This location suddenly stopped sell onion rings in 2024. Very disappointed with that decision.

Eggs made to order coffee is good In most fast food restaurants, the eggs are centrally processed and stored in the freezer before being delivered.

As other reviewers have pointed out, staff do es not use gloves to make your burger. It’s unsanitary.

Usually have a good experience here. Servers were very friendly, however my bun had a patch of blue/green mold on/in it. Other three burgers were fine. They apologized sincerely and profusely, replaced the burger and gave me free fries.

I recently had a great experience with the customer service team at A&W. A girl named ‘Sunbeam’ was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all my options and were patient when I had questions. She was also very knowledgeable and able to provide accurate information in a timely manner. I felt like she truly cared about my needs and concerns. I highly recommend A&W for their excellent customer service!

In a completely empty restaurant with nobody in line we were told our two breakfast sandwiches would take at least 10 minutes to make. 4 staff working so no idea why the delay. I was asked if it would be for here or to go. I chose here to save a paper bag. When food showed up, brought to our table, it was in a bag and the server asked if we would still like the tray (?). Odd.

My boyfriend just went down to order some food for take out, he ordered two bacon cheddar uncle burger combos and only one uncle burger came with bacon and cheddar. My boyfriend went back since we live just upstairs, they staff told him that it would take a while to make a new one and charged him $ for the bacon and cheese the handed over to him in a bag. Sorry but the poorest level of customer service. The employee rang the order in wrong not our fault and then doesn’t want to make the burger and then on top of it charges him! I work in the industry and I can say this is not acceptable customer service at all.

I got Very good service. It was a great experience. All the staff is very welcoming and charming.working employees at A&W is also really friendly. I absorbed that making the customers happy is their main priority.

They always serve hot and tasty food. Employees take care of customer’s needs, always friendly and got my order at the table

Food here is consistent with most other A&Ws. But please ask for Ketchup, this location doesn't give you ketchup when you order fries unless you ask for it. It seems like management here wants to save every penny possible, so giving out ketchup with fries is something you need to demand.

In fact! I visited 4 other A&Ws in the Burnaby/Coquitlam area and it is a trend that A&Ws just don't add ketchup to your fries order.

Make sure you ask for ketchup or you will get none.

Always so slow, never spell names right (even the basic ones?) and i don’t like that they don’t use gloves when cooking:///
