From Jackson (9 years old) - “Let’s give them 10 out of 8 stars! They have the best burgers, and I don’t even like burgers! ” Service was very friendly and efficient. Food was nice and hot.

Disgusting came in 1 hour before closing and they gave me a disgusting cold burger.not even attempted to warm it up.avoid this restaurant dont give your money to these people

The food at A&W is always great. Once you are used to eating their grass fed beef, the other fast food burgers pale in comparison and their meat is bland

Besides the shrinking portions and increasing prices for those decreased sizes, was not too bad for fast food, almost to the point be worth just going to a good restaurant and spend a couple more bucks to get unlimited pop and fries, but if you in a hurry it's ok

Stopped for some French fries for the grandkids and if you haven't tried the lettuce wrap teen burgers you need to.another mid way point and drop off to flip the grandkids back to their parents.lol

Sometimes you get great food, sometimes it all terrible and missing items. Really depends who's working, very hit or miss. I live in lake country, and I'll be driving to the airport A&W after cold food and missing items the last couple visits.

Overall bad service and forgot the most expensive burger ordered. It was the first item on the receipt too.

Foods always right & staff always good to you. My only reason it's 4 stars not 5 is I order 18$ in food and I'm still hungry.

Great food. Bacon crispy in teen burgers.onion rings could have been a bit better. Overall.enjoyed this location over many other locations.

Good service and friendly staff.unfortunately the food quality is horrible. Their chrispy chicken was overpowered by the mayo and had zero crunch. Was hoping it was better than the bugers but is about the same.is the last time I will visit a buger king location.

Wish it was more like the olden days but the food was fair and the price was ridiculously expensive, could eat twice or more at other fast food places for the price. Not expecting to go back any time soon

Just getting too expensive to eat out anymore, other competitive places with coupons are a lot cheaper

The restaurant was very busy 2 other a nd w we went to had drive threw only, the young man working was multitasking in a very efficient way, but yet he was still courteous. It was impressive to watch.

I visited this location on a Saturday. The young man on the intercom was so polite and very cheery as he took my order. I pulled up to the window and had my payment processed by a girl who was polite, but not overly friendly. I received my drink and was waiting for my meal for a few minutes. The young man who originally took my order came to hand me my bag and thanked me for waiting as he informed me that the onion rings were hot and fresh. He was so friendly and had a smile that was contagious. Whoever he is he deserves a raise. My entire meal was hot and delicious!

Just have to give a shout out to the lovely young woman who was working last night. We stopped for a bite 20 minutes before closing. She was by herself serving us at the counter plus a super busy drive thru business. She was calm and friendly and efficient. Pretty impressive to watch. Thank you for your hard work!

The new double cheese double bacon papa burger was great, only disappointment was the cold fries.

Love there breaky platter.only place I can order breakfast on the go, and sub the crabs for protein

Food was good.whoever the drive through lady working at 2: 00 pm March 16th was extremely rude to me, i paid half cash and debit and she rolled her eyes at me.i then asked for ketchup and she closed the door in my face. Good food, very rude service.

Efficient operation. They had minimal staff behind the counter but they were well organized and processed the orders quickly.

In todays market, staffing is a challenge. The young man taking my Dine in order was impressively efficient tending both the dining area and the drive thru. Sure there was only myself and one other inside but the drive thru was constantly active.

Good burger and rings.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. 20 minutes to get a simple order or a couple egg mc muffins

Great food and friendly staff.
Went through drive thru yesterday and there was a lovely lady working the window, (Tina? Perhaps i can't remember her exact name, but she was a supervisor) she was pleasant and even made us laugh.
Was refreshing in a line of work that is fast paced and in a world that's always in a rush.

Decent service, food is generally good but lately it's like they are doing something different to their sausages. They just don't taste the same.

We only go for their Beyond Meat i.e. Veggie burgers.
Last visit all the doors were locked, with signs that said go to the next door - due to a staff shortage.

Normally this place is really good but it's been going down hill. I ordered food last night and they ended up double charging me for one of my burgers, gave me a teen burger instead of a double mozzarella, forgot my sauces and gave me a the regular sized mozzarella mushroom burger instead of a buddy burger. I was not happy and neither was my partner. I didn't realize till I got home. 2 stars cause the food was still good just not accurate.

I love this restaurant and this location is so convenient, teen burger combo with root beer is the best!
