I dont mind eating at a&w i love the teen burger and the workers at the cache creek one are always nice. Except you can't really sit down to dine. Yummy there's one worker there I like more than the others. She's so pretty.

It's a very busy A&W but the washrooms are brutal. The worst in the area for stopping. The lines can be long and the food can take awhile.

One of worst shop that I visited. Never visit anymore. Ordered for a coffee and waited 15 minutes. The employee was not good and very rude in nature. When I ordered the coffee he murmured like why are you here, I don’t like to work. And the coffee which I got was also worse. I cannot call it a coffee. I lost my money and time. Thanks A&W for this kind of staff

They ignored me at the front counter, focusing on vehicles in the drive through. Didn't receive any service.

The Asian guy working the night shift here is the most unmotivated human being I've ever encountered in my life. Not going places with a poor attitude like that.

The worst customer service ever. Whoever it is at the counter did not say a single word until I go. I waited infront of him 5 minutes just for him to look at me. Asked for a stirrer stick and he directly left it in the dirty counter. If he is working in my institution he will be fired

Waited for 5 or so minutes to get served and there was no one else around. Not friendly. Food was slapped together into a mess. English muffin was soggy for some reason and it wasn't grease. Needless to say, what I ordered for breaky before work went right into the garbage.

Stopped here today so not impressed with the food. Had Bacon Ranch Chicken wraps. There was barely any ranch on them. And my med pop they couldn't be bothered to even fill the cup. It's so sad there there are ZERO places to eat in Cache Creek. I will not waste money here again
