I just do not like the food there. The only notable thing about A&W is their root beer

Saw a person struggling with a bad drug addiction drool all over the counter while making an order (it was A LOT) the person working the til clearly saw and didn't do anything about it, which I don't blame her. But the next person ordering put her purse all over the puddle of saliva on the counter. I was so grossed out, couldn't even take a bite of my burger. Will never come back to this location, couldn't pay me to eat here.

I went to the drive-thru window and waited 15 minutes. They refused my money cause a corner of my bill was missing serial number intact. The lady told me to go elsewhere…. What customer service?

This is an A&W with exceptional workers. There’s staff on the floor clearing and wiping tables, and the speed of the food coming out was wild, by the time I was done paying my food was already being put on the tray. Honestly made my feel my $30 was worth it. (I ordered a kids meal w/ onion rings, 2 bacon ranch wraps in a combo with root beer and fries as well as a baby burger w/cheese and added lettuce, mayo.mustard and pickles.)

I don’t understand how hard it is for a&w to just do there job like for real I went threw drivethru 3 different times because they can’t just simply give me my proper order I didn’t get 2 chicken wraps and it’s supposed to come with sauce and I don’t get any it’s basically dry and I didn’t get my oinion rings so I had to go back through. My food was also cold honestly not worth going back and I waited for such a long time and there was no one even around maybe hire more people because that’s kinda ridiculous

Ordered Diet Coke and got normal coke. This can be extremely dangerous for people with diabetes

Great place to gather and enjoy a burger, onion rings and Root beer prepared by a great team who works hard to keep the place safe and clean.
Their coupons make it very affordable to eat there every day.
