Great staff, great service, honest shop.

Urgently brought in my Elantra ‘22 for a windshield replacement. Got a quote and booked in the next day, finished by 1pm.

Price quoted was great and no issues at all.

No upselling or hidden cost and very friendly staff.

I would come back again for any glass repairs in the future.

I had my rear windshield smashed, and after seeing the great reviews online, I decided to take my car in. The entire process, from getting a quote to picking up my car, only took 24 hours. The service was super fast, and the customer service was top tier. Danny, the shop manager, and the shop owner were very kind and helpful. Super impressed. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends!

No one else you need to call. I had a few days before my appointment, so the driver window had been ordered, and was waiting for me. After I dropped my vehicle off, they called & Gmailed me, 40 minutes later, telling me it was done. Let him know, if it is not an ICBC claim they might be able to give you a good price.

The best price, the shortest time and the best quality, I am very satisfied and I recommend all my friends to go here if there is a problem with their car windows.

I discovered I had a leak in the rear of my Matrix. The autobody shop felt that it was the rear quarter window. And that is how I came to Salim and his team of window repair specialists. (I also had a small rock chip on my windshield).

Within 1 hour, Salim called to let me know that it wasn't the window, but rather a leak from the rear wall supporting the rear door. And also that he had fixed my chip.no windshield replacement was necessary-hurray!

He treated me with the utmost respect, answered all my questions, and offered solutions for how to deal with this annoying leak! Two thumbs up.this is not only a place where you can expect outstanding competent repairs, but also receive professional, courteous customer service!

My truck passenger side window was smashed & Avenue Auto Glass had it replaced same day with quick turnaround. Vacuumed & cleaned the interior. Highly recommended for glass service.

I had my car windows smashed and Avenue Auto glass were super fast at being able to repair it. They even found a secondhand window for for the rear he next day, where other places seemed to think it could take weeks as my car is kinda old. All billed to ICBC. Friendly, good communication and quick work. Would recommend!

Getting your window broken sucks. But going to Avenue glass is lovely. Salim and the team did a fantastic job and they even had a rental car!

Service at this shop was good. The owner was very courteous and I was able to get an appointment in to have my truck’s rear glass upgraded the day after. I appreciated the fact that they used OEM glass and the reasonable price. The shop even vacuumed my floor mats and let me keep the old glass pane to take home.

However, they left my truck in a bit of a mess. The plastic trim they took out to access the glass was installed backwards and not clipped in properly, with a few of the screws still visibly showing. There were spots of butyl rubber/adhesive and dirt that were left on my headliner, and the trim around the glass was rather messy.

Overall a shame because dealing with the shop and owner was otherwise a very pleasant experience.

After having a terrible experience with the service technicians at Ensign Pacific Jeep dealership, the technician at Avenue Auto Glass did their best to try to help. Unfortunately, I had faulty windshield blades installed at Ensign which resulted in a cracked windshield. Although Ensign never admitted to their faults and I had to pay out of pocket for the deductible, the technician at Avenue Auto was very helpful. He tried his best to explain to the service manager at Ensign why the blades were inappropriate even though they would not listen. I appreciate the time that was taken to do the right thing and this is how customer service should be conducted.

Great service – the owner and receptionist were informative and patient, in person and over the phone. After my windshield was replaced, I had problems with my dashcam. I brought it to the attention of the owner, and he offered to pay for repairs/a new camera if the problems were caused during the windshield replacement. (Had it checked out and the camera's failure at the time was purely coincidental – no fault of Avenue Auto Glass). I appreciated his willingness to help.
I'd recommend using them 100%. They made it easy to deal with an unpleasant situation.

Excellent service! 5 stars. I had my car broken into last night. Salim and his team had it repaired by that afternoon. They vacumed the entire car, filled up the fluids, and came in under the price originally quoted. Very impressed by the friendly and efficient service provided. Would highly recommend. I chose these guys because of the reviews on here, and they really didn't disappoint! Lovely service, honest and upfront about the potential for the repair to not work.

It did work and looks amazing considering how big the rock chip was. The claim is all organized through my insurance company, so everything was super easy to deal with.

Service was fast too. Would definitely recommend for this kind of repair.
