Ordered 2 double burger combo, one with fries, one with onion rings. The fries are at best average but the onion rings are definitely worth the buck (and the calories)! Service is slow. Waited a long time to place the order and to get the food.

I mean it's the mall, but other than the people around it. I love their burgers and fries. (Though the root beer fell off)

The guy there on cashier was so kind, i came there when they almost closed but he still asked me if anything they can have for me!

Great service. Food hot and fresh. However they did forget the drinks with our combos and hand to be reminded.otherwise amazing experience.

Poor service here. Always slow. On several ocassions now i have cone to this location to get dinner to take home. Have been told a few times an hour to closing that they had their grills closed or that they have turned off the fryers. Tonight was no different wanted tk order off the "All Day Breakfast" menu as is advertised on their menu "All Day Breakfast. East indian woman on front counter refused to sell it to me, saying that at this hour theyre closing the grills and cleaning them. Its 5: 15 pm when i irdered yet they had no issue cooking and serving beef. Proceeded to twll me that this location is not all day breakfast. If thats the case why are they falsely advertising it. Staff member simply wanted to argue with me, didnt care that it was being falsely advertised.

Staff seem bothered that you're there. Onion rings were falling apart and super greasy however the burgers were on point.

Beyond burger is Okay.should really make a plant based sauce for it though. Doesn't make sense to offer a plant based alternative but then have a dairy derived sauce on it.but hey a step in the right direction I guess

Woodgrove mall A&W messed up a little buddy burger 3 times.gave up and asked for money back

I enjoyed the teen Burger it's usually my favorite. And the service is usually pretty good I enjoyed it

Not bad for fast food. I don't eat fast food that often but when I do A&W is usually the preferred Choice

Food is good awesome employees but over the years the whole company has been getting really cheap and food quantity keeps getting smaller and smaller but their prices keep going through the roof witch I do understand that their costs keep going up but when one person has to pay almost $14 bucks for a Poppa Burger meal with cheese lol and the burger is almost smaller than a average coffee cup and the patties are even shrunk smaller and maybe a 1/8 inches thick and that's being generous LoL that's really sad! I could have gone somewhere else and saved money as I had to go to subway and get a sandwich to get full just glad I never had the family lol! I haven't eaten at a$w in a long time just forgot about them and I used to really enjoy them I just don't get near them anymore as they are out of the way for me and after this I am not going to bother with them anymore as it's sad as I like the food charge more and give me a proper serving!

Asked for a double chicken buddy and it was missing a piece of meat. Besides that, it was a good experience.

Its weird the one in the food court is the best in town but it is and probably will continue to be far a long time.
With that said the one downtown, beside the co op is ok but don't even bother with the one at south gate mall

I ate the 5 chicken strip combo with root beer and 2-5 chicken strips tasted like puke and I have never seen or tasted that at a a&w
