Just went through the drive through, ordered sausage and egger, and decaf.
The sandwich was soaked in grease and coffee lukewarm. I use the A&W all the time this is the first time this has happened

There's not much better than a teen burger and fries. I can't eat wheat so I get it lettuce wrapped and delicious and crunchy and I don't even miss the bun.

Do NOT get the frozen rootbeer! I came here with my friend and we both ordered a frozen rootbeer. When we got them they did not taste good whatsoever, I don’t know if it’s just me but I thought it would be fizzy, but it was not. It didn’t taste like rootbeer either. It tasted like some cheap syrup put over slush. It wasn’t worth it based on the price of it. My friend was displeased with theirs too and I am highly disappointed.

Incorrect order, employee advised me incorrectly and then lost my order. Had to go into store to reorder. No point in having a drive thru. Very unorganized

This is the best A&W around. Service is fast and curtious. Food always tastes fresh and coffee is well made.

Ordered 2 orders of onion rings and discovered shortly after the light batter, wasn't evident of new oil but very much under fried, chewy and doughy.
Brought it to the shift managers attn.and the narcissist thought it was both funny and unimportant.
Certainly won't be back to this location!

I almost didn't stop here because of previous reviews. It was great! I only had a great experience. Considering the place was extremely busy with students from a local high school. The service was fast, the food was hot and fresh. Staff were extremely polite.

Definitely one of the better options when it comes to "fast food" joints. Was immediately handed a frosted mug for my root beer upon ordering. Burger patty tastes more meaty than others. I personally like their onion rings but I suspect the industrial road salt seasoning may carry a lot of sodium. All in all this is a better selection when traveling with the family and/or being in a rush and pinched for time. Several was very polite and positive

Pretty standard A&W. The only issue here is consistency with breakfast sandwiches and sometimes running out of sausages. Great service though.

Food was decent but the atmosphere was eerie and depressing, staff looked like their souls had been sucked out. The blinds are down 24/7. The glasses looked as if they were from the 50's and had some kind of mold or lichen growing on them? Ive seen Bosnian POW camps that looked nicer honestly.

First experience. Friendly, unique choices. We opted for breakfast burritos. Was a good choice! Yummy &filling. Loved the roasted peppers! We would go again if we are that way again.

Food was good, there was an old guy dressed in a full cowboy outfit eating poutine in the corner and some guy walked in and handed his electric scooter over the counter to charge.entertaining, 9/10

Eating Teen Burgers as a Teen and I still love a good Teen burger, preferably two back to back by themselves.

Great breakfast, superb service friendly place, they have a tiny girl there that could run a seminar on customer service, she is so pleasant she always makes my day

I frequent A&W's. It's kind of my go-to if I can't decide where to eat. This one, in Duncan was one of the best that I have been to in a long time. Order was up really quickly, and I was expecting cold food because it was waiting, but no! It was super hot and fresh. Everything was very good

This location is always on point. Friendly staff, fast service, fresh food always. Never a giant lineup like competitors. I've come on my half hour lunch break numerous times and gotten back with plenty of time to spare. Not so at other drive thru restaurants. I appreciate you guys!

Maybe because it was a busy Sunday night in the drive-thru - I ordered one teen burger and was charged for and received two! Yeah, I should have been alerted when my cost was nearly 14 dollars, but it was still a surprise to get two burgers when I only had enough appetite for one. So I headed downtown and found someone to give the extra burger to. Delicious fast food.

Consistently a good experience getting food here. The drive-thru is efficient, the staff are friendly, the orders are correct and prepared well.

Probably the best quality fast food in town but it also cost more so I can't go very often. I miss the old recipes for the burgers, not sure what changed but it used to be better, still decent though

The food has been quite good, and hot. Very quick service even when busy.

Exactly what you expect from an A&W. Quick service and a good mozza burger. A little pricey for fast food if ya ask me

Keep up the great work you guys. Always hot and fresh. Always as we ordered it. You can tell the team here cares. Uncle burgers are the best. And you guys really move through the line up at the drive through. We will always come back to this location.

Excellent food at a very good price plus the service was very fast they definitely put the fast in the "fast food" which is very excellent. I was hungry and they did very well I must say!

Great service at this location! Always friendly and professional, food is great although they discontinued whistle dogs. I think I'm the only one who like them.

Amazing burgers. But usually soggy on the side because they put them in the bag on their side. Stand them up and you'll have a great burger!

Ordering was very smooth, burgers nice and fresh and we were able to sit a nice distance away from other customers. The plexiglass between tables was an added touch of security.

Depends who's working. Day staff was great. Evenings gave me a raw burger because it was close to closing time, which I didn't realize till after. Threw out all the food as it wasn't edible.

Food was good. I choose A&W for the healthier choices to fast food. Like the sweet potato fries, no hormones in the beef and rootbeer with real cane sugar.

Really only have good things to say about this A&W! The food is always hot and the ingredients are fresh, and the meals I have ordered consistently taste great. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is so much I could say about the cleanliness of this restaurant. It is kept so neat and tidy, that there hasn't been a time I have stopped in that I've noticed any mess or cleanliness issues. I recommend getting the teen burger combo; it's an all-around excellent choice! Finally, this restaurant is a great choice for a family looking for somewhere to eat, especially when quickly passing through Duncan. Definitely recommend!
