A&W Canada

A&W used to be a place that was far better than other fast food places. They are no better than McDs now- the fries are so undercooked they might as well just hand you a raw potatoe. Quality going down hill.

We weren't there for a meal, but the staff and setting created a beautifully, relaxed atmosphere.
We watched the B3 kings in the James Cowan theatre, it is very small and intimate with really comfortable seating. Highly recommend this venue.

Place is usually pretty good but this night our coffee wasn't good I'm not sure what brand this was but sorry. Not sure if the machine wasn't good or cleaned up or new coffee but it was pretty odd. Full coffee had to he tossed away sadly. Needed this coffee for our long night drive to keep awake for 3 hours welp. I suppose this is more a side note in hopes someone working there would see it and try to fix it up for others tonight

Quick stop for breakfast and coffee. They messed up the order, but made it right and were friendly.

The food is as you would expect. Service is alright and the store is pretty clean and spacious. I wish prices hadn't gone up but what can you do?

It was just after the dining room closed and because we where on bikes instead of cars they would not serve us in through the drive through

The Manager Jasmeen is very good. She's attitude is so nice & responsibility. I really appreciate her service.

Spacious and clean, lots of parking. Motivated crews: management, front counter, kitchen, and cleaning. My favorite A&W in the entire lower mainland. Fantastic service and tasty fresh food. Strongly recommend for A&W regulars. The manager Jasmeen made my day by going the extra mile with her friendly smile and awareness to customer needs! Bravo A&W store 0543!

Cleanest fast food restaurant in Maple Ridge, quality food, friendly crew and comfortable dining.

THESE 2 EMPLOYEES MADE ME SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 20 MINUTES WHILE THEY SWORE AT ME BECAUSE THE SENSOR DIDNT WORK THAN I CAUGHT THEM COMING OUT THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT AND GOT MAD AT ME BECAUSE I DIDNT SIT AT THE SPEAKER THEY WEREN'T ANSWERING. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. WORST MANAGER/SUPERVISOR I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. KARANJOT

Always such good food. Onion rings are great when the batter actually sticks and stats on the onion.

No pop at all and a sloppy excuse for a burger this time around. Not what we are used to here!

They make me feel special when they bring me my food to my table, we fine dining over here.

The worst experience i have ever had i bought a burger checkin chubby for 7.99 the size was same as 3.99 no test puting a peice of chicken with 2 bread you guys called burger my money get west not try again.

Lady was so rude to us last night, I worked in fast food it's hard but you still can't treat you gest with attitude and disrespect, we had gotten chicken strips ans a root beer the food was cold and the pops half filled and one of my friends got sick from the cold food, just a tip make sure your hiring people who can show some effort and respect

The orange juice is tasteless. They gave my kid orange coloured water instead of actual orange juice. They get our order wrong most of the time we go there.

Had a great experience this morning! Food was perfect, warm and fresh. Kassie helped us, and was super friendly and accommodating. She even brought our food to our table. Overall a great experience.

The food is especially greasy at the 228 street location. DO NOT put your drive- through bag on your lap or seat.
The staff are so RUDE, I could not believe it. It also took a long time to get my order.
