I have come to the A&W outside of the mall at tsawwassen a couple of times now for breakfast and every time the staff are so wonderful and happy. Best customer service I get for fast food chains anywhere. I love coming for their breakfast. They serve real breakfast which I just recently discovered and it is delicious. Thank you to the staff for making my morning enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a sit down breakfast. This location is it.

This is our usual AW, as it’s very convenient and the service/quality has always been outstanding! Today stopped by to grab some food and I’m such drowsy, rainy day the girl serving me - HARNOOR - was so sweet and wonderful and super friendly, with wonderful greeting and big beautiful smile! Totally made my evening! Thank you HARNOOR and hope they promote you soon enough!

This is the spot I hit for yam fries with double chipotle sauce. You order.and within 5 mins your dipping and enjoying hot crispy heaven.

Bad service, me and my husband order the poutine, ringer burger and chubby chicken, 1 onion rings and a bottle ice tea and root beer.
We pay all that, after we got the order they asking more for pay chubby chicken.
And they forgot our poutine! …. AND they NEVER EVER ANSWER, WHEN WE SAY “THANK YOU! ”l…,

Have always enjoyed this location. Unfortunately today I ordered and paid for the All Canadian breakfast. When I got to work there was only one strip of bacon and no sausage. Expediting is a very important part of food service and this time they dropped the ball.

They are touching food without thats so gross gloves and when we asked them the guy at window start arguing that gloves contained chemicals thats why we don’t wear gloves that doesn’t make any sense.he said “we sanitise our hand” but I didn’t saw a single person washing their hands and sanitising.

I have to write this! I haven’t met such patient, kind, and understanding employees for a long, long time! Her name is Ramanjot K. She helped me find what I wanted even the the dish was not on the screen; she patiently took my order and made sure it was all correct; she brought my order to me with patience of getting me all the condiments I needed. Such a wonderful young employee is ver rare nowadays no matter where I go! BRAVO!

I find that this place is OK but it’s a little bit on the price he side, for two people. It cost almost $30. The food was OK. Burgers were great it’s just it is pricey.

Came here after a late night shift and ordered a beyond burger w/ no mayo combo with 2 honey mustard. I work near by but live in South Surrey so i had a bit of a drive home. Upon arriving home i noticed that the burger was in a different packaging and then opened it to see that it was not the burger i ordered and was instead served a teen burger or something along those lines. Either way, the burger was beef and had cheese. Immediately had to throw it out as i’m vegan and lactose intolerant and luckily i noticed this before taking a bite. Worth mentioning as well, this was at 12am, I was the only person there and waited at least 10mins for the food…
Word of advice, if you eat here, make sure they understood your order and double, triple, quadruple check they got it right. I checked in the parking lot and with poor lighting outside didn’t even notice the order was wrong.

Late night teen burger stop in Tsawwassen. A&W rules in general for serving truly great food, but the staff here are super friendly and kind. Also, no one makes better diet root beer.

Attended this a&w Thursday the 21 st of July. In restaurant dining. Hamburger was cold and the lettuce was thick and hard. My rootbeer float was served in a plastic container with a lid and no frosty rootbeer mug like asked for. Disgusting. Won't be going here ever again!

Why on the menu where you order in the drive through does it say the kidspack is5.99 but you want to charge me 14.99 because I want a kids apple juice?
This is bad business. I cannot give my child water on your menu only soda or cows milk? Not inclusive and a price gauge. I will not be going back. Used to be a great location I could depend on for just what my kid needs, when on the run. Not any more! Disappointing.

I swear they refry old fries, and reheat old patties. Love A&W but this location is always a letdown and incredibly slow.
I should mention i frequent this location at late night hours due to work so my options are limited, and that this spot used to be good but for about a year now the night service is extremely low brow.

Fresh and tasty food from here! I like that A&W has a lettuce wrap substitution for the bun.

Stopped for breakfast on my way to work at 5: 30 am to be told they can't cook sausage because they are cleaning the grill. Thanks for nothing A&W

This location was excellent when it first opened years back, but recently, I believe this location has had some staffing problems. I usually only frequent this area late night, so take a chance on efficiency.

