This location seems very slow if you order inside. They seem to put 90% of effort to drive thru.

The other day, they kept amongst themselves repeating an order amongst themselves, and it seems like they forget about it, and then they seem to remember, oh we still need that. Probably was about 10 min wait and maybe 1 other order at counter and 2 or 3 in drive thru while there.

Food good, but if you ask for something like no mayo, they are 50/50 if they comply with it accurately.

One manager there Cyrus (sp) I know has tried to make good if order is given to cust wrong. Well done for that.

Quality good, but don't expect to walk in and be out in 5 mins. Other A&W locations are faster by alot.

The food was fresh and tasty and the service was fantastic. We had a large order and they got everything correct and it was quick.

Me and my daughter get the teen Burger combo it always reminds me of my step dad who is not with us anymore

Disappointed there was no frozen root beer available at this location. But very impressed to see a disabled person working there - and doing a GREAT job too!

Asked for extra pickles, and they definitely gave me extra

Standard service at a quick service food outlet. Food is what is expected. To quote an anonymous source "Many have eaten here - few have died".

Went this morning to the A&W location on top of dragonlake hill. Ordered 2 classic Canadian breakfast. We got told that it takes at least 20 minutes because they had to clean the grill first so we don’t get the onion taste on our breakfast. Bacon and eggs with toast and a hash brown patty. Where do the onions come into play? We said forget it then, got the attitude of who cares, then we left. I guess A&W of the menu.

Really good bacon cheddar burger. The Nashville chicken is good too. Best fast food burgers.

Great staff, very friendly, did not have any onion rings so compensated us with great service and great food thank you will make sure we stop by next time we are on the area.
