Alright location during the day but the cashiers are too busy on the phone. As for the food it’s pretty standard A&W except they add a little touch by throwing it in the bag. Very ghetto at night as it’s open 24/7 so homeless frequent and do drugs at the table. I really hope they clean the place.

Workers just talking to each other and laughing. Person at the front rushed to take my order so she could continue talking to her friends. Terrible services

Rough part of town but the staff was great and the food was delicious, we went walking g till we found a decent price breakfast.

This place knows how to lettuce wrap a burger properly! Consistently wrapped to perfection at this location I know that's lame, but it makes this gal soooo happy #saladburger

I love their plant based burger! The best part is that they use separate oil to fry the patty, so great for vegans and vegetarians.

Love my local 'dub! Always there for those late night munchies or a "working late and can't be bothered to cook" take away dinner. Still my favorite onion rings over any other place!

The young was polite, service acceptable. The customer is another story. Ignorant and foolish people are usually present to disturb other customers.

Friendly staff, can get a little backed up fri sat nights because of the nightclub traffic. Otherwise generally no waits

This particular one had horrible night workers who made our $33.00 meals so disgusting we couldn't eat it our onion rings were soggy and way over salted worse experience with A&W

Super friendly service here! My friends and I came here at 11pm and ate some food and the staff were super friendly. The area was clean and it was overall a positive experience. I recommend coming here.

The restaurant was nice and clean even in the after-hour visit. It was good but Indian people when say spicy it is supposed to bee nice and spicy

Got there for breakfast about 5am, but all the tables were occupied with people sleeping. My friend wasn't impressed when some loser that was awake was trying to hit on her and wouldn't take no, and that she wasn't interested.

Stopped in for a coffee and an apple pie. It was very early in the day so I wasn't put off when I was told I had to wait several minutes. I was a little surprised having just sat down and someone's yelling
" everyone out closing for cleaning 5 minutes let's go 5 minutes everyone out. C come back in an hour, everyone out. Generally not a bad place food is good that's a plus, the washrooms are generally always out of order that's a negative.

Absolutely love coming here. Malika is always so attentive and deals with me wonderfully. The store is kept quite clean despite the problems.

All the employees are women and some of them do not use hair bands and it is not hygienic.

The restaurant is not clean and hygienic. The windows are dirty, the roof of the restaurant is blackened by soot.

It does not smell good in the restaurant and it all smells of fat and frying.

The door handle was also very dirty.

In general, you pay very little attention to the cleanliness of your restaurants.

There were spider webs in many parts of the restaurant, which is not good at all in terms of cleanliness.

I like the fact that's it's open 24 hrs. But waiting for your food is like waiting for the second coming of Christ.

Ordered a couple of burgers and asked for extra pickles. Received the burgers with NO pickles. Whomever was making the burgers couldn't read the order as taken since even my receipt shows I requested extra pickles.

I ordered a root beer in my combo and it was not there in my order and I didn't check as I opted for take-out service.

This location allows dine-ins but no trays because of covid? Shouldnt be hard to wash your trays Lol.ordered a meal with onion rings and half of it came out cold.wont come here again

I give 4 stars because the night crew allowed me to sit inside on a COLD night well after my meal was finished.

I never usually leave reviews but the guy tonight was literally phenomenal. Working so hard but also super polite, informative and every last detail was perfect right down to the perfectly folded bag. I don't even know how to properly express how impressed I am, wow! Ty!

I went there on Saturday in the morning. Very good customer service. I think the name was Osheen.she was super nice and frinedly. 5 Star for customer service.

Food is always good here but I am bit concerned why they don't wear gloves, I don't think its safe to pack food with naked hands.

Very upsetting, no manners, rude and the food was horrible. Burgers were soggy, fries were ancient and cold. The fountain drink machine needs a good cleansing.

I do understand because of COVID, social distancing need to be maintained. Sitting need to be more spacious and comfortable

Onion rings were totally blanched

It took close to 5 min to take my order. I was the first in line but everybody was working so I was just standing there. A very loud music by workers inside. I also waited for 5 min to get my coffee so it took 10-12 min at 5: 30 in the morning to get coffee before work. A&W when you make $1 deals in coffee try to be fast and efficient. This is not good!

Bought a beyond meat burger this morning and got food poisoning after. Please be cautious of this A&W location

They’re nice/polite, pretty clean visually but that’s pretty much it when it comes to the “pro’s” of this location.
Couple of things.

I understand wearing gloves to change garbage, but to not wash your hands afterwards? And after handling cash?
May not sound like a big deal, but to be grabbing food items by the top and not handling it where the wrapper is and putting your hand directly where we eat out of? I don’t know.

Three customers that came in at different times in the same week, all getting upset stomachs after consuming the food. (Myself, and 2 others whom I work with). Could be the meat that isn’t being rotated/discarded after a certain of time to control waste?

I was the only customer at the time, took approximately almost 10 minutes, ordered a total of 5 items, still manages to forget one, but I understand, people make mistakes.

Overcharged my meal no face mask or gloves. Was the only customer still took forever and my teenburger was completely messed up in the bag

This one place was disgustingly dirty on my first visit of the decade. The wheelchair-suitable entrance is dangerously slidy on foot. However serves the best fastfood option of all the chains in the city

Fast on take out for doordash-Staff friendly and know how to properly package take out.they have proper lids for to go drinks to prevent spillage if your on a bike like myself! Good on you AaW mind you this not your first rodeo.you have been killing it for years!

Always amazing. I enjoy the beyond range they have, was a little disappointed with how the root beer was filled before the rest of my meal was ready so by the time I got it the level was down and the ice had partially melted.

I pressed all the unhappy faces by accident and caused a moment of collective grief in the staff. There were no Mulligans

Horrible service. The lady taking my order was beyond rude. Didn’t smile or barley speak, went to pass me my change and dropped all of it on the counter and walked away.

Very worst staff. Actually, I visited first in time in this A&W restaurant to have some meal but staff is too rude they don't want to tell me their menu. They were said you need to know the menu before you come.

Terrible service. No food safety standards are followed. The staff does not care to follow any rules. Definitely a place that requires a series of serious inspections.

Horrible customer service. They do not follow any food safety rules. Girl taking order was soooo rude. She even swear On one customer but Manager took no responsibility or action of this incident and just turns back. So disappointed by their customer service.