The only reason I gave it four out of five stars it was because it's so small in the fact that it's so small and so many people in there makes it feel more crowded and I didn't really like the fact that it was crowded otherwise the service was amazing and the food was really good like a classic game do in course so I would go to a more spacious and W and plus since this place was super far out of my city I didn't really like driving a lot but still it's a good restaurant

They made me a decent breakfast sandwich. That's all I wanted this day. Service was efficient and the place was clean. A bit pricy for fast food, but it's Vancouver and area right?

Nice location, has a very modern feel with the same classic diner vibe A&W is known for. Friendly staff, and quick service.

This is the best A&W I have ever been. I even do not want to compare this with any other competitors because this is the best. It is clean, good customer service and the staff are very friendly.

There burgers taste way better than McDonald's, doesn't actually taste like just over-processed sawdust. I had the teen burger and was very pleased. Fries were also very good!

Fresh, Yummi, Breakfast at any time during the day/night. Open 24 hrs so that is really convenient. Drive-Thru because of Covid is the best. They always friendly and clean. If you order with out cheese or especial instructions they never miss them (like at MC Donalds) it makes me really happy. I am a regular because I like the food and I have no complains so far in many years.

Nice clean restaurant. Great stop for travellers. We were going to Vancouver Island and had some time before the ferry so we stopped in here and had a meal. The food was very good and well presented. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They gave us some information about the Tsawwassen area and the mall. We enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine on their new benches. I would suggest anyone on their way to the island to stop in and enjoy the classic A & W menu. The chef at this A & W makes the meals better than other restaurants that we have stopped at on our journeys.

This is definitely the best A&W I've ever been, place was super clean, people super nice and what was the best "I just got my order taken and I literally had my food ready before I paid for it" super mega fast service, best employees

Went through drive thru to get bacon and eggs and thats literally all i got. No condiments (which I asked for), no napkins and no cutlery.

Food was average and apparently the prices went up cost $30 for 2 meals plus 1 buddy burger (which is a slider not a full burger by the way)

I asked for ketchup and she put the packet in my burger. Considering they are picking up the packets with their hands, they should watch where their putting them. Why would I want dirty ketchup packets touching my burger. Some staff just don't use their brains or common sense!

Ordered a mozza burger and provided with a teen burger. I told them I ordered a mozza burger. Zero attempt made to correct their mistake and was told that a teen burger wasn’t much different. Wow!

Best veggie burger around. Ingredients healthier too and products recyclable! Staff always friendly.

Good place for a quick lunch. Good fast food and the chilled root beer is awesome! Staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always clean.

Had a very pleasant experience. Made my day. Left with a massive smile on my face no joke. Top class service from top class people. 10/10 would recommend if you’re in t town.

The beyond meat burger is a good vegetarian option and if you leave off the mayo it is vegan I believe. Watch the Game Changers on Netflix

We got cold onion rings which they replaced without incident. The Manager was very obliging though & personally went around to chat with guests, refill drinks in fresh chilled mugs & then bused our table too!

My "All Canadian Breakfast" consisted of crisp bacon, sausages, brown toast adequately buttered, hash browns, AND perfect over-easy fresh eggs. This particular A&W is slightly out of the way but those fortunate enough to find it are treated to spanking clean premises and delightful food that is more than above average. Ordered meals are served in an aluminum tray with paper place mat. Condiments are neatly presented in a neat counter with a wash basin and an opening where trays, utensils, and plates pass through. Customers are encouraged to empty trays into a recycling bin and refuse container. Hence, they become proactive at maintaining cleanliness. To top all this, coffee is absolutely delightful. You bet it is my favorite breakfast destination in the Ladner/Tsawwassen area.

Decent food, fast service, clean restaurant. Employees always greet with a smile. Fun place to stop in for a quick bite while shopping in T Commons

Unfortunately they got our order wrong. This would've been understandable if they were super busy, however we were the only customers at the time.

Nice new building, very clean, great sink and condiment area for both adults and kids. Classic and wonderful A & W flavors we all know and love. Only reason for 4 stars is due to a slight language barrier with certain employees that appeared to be hard to work with for some customers in line. But a great A & W spot.
