Every time you go through the drive throw it's over a 15-20min wait when there is no other cars in line. Don't waste your time.

Beyond ridiculous.

Very poor service. Ordered 2 coffees of which one was with 1 cream 4 sugar on our long way from Vancouver to Oliver and the coffee came with 4 cream and 0 sugar. Very disappointed. Made a call to let them know and the response tone of Hanoor or Anora whoever talked over the phone was pretty rude. Never recommend. Extremely low quality service for the high pricey food.

Understaffed & overpriced.
I don't mean the 2 star service to say that the individuals there at the time I was were rude or incompetent, just that they were very busy and understaffed.
The only drinks I could get from the lobby were bottled.

Worst drive-thru I've been too. The woman spoke very broken English was very hard to understand. When I pulled up at the drive-thru there was a huge weight and I couldn't understand why the people weren't ordering and when it became my turn I noticed that it was because she was asking everyone to wait while she served the food at the window so you couldn't place your order until she was done with the car there. Clearly they need more staff. For a drive-thru window at 10am with two cars in front of me it took 15 minutes. If you order a drink with your meal you're getting soda or bottled drinks. So much for the a&w chilled root beer mugs right? The food was typical NW. There is a place to eat in the parking lot but they have a loudspeaker with 90's pop music playing outside. So it ruins any sort of atmosphere you could create in a parking lot. Overall I'd say the drive-thru was a terrible experience and the clerk at the window didn't even tell me to have a nice day she just shut the window after handing me the order. Shrug.

Its Princeton on a Sunday. Everyone swamps the same place at the same time mysteriously. Staff was doing good, burgers were dried and oldish despite being busy. Sadly I went hungry and did not eat my 2 teen burgers, my kids chicken strips were dried and shrived. Esso across the street has wicked chicken! They let me dispose of my teen burgers there. A&W should not have served old food, however the fries were somewhat fresh but undercooked.

Food overcooked, incorrect food in completed order and service awful. 2 girls were working and it took forever for them to acknowledge us and even when they did it was rude. Won't be coming back for a good while.

I was looking forward to a rootbeer float with my meal but they only have bottled root beer. Very disappointed. No frozen rootbeer either.

I ordered a coffee in an Orange juice and I got this this is not cool. Never eating here again they usually have great orange juice Then I witnessed one of the vicked a panhandler that was not even on a and w's property I understand that they have the right to ask anyone to leave us on their property but not When they are not even on N w's property but city propertycity property that is reprehensible

Horrible service. I understand they’re short staffed but when I order something I expect it to be right.

I always order the spicy habanero chicken burger with NO tomato and EXTRA sauce. It usually takes them about 15-20 minutes in the drive thru to make it and it’s never right. They almost never put extra sauce on it or barely any sauce at all and always put tomato.

Today I ordered 2 spicy chipotle wraps, went to work and decided to eat them before I went in and there’s no sauce whatsoever on the wraps. I decided to go back because there’s no way I’m spending $7 for it to be wrong. Told the lady at the window and she took them saying they would be remade, she opens the bag and opens the wraps with her bare fingers, folds them up again and comes to the window hands me them saying there’s plenty of sauce on them and if I wanted more I should’ve asked. She handed me my same order back after digging through them with her bare hands. Highly disappointed. I ended up throwing them out as that’s disgusting.

Every time I try to call they never answer the phone. Management is horrible and doesn’t care about customer service whatsoever. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for a more satisfactory meal.

The food was 3/5, the service was 1/5. Four people working but NO ONE was greeting or serving customers even though they were all doing things at the front counter (for reference we were there at 5: 30, so proper dinner time, there was no good reason for the to be closing up and prioritizing it over customers)

Lacked onion rings (atypical). No fountain refills. No diet root beer. Very expensive for what you get. I usually bring coupons as this makes the price more reasonable. New person at ordering area learning. Told buddy no onion rings and yet we heard them being offered to drive through customs within minutes. Not being managed well from the looks of it. Seen it done much better elsewhere. I don't usually give lower ratings but it wasn't up to usual standards by any means. Food we did get was ok but over priced - that being said, I knew that going in. Other stuff just frustrating.

Always use A and W when touring in Canada, food is good value, never had a bad experience in any of their facilities. WiFi networks have been a life blood when I am traveling Solo on my motorcycle and need to contact family in the UK vi WhatsApp.

Felt so bad for this restaurant coz it's always under staff. The employees are awesome but overworked.

Location is extremely short staffed. Restrooms are filthy and siting area is full of garbage. We waited 45 mins in the drive thru for 2 bacon and egg meals.

Service is extremely slow. Not due to staff there but under staffed for sure. The workers that are there work hard

Staff were friendly, food was good and consistent with other locations. The drive-thru was a bit slow but that is to be expected for a small town.

Took 40 minutes in the drive thru just to get a burger. Would not recommend going if your in any kind of rush

It is unfortunate this A&W only serves bottled root beer because their town's water supply has been compromised. Hopefully things will improve soon otherwise I had a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Its not fast food. Its the slowest food in Canada. 15 minutes per order minimum. No concept of a drive through system

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Was absolutely disgusting! Orders a chicken buddy burger for my husband.bun was hard and dried out, ordered 2 chicken ranch wraps and the lettuce on them was wilted and slimy, fries were cold and soggy, and my daughters kids meal was also dry and came with a rather dried out bun. The lobby was very dirty none of the tables were cleaned for us too dine in quickly.do not recommend stopping here at all.

It's a typical fast food joint, poor service, medium quality food.
There are better places to eat!

Had to meet someone that didn't have Vax and you can dine in with out Vax there. The do an great breakfast also.

1st lady I encountered at the window messed up my order but another lady assisted me and made it right
