It is always worth spending a little extra money at A & W Restaurants to get a little better meal.

Our experience was terrible because one of the employee was sick. I don’t why know they came when they had health issues also why their manager let them work if they have health issues.manager should be concerned about customer’s health.

"Cruisin' the Dub" occurs on Fridays at 5pm. Great place to see some cool cars, meet friendly people and have a burger. So glad A&W is organizing this on a regular basis.

If I wanted something that was scraped off the floor and put in a bunch I would have gone to McDonald's

Its 2235hrs and this place has its dining area closed. Store hrs has it open until 2300hrs. Unprofessional and discriminatory to those without wheels. Cloae your drivethru if your short staffed.

Very rushed service even though nobody was behind me in drive through and got my order wrong and didn't get the kit kat turnovers i ordered.they didn't forget to charge me for them however

Waited about 7 mins for all Canadian while no customer ahead of me. Last time i waited over 10mins for all Canadian.

Got the paper plate instead of real plate (while other customer uses real plate)

If I have other choice I won’t be here.
So far the worst AW i experienced.

I order 2 chicken wraps and I asked if the could put a little more lettuce on them because they sometimes cheap out on the lettuce. The person behind the counter wanted to charge me 50 cents per wrap total $1 for this. This is a sad way to treat your customers. I will never spend my money there again. I wish I could give no stars.

Fastest service I've ever seen anywhere, they usually have burgers ready in a couple minutes. Food quality is good and I've never had a mistake with my order.

I went around 3 in the morning on my way home from work, ordered a uncle burger to which the lady taking my order was rude.
Me and car waited between 5-10 min parked in drive thru as the two coworkers were chatting and laughing, when I pulled up to pay there was that fake smile then the lady turned around and started speaking another language she assumed I didn’t know (I did) and bad mouth me and joke about tampering with my order to her coworker.
Incredibly disappointed in the behaviour that is allowed nowadays in this franchise, hope things can change for the better.

Ordered a Mozza burger and they told me to pull up and wait 5 mins, 1 min later lady came out and handed me a bag. My burger was loose in the bag with napkins and all the ingredients everywhere. Wondering if the lady tripped and smashed my order on her way out. Great job

This location has truly earned my respect. They are constantly trying to improve and serve. Morning shift is the absolute best!

Very bad experience at this location. They refused to let us use the coupon at the beginning. After we showed the proof to them, they let us use the coupon but then take the order wrong. We tried to explain to them but they act if we are asking too much. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Love fried pickles so when I saw the add for the Best Burger Ever I had to try it. Ordered 4 burgers on their own. Had to wait in a parking space for them. Got them home 1 of the burgers only had 1 mushy grey fried pickle and the other 3 had only 2 each. Obviously old and mushy. Takes a long time for fried pickles to lose crunch and not sure why they were grey. Wasn't given a reciept so no way to contact head office. I doubt this is the quality they expect from their promotional item. Pretty gross. Lost my business.

The staff is always friendly and fast. The place is always very clean.
The food is delicious and hot.
We will always return.

I worked at A&W as a teenager. Todays A&W does not meet the quality that we served. We had a much better quality of meat and every burger was cooked fresh. We had a much larger menu with more variety. Not just burgers. Where did the hot dogs go, the coney sauce, fish and chips, grilled cheese sandwiches. There breakfast menu is nice but no flavour. Pretty cooked bacon leaves not much to desire. It's too bad they have substituted quality for quantity.

Haven't been back here for years. Last time I drove through, the person taking orders told me I was in for a treat because the owner was cooking. Food was inedible. Had to throw the whole meal in the trash including the coffee. 0/5 do not recommend

Had to explain for 5 minutes that i wanted a bacon and egger croissant sandwich not a ham and egger. They kept thinking i wanted a ham, bacon and egger. I am a clear speaking person. Its not hard to figure out.

No ketchup, counted out napkins as if I’m not spending 11$ on a chicken burger, then I’m asked to wait in special order and I watch my food sit there while they serve the line, after getting my money. Don’t be fooled by this place, they act as though they are doing you a favour by doing it right.

Busy place.too busy to check what the order is supposed to be or to check to see if its the proper order. I have gone here a few times in hopes that I get the right thing but I never do. Uncle burger with cheese no bacon. I get bacon. Papa burger should have two patties. I only get one. This location sucks.
6 months later went to give them another shot. My hamburger was correct this time but my husband had the new fish sandwich and said it was the worst. Didn't taste like fish was bland.

Counter girl messed up my order 3times and still didn't bring the right food. 30min to finally get the simple order correct.

Food is always hot and tasty. I alwayd enjoy there chubby chicken burgers, chipotle wraps, and the flavouring onion rings. A few friends including my sister work at this restaurant, and i am impressed. Keep up the good work.

The staff was very kind. Patient, gave me a sample of soda to taste, and comped me fries when there was a misinterpretation of my order.

Food is good, but if you go into the restaurant the line can take a very long time. If you are short on time, even if you work in walking distance, do the drive thru, otherwise you can spend most of your lunch waiting. Breakfast is the same thing, have plenty of time if you are going into the restaurant.

The manager their really has a bad attitude, she refused to break a bill so I could have bus fare when I was a regular customer and had just bought something. I understand store policy but she had a really bad attitude and was rude. I will not be going back.

Charged double for two teen burgers.because they wouldn't give me a copy of their coupon.and then gave my friend and I one napkin with 2 teen burgers.never going back.would give zero stars if I could.
