This place feels like I'm in India. The service is garbage. They ignore their customers, spend a year singing and another year on the phone, while I'm just standing here waiting for my coffee for more than 5 minutes. It's garbage service.

After finishing my meal, the coffee arrived. The service was really terrible.

Didnt know the mozza burger came without bacon or MOZZA…lol

went to this location and i wanted to pay w two different cards so i asked if i could pay a certain amount on one card and the girl goes “uhmmm no.pay in full”. Okay like i get it maybe its too much but ok

my main problem was how slow the food comes out just to be incomplete.why is there no mozzarella on a burger that literally has mozza in the name? Came home so sad i just wanted cheese

My mozzarella burger had NO mozzarella… and NO bacon…that’s crazy. The worker also said we couldn’t pay with 2 cards. SO inconvenient. The drive thru took way too long, as they usually do, for very mediocre food and bad service. I will not be coming back to this location again. Please don’t lie to customers about what’s in your burgers. It’s not nice…

Incomplete order and onion rings taste/feel like they need to replace the oil in their deep fryer. Sandwiches are decent though.

The breakfast is my favorite. Still short on servers? And the dining area still like pandemic layout.

Just bought 2 meal through the drive-through. The cashier handed me the drink with lid not closed properly and I as soon as I put in the cup holder in my car it opened up. Now I have to clean the front the seats of my car since they got stained by a sugary drink.
No apologies whatsoever. Reckless people.seriously.

Best fast food burgers around. Best apple pie too. Fries are good but their driks are too small and need ice!

Chubby chicken wasn't good.the staff is good however there is room for better customer service. The place can be cleaner and more appealing

After my trip to the adjacent Pizza Pizza several days ago, after eating the pizza, it was terrible! I thought I'd stop by A&W to have a nice cold glass of root beer, and be reminded what friendly customer service at a takeout restaurant was like! Thanks A&W St Edwards drive and to the two young guys that assisted me.

Popped in for breakfast on our way to the airport today. I always enjoy the A&W bacon, eggs and sausage. With toast and hash brown. With a little side of tomato. Eggs were a bit over cooked but still good. My wife enjoyed the pancakes and a side of bacon.

Very good A&W. This location is big enough to still have numerous tables available that are properly spaced for social distancing. Very clean location.

We used the drive thru around 1: 30 am because it’s open 24 hours. Only ordered poutine and fries. Staff was friendly.

I explicitly asked for the new frozen root beer but the staff didn't seem to know what I was talking about and gave me the regular one. I had to show them the product on my phone before they realized they don't have that product at this location, which should've been made clear to the customer when ordered. Recommend more training on product knowledge and food preparation for the staffs.

My son moved to Australia years ago. When he comes home for a visit, the first place he wants to go is A &W. Because you're close to the airport we always stop and my son enjoys his teen burger.

Taste is good, however presentation very bad, I can wrap this better at home. Get order wrong.staff doesn't communicate, have to keep asking what my order is.when order is "ready", drinks was missing.

I would love to connect to manager, i have videos of unprofessional service and would love to share timings as well, so that manager can see themself what i see or listen.

I really love A & W and this one is right in between my home and work but this location is often so rude and occasionally gets my order wrong. I don’t know if it’s because it’s right by loud road but I often have to clarify when I get to the till. I get that early mornings are tough and it’s easy to be grumpy but if you don’t like your job then do something else.

Love the beyond burger, and I love the fries specially when fresh, that's the best fries! Love it

Three days ago was my tenth or eleventh time visiting this month and more than half the time the freezer for the mugs are broken, what’s really going on?

Even though they were extremely busy the day I went. Customers waited for a very long time ordering/waiting for their food. The staff that day tried their very best to give good services to customers without any attitude.

We ordered beyond meat on drive thru.
Specially we asked to remove toppings from the burger and confirmed twice.
Still got wrong order and when I went inside the guy didn't even apologize and asked me to wait. He just gave cold burger and another employee on the backside was yelling in Punjabi language that make sure to get old burger which I even returned at very first moment while describing them the wrong burger.
Should at least learn some basic customer services skills. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

By far my worst experience at an A&W. Burger was incorrectly made twice, onion rings cold and the staff were not only unwelcoming but complete zombies.
$14.68 wasted but the good news is this establishment will never get my business again.

Nice comfortable location, with seating. I enjoy the breakfast at A&W. This location is clean and the service is fast, as per the same as other locations. Conveniently located on Bridgeport, if you're doing shopping for home renovations. I recommend A&W, and this location as well.

Food was fine, but i waited almost 15 minutes for one item (apple turnover) on my mobile order to be ready.

The food is good and the employees are fast and friendly. They sometimes seem understaffed such that the one employee working the front is running around doing various tasks at once or one after another.

This is the worst a&w. On three occasions now I’ve returned the burger because it was uneatable.

Once the patty was pink and the bun also pink and soggy. It also took almost 30 minutes. And two other occasions including the last where I could swear the bun was sitting on a wet counter. I almost gagged. For a 12 dollar freaking fast food burger I expect way more. Officially done with all A&W now all I think about is raw meat soggy ping burgers disgusting. Lean consistency. If you’re going to charge a stupid amount for food better make it amazing. Not sure if it’s clear here but that bun is full soggy wet.

