Staff is some of the friendliest and animated I have seen in an airport restraint in a while. Hopefully if you come here Quang is working!

The service is amazing! I think his name is Quang. Unlike typical fast food kiosk at the airport, he’s fun&friendly&energetic and fast. He took less than 1 mins to take order. That’s the real fast food! Impressive. 5 stars for this staff. Food is A&W standard.

Quang is an amazing server! His uniqueness made everybody smile in doesn't matter if you waited for your order or where just ordering! Despite or plane was delayed he made us forget our worries for a while just the way he is!

2 star because slow line and not a good burger. Kinda wet and grey. Waited inline and had enough time to download app, install and setup account and place 2 mobile orders. The we watched cashier duplicate the order by hand at the till. Not a good use of mobile tech

Talk about high energy service, the bloke to looked after me, entertaining!
Burgers are ok for a chain store burger, real meat, cooked well.

This is not due to the staff They did fine but they were completely understaffed The drink had no ice and fountain drinks are flat the lineup was 20 minutes long and the poor staff looked like this was common not out of the ordinary management really needs to recognise that just because we have nowhere else to eat does not mean they can lower quality this much

Quang is super friendly and enthusiastic about his job, he seems so happy to be there, he deserves a raise, it’s the main reason why I choose this a&w over the tim hortans

The guy that works here in the morning - he is so enthusiastic and energetic, he made my day. Nice to see people who care about the job that make sure others get their orders right and with a smile on their face when they leave. They are fast in service and best bang for your buck here for airport food.

I come through YVR a lot and Quang is simply the best. He greets everyone so happily and I always look forward to his cheerful “hello/bonjour! ” The food is very good. Just ask to receive condiments and they are more than happy to help.

Stood 10 minutes in line to order breakfast, only for them to tell me I cant order it anymore by the time I arrived at the counter one minute late at 11: 01.

Wow. Paid $10.90 for a hamburger pay extra for cheese, pay extra for bacon. Worst a&w experience. I have eaten here before and was good. Now is not good you pay more for less. Flavor. Everything. Rip off. Go to japadog.

There's this Fella that was tending the front counter when I went through, and he brought such a fantastic energy to the job, I can't stop thinking about the good vibes he was radiating. Didn't manage to catch his name, but his energy was like that of a hibachi chef, with the the exaggerated movements and all that.

They ask you leave your name for your order. Once the food is ready, they address you to pick up. I think it is a good service.

30 minute wait - staff taking their sweet time doing things, no sense of urgency even though there is 20 people lined up.

It was ok, but what can you expect from an airport? The guy that takes your order was really "on" and super happy to serve the customers. That's why I give it 4 stars. For that guy. Keep with the positivity dude.

The guy they have on front counter is a ball of positive energy. Very pleasant to talk to after a flight. Didnt even need the coffee to pep me up.

A&W is great not only for their variety and quality, but also their receipe/ingredients. I have never had an upset stomache after eating at A&W. That is more important than taste for me. Prices are also reasonable and A&W is always my first choice.

It called “fast food”! I ordered chubby chicken burger combo and I was the only one person there. It took 20 min! Staff is slower than turtle

Pretty good. But also pretty pricey for a fast food chain. I'm assuming it is due to the quality of their food? (I hope that that's the case, anyway). I tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. It was good, but it was a little too spicy for me.

It was very nice friendly service the food is always good at this A&W at the airport and I highly recommend it in the chicken and the beef products there's no antibiotics and also no growth hormones so it's a better thing and I had the onion rings they were delicious big big huge onion rings with as many ketchup as you want with it.

The best onion rings and the most wonderful hangover food. Burgers are always fresh and the sweet potato fries are amazing. Staff are sometimes slow in the drive thru but I'd rather wait to have hot food then cold old food.

They have great burgers but cannot match mac Donald burgers and little pricy.they always make mistakes in serving the food

Is just another burger, not bad no the best, but take out all the hungry you may have specially when you are about to fly
