Ordered through skip and the food was hot and fresh. Thank you for the great packaging as well. Very satisfied!

The frozen root beer is a waste of money. They should just sell their syrup to 7Eleven so it can be made properly in a Slurpee machine.

I went A&W on Wednesday morning and ordered breakfast for three people with coffee. But the new employee looks like childish, and East Indian employee.she doesn't understand English and is very unkind, looks like an angry person, and so speak quickly that can't understand English. The employee understood after repeating it several times. In the end, I barely ordered breakfast for three people, but I found out came home that she charged me for the 3 coffee price again even though it was included with coffee. But I couldn't complain because she didn't give the receipt. I went there for a long time over 20 year.
However, these days the unkindness of the all employee and even the looks like older managers are so unkind.
I feel that a new fresh wind is needed here.
I'm really wondering if I should keep coming here.

Got our order wrong more than once in a single order. They werent very busy, a couple people in the lobby and one family in front of us yet they were short with us and ignored us when we tried to correct our orders and ask for our dips they forgot. Would not recommend.

Crowd management on a weekend was bad. I think they need more staff to ensure the tables are cleared up faster so not a whole lot of people are standing in close quarters!

Among all the location this is the best. The different is all about changing the deep fryers oil.

Been here couple times now. And everytime I go at night time, food quality and service is terrible! I waited 25 minutes in drive-thru line tonight and my chicken wrap came with a mushroom on top of the wrap. On top of that I recieved the wrong burger with my order. Never experienced such horrible drive-thru service. McDonalds and Wendys are not even this bad.

Sent my daughter to pick up through the drive through yesterday, she arrived home and the gravy was spilled (lid wasn't on properly) 2 sides of fries were ordered, we received neither and the diet root beer wasnt wasn't diet (no biggy happens all the time). But the fries was a miss. So my daughter drove back there and went through the drive through again. The girl was rude, didn't apologize, and said she was only giving her 1 side of fries and the proper drink. My daughter was too scared to say anything else. ‍️
All I can say is, if you get the order wrong and didn't provide what was ordered and paid for and when you forget something A&W, have some class, and apologize and maybe throw in a free fries for the price of gas! Don't have a bad attitude! ‍️

I do like A&W burger.though since they have decided to increase the price I am now somewhat less likely going to this place then going to the "M" Brand.

I tried the Beyond nuggets and they were soooooo good! Also, the restaurant was super clean and the staff were friendly.

Bad tasting burger, expensive. Tastes
like Macdonald’s. At least the onion rings are decent. No plans to go back. 25 bucks for two bad meals.

Good A&W drive through, consistent and fast, but can back up to the road during the lunch rush. Leave a gap for cars to pass before turning left to make your order at the menu sign!

The food was good but the server wouldn't even make eye contact with me or speak to me. This was at the drive-thru

just ate the 5 piece chicken here and it made feel so sick that I almost called 911 I don't know what was bad about the chicken but I will never eat at this location again!

Just did the drive thru for some fries. They were hot & fresh. Lineup went fast service was friendly.

Go for papa burger when you are hungry. Eat mama burger for snacks. Baby burger for my child. Milkshake for my wife to make her happy.

The food was good along with great customer service. My cashier, named Danny, was really patient and friendly even though I was confused while ordering.

I enjoy a and w very much. I had the Gouda mama burger with beyond meat. The root beer is cold and delicious. They deliver the food to your table.

For some reason, A&W Burgers don't taste as good as they used to. I think they're not using the A&W spicing anymore.

I asked them an important question about the yam fries and they couldn't give me an accurate answer. I really don't appreciate when restaurants don't understand that people have allergies. That should be a top priority.

That older lady in the cashier needs some customer service training again.

It's quite possible you will get seated, get your order taken and have you food served at the Keg before you receive your food in the drive thru of this a and w location. I'm not sure if tjry first slaughter the cows on sight, but they still wouldn't account for the unreasonable delay.

The foods ok. You just don't get to eat the on same day you order it.

Every time i have gone to this location to get burger and fries I have noticed particular people on late shift are not following hand washing practice, touching their hair, dropping dip containers on burger or fries. I have ended up with stomach pains multiple times. There needs to be review of policy to discipline such behavior.

I love this place come here all the time, really like the breakfast, they have good coffee! The only issue is the traffic at certain times during the day, the A&w is part of a huge parking lot that is just a zoo sometimes, we order skip the dishes from here as well, there quick and the order is always correct.

Come here on break, service is always 5/5. Fast, friendly, and clean, well done everyone, and thank you!

I used to visit this location frequently, so after a year, I thought to give it another try. Again, the order was screwed up. Customer service has no value anymore. If you decide to order, be sure to check it before you leave. I won't going back to A&W anymore.

Despite these times, I find myself eating perhaps the best late night bacon n eggers and hash browns from this fabulous A&W. Defently fresh all the time, and the workers are so nice and friendly! I cannot count the amount of times I've been greeted with a friendly hello and nice smile. Defently will be returning!

Hit and miss egg orders in classic and Canadian classic.ask for over easy get rock hard, asked for basted medium and runny whites. Sometimes the tables are not cleaned.you really need to pay attention to this if dining in.

Love these burgers so fresh and homely unlike maccies meat is good quality, and service is friendly too.

Best choice for fast food! I order the lettuce wrapped Beyond Meat burger with no cheese (and absolutely love it!) So glad it's on the menu. But I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that their beef is only grass fed. Watch Kiss the Ground on Netflix to see why that's so VITALLY important for capturing carbon out of the environment. It's also better for the animals of course!

Place is quite new. Service was good and the facilities were clean. Food was as expected for an A&W. Would go back if I was in the area and wanted A&W.

The most gross and unkept restaurant that I’ve ever seen. They have the root beer mugs stacked like a tall castle. Left over refuse left all over the tables because the tray and garbage area is full with trays and mugs. Water puddle is in the line up to place the order. The customer service is just as bad as the cleanliness. They don’t smile or bring any human interaction to the experience. An automated robot would do leaps and bounds better than this staff team here at the restaurant.

The best A&W I've ever been to in my life.the service is fast and friendly.and I couldn't believe how clean this place is! U can sit on the floor with your bare bum! We asked for a refill and they ended up giving us a whole new glass.the best fresh Root Beer ever! I love it here!

Tasty. On the expensive side of "fast food, " but it's always definitely 100% worth the wait and the price.
