Cold burger with totally brown lettuce. It was takeout so I couldn’t return it. McDonalds next time…

We came in and the place was empty. Floor is sticky, tables are dirty, chairs have dried up ketchup on them. The 4 teen burgers we got didn't even have the cheese melted on the patty. Horrible location. As we left we noticed their add that teen burgers are 4.99 all day. Well they didn't tell us when we were buying them and had no issues with overcharging us. When I came back to ask for refund, the guy was trying to justify his right to overcharge, didn't even get the taxes back.

This is the worst A&W I’ve been to Might as well cook a gopher in the field taste the same

And for the manager that told my boyfriend that she don’t like his sunglasses pretty sure you don’t tell a paying customer that.

Food and customer service poor.

The girl at the counter was watching her coworkers speak in their language. I felt really awkward for her.

Place was completely empty staff sitting on their a$$, tables were dirty! Unbelievably sad no wonder McDonald's is full!

I go to a&w quite frequently in Cranbrook BC. Yhis one was just not the same my sausage was really chewy and wasn't all that hot, the bun was a little bit on the hard side. My daughters bacon &egger eggbwas cool. I know we came towards the end of breakfast but that's not really an excuse to have not-so-great food. The service was awesome

Dirty restaurant, and washrooms are dirty and smells really bad. They served the food incomplete

Where have you been all my life! I was expecting something like MacDonald's or burger king but it was so much better. Have the cheese and bacon Uncle burger. Super juicy, thick and tasty. An unexpected treat.

This is the best fast food burger place. Real meat not some grinder up garbage put between two sheets of cardboard. Also they have the ketchup pumps so you don’t have to open several packets to have ketchup with your fries.

We usually only go there for breakfast.
They really have good coffee, served in nice big mugs.
Not much atmosphere in a fast food place.

I think people, especially those visiting the valley, do not realize how hard it is to staff and run places in tourist towns like invermere. The staff here do their best during busy peaks. I have seen to many times the abuse these folks have to put up with. I come here from Calgary often and it sickens me to see people act like a holes in here. Grow up.obviously long weekends and summer weekends these places are going to have line ups and long wait times so don’t go if you can’t handle it. These are humans working here …

What the heck is going on with this AW? Took a long time to get service, music (that wasnt the approved over the speakers music) was blaring in the kitchen. The kitchen was a disgusting disaster, food and stuff all over the floor. Cleanliness was obviously not a priority (inside was not busy) Guy on fryer not wearing gloves and using bare hands to drop food into fryer. The girl who served us our food was unpleasant. Our food was hot but I got very little onion rings with my order (not even half a bag). I used to brag how good this AW was, something has gone terribly wrong here!

First time coming here since we had to make a stop for lunch with the family.
Long line up and the food took forever, it was like 45 mins wait. It wasn’t super busy. Drive thru was also a long line up but apparently the workers there gave priority to the drive thru compare to the dine in. They probably never dealt with so many customers all at once.
Hopefully it will get better with the servicing since summer time is here and there will be a lot of visitors from out of town coming in.

Washrooms closed, restaurant not busy, but not clean. Food didn't seems consistent A&W quality. Flavor wasn't quite right. Trash bins are strange, not possible to put empty cups in the receptacle and no signs about why? , where to put them?

Giant neon sign says open until 8pm… arrived at 7: 30 and went into the restaurant to be greeted by weird looks… and then someone says “umm, that door was suppose to be closed and locked. We can’t help you”. We then went through the drive- thru no problem but the same could not be said for the people behind us. Food was okay, not very warm.

Can't go wrong with a burger from A&W. Plus if you have a furry friend with you, (s) he will probably get a crunchy treat!

Service was quick. Bathrooms were clean. Burgers were typical A&W quality, but the onion rings and fries were my worst A&W e experience. Onion rings were all mushed together and soggy. Fries were not hot and were soggy as well.

Went through drive-thru at this location on a weekend. We were staying for a few days in Invermere and the food was good. In that short interaction at the drive thru, while giving our order, I think we were asked at least 5 times "is that it? ". Our order had 4 burgers and a poutine so it really wasn't that big for us to be rushed through. We waited a few minutes at the pick up window and were again spoken to as though they just wanted us out of their area. The order was correct but we were given a drink that we didnt order and when we gave it back and addressed our concern that the receipt stapled to the brown takeout bag was not ours, we were just told, the stuff inside is correct and again were spoken to like they were trying t rush us outta there. Once again, food quality was as expected so no concerns there.

People before us got fries, we did not. Then we bought a burgers and they shorted us one, and then we tryed to go get it but they closed 5 minutes early

We always get top notch service when we visit this location! The food is always fresh, hot and delicious (best onion rings on the planet!) and the wait time is never very long.

They had ran out of fries, onion rings, and chicken strips literally as soon as we went in, the people beside us had ordered fries, super crowded, I had ordered 4 teen burgers for my family, and after 15 to 20 minutes I was only given three, once we were in our car I had realized their mistake and went back to ask for the last teen burger but they had locked their doors! It would have closed in 15 minutes, I would not recommend going to this A&W and was really disappointed as I have had many great experiences at other A&W’s.

This place is great for fast convenience or for sitting and enjoying. Your meal what ever the case may be these guys got you covered

Placed a mobile takeout order only to find out the restaurant had closed early. At least somebody inside let me in to give me a refund.
