Recently I found myself hunching my back a lot while working from home facing computer screens. Saw the poster of the Posture Recovery Program offered by Jeff at the clinic and I’m glad I joined the program to improve my postures. Jeff was professional and very easy to work with.

I always thought keeping nice posture is very uncomfortable or hard to keep. However Jeff helped me, and it was not actually difficult or stress! I ve been going here for years they are professional and help me as I am an ironworker and am constantly hurting myself because it's not if, it's when you hurt yourself and I cannot afford to not work so they keep me working without lost time.

Nice massages but face cradles are narrow and will squish your eyes (careful if you can’t put any pressure on eyes or lashes).

I’ve had a couple of massage sessions with Richard who is always super nice and professional. The staff are also nice and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr Ryan Gannon for some shoulder and back issues. This is the first time I have seen a chiropractor and would highly recommend Ryan, he is very knowledgeable and professional.

Start to finish, a great experience! The front end staff are friendly and knowledgable and very helpful. I saw Tania for a massage for hip pain and felt better instantly. She took the time to explain what was going on in my body and provided exercises to do daily which have definitely helped!

I am so grateful and impressed with she did. She has amazing fingers which can find the right spot and cure the pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone. My First and second session made a huge difference and made me felt better. Ally Huang have a great positive happy personality that every clients need. The customer service is excellent and up to date with every clients coming in in their place. The reminder and follow up thru emails and text was impressive and made my days schedule accommodating and planned.

I had physiotherapy with Jenna for eight months. She took me from being crippled, scarcely able to walk or stand for any length of time to functioning well. Not only was she committed and effective, but it was a pleasure to meet with her. Kudos also to the desk staff fo their kind, courteous service. I recommend this facility without reservation.
