A&W Canada

Typical A and W food but was grossed out when I saw an employee use the washroom and did not wash their hands. Avoid this place!

All these adverts for frozen lemonade all over social media and they don’t even have it here only at “the one on marine drive”

Quite possibly the dirtiest A&W I have ever been in. Not sure how they pass any foodsafe inspection. Like the back of the menu boards that are in plain sight are clearly unfinished plywood. And the amount of grub on the floor.ew. I'll stick to other locations in the future, for sure.

I waited over 20 mins for two breakfast sandwiches and their were 5 people working, making orders that were placed after mine which didn’t make sense to me!? ! And then when I finally got my breakfast, one of the sandwiches had half a bun on its top. Ugh
I won’t go there again. Very disappointing.

You know that friendly, portly little guy on the A&W TV ads? You're going to find anyone like him here. Never once heard any of them say thank you or goodbye. They look at you funny if you want to use a cardboard tray to carry out your food because they can't charge you 15 cents for a bag. But the food is good.

I like A&W in general but this location wait time is always too long. This time I ordered a sausage Breakfast sandwich and a small coffee, the cashier told me they don’t have sausage can do bacon instead. I said ok. After 20min waiting, they passed me the sandwich but forgot my drink. I then wait again for the coffee. When I was back to work I realized that there’s no bacon in my sandwich……

They charge an additional bag fee and a cup fee - but you can’t even sell coffee without a cup so why are you charging extra for a cup? Just going to pour it on the ground in a puddle if we don’t want to pay an extra fee? Whoever is running this location needs to go out to the forest and apologize to whatever tree made the oxygen they’re breathing

Had my 7 am breakfast here before work. Aside from my large order being <20$, the cashier was so patient with my tired long winded order and even brought my order to where I was sitting. Her kindness was really appreciated! This is probably the cheapest you can get for a tasty, well made, and inexpensive breakfast in the area.

They serve their burgers with a lot of veggies which is nice compared to some other a&ws, I'd say the only downside is that they do tend to get overcrowded, but that's not really a bad thing so to speak haha

Pics from the owner wrongly displays it's a drive through. But it is absolutely not. You actually have to park on the side road at one of the parkmeter as for any regular store!

I normally visit this place to buy root beer because it is found at A/W only not other places so if you want to try rootbeer go to this place A/W CANADA you will be amaze how root beer taste.

Even though my food was ready, she took three orders before giving me my food, once again. Buns burnt frequently at this location.

Good service, food as expected with fresh fries.

Its very reasonable & clean
& Im noticing more woman are comfortable being there without having to bring a friend to feel at ease

Great value when you use a coupon and drinking out of a real glass that has been frozen tastes wonderful

I’m giving this uncle burger and the particular a&w 5 stars.the burger was fantastic looking! And delicious. The washrooms and front house was spotless.

Even though I showed up 20 minutes to closing, the staff were still very friendly and attentive. Food was solid, as expected.
