Love this A&W! Awesome food, and lovely people. Thank you to David for always being so kind and putting a smile on my face when I come through the drive thru:) You guys rock.

Very tidy and the staff is really friendly. The food was good, I've always enjoyed A&W

Brutal. Watered down pop. Onion rings that were burned on the outside and raw in the center. Dreary dated decor. Not up to usual A&W standards. This location is going downhill badly. Reeks of penny pinching and bad management.

It’s an A&W and it’s clean. If you like A&W then I’d go here instead of location on Harvey fwiw.

Breakfast, eggs overcooked, bacon overcooked. Staff do not know how to smile and greet patrons

Pretty quiet for the time that I visited, burgers are well made and ice cold glasses are available. Self serve soft drinks are available, with a good setting of gas, so no overflowing of drinks.

Just went through the drive-thru and grab myself a teen burger and onion rings it was great

Clean professional and fantastic food. Avoid all other A&W in Kelowna and go to this one.

It not open for inside dining only drive thru Its the pits There is other A&W s that are the same It discouraging me from going to A&W at all

As far as fast food goes, it's a burger place so no major expectations. A&W, though, is by far the best in the lower Mission.

good ol days" Classic great root beer goes well with anything on Menu, also good selection for a "fast food place"

I always thought a@w was a little too salty but every once in a while you need a convenient burger

Great Mama Burgers! Friendly staff, clean washrooms and very clean restaurant. Open on New Year's Day! Great way to start 2020!

No recycling. For a big corporation that prides itself on its sources and whose placemats literally say how they're trying to be eco-conscious, you should at least have recycling.

Tried their cod wrap. Pretty good not greasy or soft. Nice and crunchy. Staff at Lakeshore location very kind and quick.

Fresh toppings, fresh buns with great tasting burgers. Love that A&W only serves real cheddar now, it's a game changer!

Soft (almost soggy) bun, pattie and condiments ok, fries too soft for my liking, root beer was great as usual.

My card got frozen so the supervisor working that night let me come back and pay for my meal another time 10/10 customer service
