Didn't really do much here. I joined another for a bite (of their combo) and ordered small coffee in a mug. Their $1 small coffee promo was over but it was alot of coffee so still worth the $2.
Service was okay, not outstanding. This location reasonably quiet so good for chatting.
I could give them 4 stars if they wiped their tables. Half the tables around me still had evidence that they were not wiped yet (food residue like salt or crumbs) while we were there. Knowing my companion who arrived before me, likely they wiped their table to sit at it rather than it being already wiped.

I went inside and ordered the food I wanted. Then I paid for my order. Then the staff prepared it and I took it home and ate it. It was food and I liked it.

This was the best A&W delivery of all time. My man handed out the single best lettuce wrapped teen burger of all time. Legendary status. Man should be manager.

Terrible experience!
This restaurant is listed as open 24 hours. Not the case!
I ordered with the app. Went to pick up my food as the app said it was ready. The door was locked, they looked open so i shook it again and it opened. I was immediately told they were closed! I said I’m here for pick up, she repeated we are closed! I said I ordered with the app for B and she said it had already been picked up. They gave it to someone else! I had to wait and argue to have my food remade, it took way longer. They did refund me for the issue but with much hesitation. Apparently it was not their fault and they had to keep telling me that. I understand issues happen but the app charged me for the order and I even gave it a few extra minutes so i wouldn’t have to wait. Leaving your customers out in the cold and not communicating is just bad customer service and bad business! If your not open, update your hours on google and the app!

A& W is great better than poison McDonald's now. Open 24 hrs this location too. City should be shot for construction mess out front no parking Skytrain construction.

Cambie and Broadway location, even though construction is going on all around the store it's clean the staff are fast courteous and efficient recommended 100%

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of fries and burger, considering it's almost midnight (its the only place open).

ANW is my favourite burger fast food chain.
This location is really super convenient Since it’s sandwiched between Broadway city hall sky train station and the bus stop I take to work the most also not too bad of quality all considering.
But be careful of construction, since right now they are still in progress on the street right in front of this place.
They work pretty fast so I don’t have to wait too long which is a really good thing because I have to catch a bus right next to there to get to work.

Exceptional A-and-dub experience. Still hot and delicious after carrying the bag around for ~10min. Right across from the skytrain!