Went to this location 6-7 times and food was consistent and what you would expect from this company.

No complaints and food was good.

Every time I come here, the staff are kind, the food is fresh and indoor dining is clean. Whenever I want a chubby chicken, I will come here to get it.

So disappointed. Ask for the new chicken sandwich. Got the old one. Got home open bag so mad didn't go back. Mad

I called really late around 10 pm and ask if there’s a fresh Raspberry Pie one of the lady who works there I think her name is Nav told me she can cook some fresh pie for me when I get there we also ordered a poutine and fries and she made it fresh again. Nav is Very friendly and polite

Ordered using the app 8min before arrival so they can have it ready, when I showed up guess what they didn’t even start my order, will not use again

Came in to order two mamma burgers with cheese. Person at the counter did not acknowledge me at all and kept taking drive through orders. Seven minutes later she acknowledged me and took another three minutes to take my order. Forgot the onions then would not fix the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A&W desperately need to retrain staff. Very incompetent.

The ladies that work at this location are absolutely amazing! They are so friendly and nice and make you want to return over and over.

Ordered 2 Mama burger combos no cheese. Drove back to hotel and noticed cheese on both burgers. Drove back and waited in the drive thru for two new mama burgers no cheese. Received two teen burgers that looked like they were tossed in to the bag. Work it out guys.

Very reliable and genuinely food and absolutely amazing staff. Harry was an amazing worker, very nice and all around solid.

Enter drive-through two minutes before some truck driver walked in to place an order. I was told it would be 5 to 6 minutes for a hash brown and apple turnover. So I wait, 10 minutes later the truck driver is walking out with his order and still no one has come out to deliver

I ordered a large coffee, the young caucasian girl took my order but did not make my coffee, instead she was talking or arguing with other staff and just let me wait for at least 5 minutes. There was no other customers there at the counter or drive thru.
She never greeted me nor said thank you.
Bad and unfriendly service!

Drive thru at 6: 15am on the first snowy day in Vancouver, the staff working at the time was super friendly and the food was surprisingly good despite the wee hour.

Best fast food burger of the chains. Grass fed beef and hand battered onion rings.mmmmmmmm! Use mobile bandit to get deals at this location and most other locations.

Sometimes the drive thru is slow because they don't ask the customer with bigger orders to park aside to let smaller order goes first.

Otherwise this place doesn't have problems.

I can only say that your service at this location is hugely disturbing/disappointing. We ordered 2 papa burgers, 1 diet coke, 1 poutine and 5 chicken strips with spicy sauce, as the staff confirmed so by the drive through. After we got home, there is only 1 burger with no spicy sauce, and we got a original coke. Lmao, your crews must be running high or drunk to get a order this wrong. It was around 9: 30 pm on Oct 17th.
Plus we paid 30+ bucks for this meal lol.

Ordered a double teen, with onion rings and a root beer.i was really disappointed the onion rings had no seasoning and where cold. The root beer was so low on syrup it just carbonated water. (not the first time it has been this way) I feel there is no excuse as I wan there at 530 PM DINNER TIME.

This is my regular place once a week. Little pricey without coupon but taste is as good as usual.

Onion rings have no seasoning at all. Bought the onion rings from drive thru, can't even add the seasoning myself.

When I get tired of eating sushi, I order here the double buddy with light mayo and no cheese x 2, fries and root beer! They have the cleanest men's washroom at this location.

Central location to business and theres always parking.

It’s spacious but quite busy for this location. Lots of parking in the large parkade. Good breakfast deals.

Waited 10 minutes for onion rings and they came out cold. How does that happen? Stale bun also.

Really great service, the food was good and they have a new/clean renovated place & washroom! Also they offered to serve the drinks in these cold glass mugs so thats a 10/10 for me!

First time in an A&W and it was the last day of my holiday! Would have eaten here more often if I had known it was that good.

Girl behind the counter was very nice. Food was nominal at best. French fries were the highlight.

Pretty good, but the burgers were a tad dry (mayonnaise content was lacking), and the fries tasted kinda off, but usually it's alright.

The food is good and although it sometimes seems like there isn’t enough staff, you get served pretty fast.

The drive through speaker not working well. I ordered a Beyond sausage and egger on english muffin. Not sure what happened but the beyond sausage was definitely over cooked or had been sitting under a heat lamp since 'beyond' time. I've always gotten the Beyond products at the Seafair location and theirs have never tasted like this. This is completely dried right out to border line crunchy.also only took a minute to have the sandwich ready. Was only watm, not hot. Cheese on the outside looks dried out too.

Recent Visit - Staffs are friendly and tables are clean. I give 5 starts this visit.

A&W Canada is awesome, unlike A&W USA which sucks sh_t. Great food, real sugar Root beer. I have to come everytime I visit Canada.

Good listening skills. Accommodating. Delicious breakfast. Transit accessible by bus. Clean place, fresh. Coffee was very good. Served in washable cups! Wheelchair accessible up to the table and washroom.
