I just had my combo brows done by Mandi and they look great! The shape is awesome and they look very clean. She takes her time to ensure that you are happy with the end result and encourages you to follow up with her to let her know how the healing is going. My experience of getting a permanent eyeliner by Mandy has been totally awesome. Since the beginning itself she briefed me about the whole process and made me aware of the pros and cons of it. Advised me precisely about the after care and provided me with the ointment/ antiseptic for topical application. Mandy’s is truly and artist. She not only made sure that the eyeliner came up to be exactly how I wanted but also took care that it didnt pain me much. She has got indeed tender hands which make the whole process very smooth. I would use the word “clinical” for her expertise in the art. I am very happy and recommend her to everyone who reads this review.

Mandi is wonderful. She took the time to answer my million questions leading up to appointment day. She did a great job on my brows. And her after-care was perfect, different from the instructions you can find online, which I love. Her approach was tried, tested, and true.

Three years later, I come in for a touch up and she tells me that I don’t actually need it yet!
That right there demonstrates how much she cares about quality and doing the right thing. She turned away $$ because she knew it wasn’t necessary. It’s a big deal getting your brows done. It’s permanent and on your face! Scary. So who would I trust to do this? Mandi.

I've been getting my eyebrows tattooed for almost 20 years now and have seen many people. I've had good experiences and bad. I'm pretty picky and like everything balanced and symmetrical. When it comes to my eyebrows, I have a hard time trusting someone new. I cross my fingers and hope it all turns out. Didi at Avenue 42 was patient, listened and took great care in designing my eyebrows. She took her time and I was happy with the outcome. Several weeks later & my eyebrows still looked good. In all the years of getting my eyebrows done, this was the first time that I didn't have to count down the days until my touch-up appointment. Truly amazing really. Anyway, I've had my second appointment and Didi made the minor touch-ups. She is truly gifted and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. You'll be in good hands with Didi. My only other advise would be to follow the care instructions.

Avenue 42 is fantastic! Diti did my powder brows and the entire experience was great. She’s knowledgeable, personable, patient and made me feel at ease the moment I walked in the door. The numbing lotion was very effective, and the color has stayed vibrant and consistent months later. Mandi (who would pop in often) is professional and so friendly. Definitely recommend this salon!

When I first went to Avenue 42 someone previously was micro blading my eyebrows and made a complete mess of them. Mandi was able to correct them even though it was very challenging. It’s the only place I go to that I trust.

I first found Mandy’s permanent make up website a couple years ago after I had a bad microblading experience somewhere else. My previous eyebrow microblading faded to nothing and my natural brows were back to being blonde/light brown and sparse. It was a waste of my time and money and caused me so much pain because the technician didnt know how to numb properly.

I came to Mandy to see if she could fix the mess I had and she did. We went with the combination brows because I had scar tissue from the previous microblading. Mandy made sure I was happy with the color and shape and she used numbing cream. She was so attentive asking me if I was in pain and I was never in pain, it only felt like a vibration! My brows turned out amazing! Im so happy I dont have to draw in my brows every morning anymore! Mandy is an amazing artist and I highly recommend!
