest also has rental you can use your own insurance basically they do everything including body work thanks guys I really appreciate everything done for me.
