My favourite fast food restaurant but this location is handing out coupons that have been expired for many months.

We ordered with a coupon with a few other items go to the window, and the total was surprising. We said it’s not right they assured us it is right we did the math ask the words and it is not right we over paid. We added the 2x teen 2x fries 2x drink up co
W up to $26.56 (-5.17 coupon) 21.39 it was supposed to be 16.99 for the combo. Kinda upset that just said no no it’s correct price.

They make burgers with fresh ingredients, and distinct flavors, so it's not just one big glom.

This location is positioned off an exit from the highway, making it easily accessible. One star minus because staff need retraining on manners and being in view of the entrance when working. It looked abandoned! No staff in sight for 3 minutes with the front door open and lights on! Food was as it should be. The place was empty. No souls around. Even in the convenience store had one staff and he's sitting on his phone quiet as a mouse. (time reference: 730-800pm)

If you need lunch in the industrial area west of Chilliwack, this is the best place I have found. Quick and tasty!

While this restaurant met my expectations the Ev charger is the reason I frequent this location.

Good breakfast food. Egg and cheeser breakfast (order on a bun is good) (on a bun not on an English muffin)
with hash brown is a nice quick breakfast

I ordered 2 spicy chicken burger meals for me and a friend, Both of us shared the fries and rings (the only thing we could eat) and had to TOSS the burgers. Chicken shouldn't smell and taste like fish especially when fish is NOT on there menu ‍️

Very disappointing. A/W Canada has a national campaign in November marketing coffee (any size) for $1 and you charge an additional $0.24 surcharge to get a large coffee? Puzzling!
There is huge opportunity to attract new customers, coffee is king!

First visits when just opened were fantastic

The best location. Always consistently good with everything. They deserve an award. Hard to trust any other location compared to them.

This place is awesome! Food is always hot and fresh. I won’t go to any other location. I hope the keep it up cause that will make people return to this location. You might have to wait but I rather wait a few minutes to have hot and fresh food.

The staff here are so dumb they dont understand anything. They dont listen to instructions and don't know the meaning of well done

Nothing fast about the food there. You're always asked to pull aside and wait for your food, they never have it ready. Frustrating to say the least.

I live quite close and I often stop there for a meal. The generous portion of fries does require four packets of ketchup to fully enjoy. Often and almost every time I receive none or two perhaps one. When I ask for ketchup and it appears on the order board I find when I don't receive the request amount they don't include a customer copy of the receipt. When I ask if the ketchup is in the bag the response is the standard yes. Is it the policy of this restaurant to consitently lie to the customer and consistently miss represent the high standards of customer service which a and w is known for.

I was just in this establishment. I requested a lettuce wrapped burger, the staff making my burger had her hands all over the handles of the fry baskets and the condiment spoons. She then proceeded to put my lettuce on the counter and put the sauce on it… She then opened the freezer pulled out frozen meat patties with her bare hands threw them on the grill and continued not only touching my food but the food of others and did not wash her hands I immediately asked for a refund. The manager came out from the back and wasn’t even going to ask why I was requesting a refund. I conveyed that she was the lead and therefore required to ensure the staff were adequately trained and following through on safe food handling practices. Don’t eat here unless you want to be subjected to food poisoning.

Spicy chicken burger was super old and dry as were the fries and they were barely warm. The woman messed up our simple order. Only thing good was we asked for fresh onion rings. We shouldn't have to ask for fresh food.

Tried A&W's beyond meat burger. It was quite good. The staff is very kind and friendly. They put extra lettuce as requested. Seating area is good. It's a nice place to stop by. The food mart adjoining the A&W has an interesting revolving candy umbrella for kids; children will love it. It's quite unique and so colorful.

They never seem to remember ketchup or mayo in the bag when I ask going through the drive through.the food is great so I'd give it 5 star but if you get to a job site and your eating fries with out mayochup that 5 turns into a 1 real quick

They are slow and very rude they need new management this twice a would not recommend this A&W

One of the best locations I've been to. Always very clean and excellent service. I go out of my way to eat at this location.

Actually I had the new hot chicken burger it was terrible. It was dry it was Overcooked. I couldn't even eat it.

Got my whole order wrong and charged me for more expensive food and whole meals when all I got was two burgers. They wanted to argue with me when I told them they got it wrong.

Very fresh tasting food. Clean restaurant with helpful staff. I highly recommend eating here if you like A&W.

One of the slowest a&w's i have ever been to and refuses to pick up the phone for mobile orders during the pandemic

Ordered 2 buddy burgers. Both burgers must have been sitting for hours then microwaved. Looked horrible. Dry and old dried cheese. Never go here

What is going on? This is perhaps the best a & w I have dined in! Fries are fresh and burgers look like it’s pictured.
