Stopped by on an our way from a long road trip and the staff is so disorganized. The lady at the front was so miserable and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Canada. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Canada. Highly recommend!

Had a coffee and sausage & egger, the young man that served me was excellent - got coffee right away, sandwich was delivered to table 2-3 minutes later

Drive thru - so quick and to the point. Usually many fast food joints ask customers to wait in parking area and staff will get it to customers but not this one. Right there n then, pay and take the order.

Ordered a side of gravy and what I received was not enough to fill a spoon. It was also cold.

I don't understand how this place messes up so often. 50% of the time when I order a burger without cheese I have to go back inside because it has cheese on it. Seriously annoying.

We haven't been to this location for awhile but tonight we had the best teen burger we had in years. Keep up the good work.

Sadly the front doors and bathrooms are kept locks due to homeless population in the area.

Love it! Yummy burgers, fries and onion rings. The washroom was clean (you have to ask the staff to hit a buzzer to unlock the bathroom door for you).

I visited about 9: 30 am July 21. One young woman was looking after the restaurant and the drive through. My wife and I placed our order and then I headed to the washroom. The washrooms are locked but the employee anticipated where I was going and buzzed the door open just as I got there. Service was good and polite. That is a very valuable employee!

Deserves less then a full star, all the tables where dirty, after i wasn't asked if i would l8ke my drink in a chilled cup as the next 4 orders were. I wont be coming bk to this one. The people preparing food are not wearing hair nets or gloves.

Best onion rings and the bathrooms were clean. There's a place to let your fur kids roam too.

Outstanding Service even gave me extra Ketchup and i didn't even get french. I visited 20 years ago and look forward to going back next time I get to visit Canada! P. S. I think my friends left my sunglasses at your establishment. Can you check the lost and found? They are Very distinct and have only one lens.

Moldy bun, obviously moldy, should not have made it to a customer. Maybe they think buns should be bluish green? Also did not answer the phone.

Ordered two uncle burgers, paid, then cashier tells me it will be atleast a fifteen minute wait after taking payment, then the manager said we cant do anything for making you wait, ended waiting over 30 minutes for our cold food. If i could rate this location -5/5 i would. Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Decent enough but the young fellow at the window could be a show more courtesy when dealing with people. Food was just ok. If you want good A&W keep driving to the sahalie location. Excellent food there.

Someone is playing with the gravy over there it's not original a&w.too much oil or some kind of spice.doesn't taste good after a couple bit nice try anyway

Food is fine, but they'll prioritize drive-thru customers to the point where you're waiting on orders that were made 10 minutes after you showed up.

If you come here, just take your car and don't go in.

Unlike other fast food outlets this one has people on the order speaker who actually speak fluent English. Good food fast service, and the order is usually correct!

Can not use washroom if you are not a customer. What? There are a lot of truckers on the way. Come on, you are also representing your city.

Quality = conformance to requirements.
Teen burger was awesome as expected. Window service was quick and friendly.

Been there a few times now, with family and for a quick guilt burger that the grandmother won't know about. Always been super happy with the quality of the ingredients and the customer service at this location.

It's what you expect out of fast food. This location has had good service and good food every time I've visited.

When outdoor and driv thru are the only options a mozza with root beer makes a winter covid day a little better.

Burgers are excellent fries could use a make over along the lines of McDonalds, and i would eat there all the time

Waited as a second in row about 15 minutes to get burned mama burgers. There was huge lineup right after us, thanks god we were just second car.

Absolute sh&t show. Ordered 25$ in food, they got it wrong. (didn't give us sweet fries) So we waited for them to cook the correct order. While waiting, I notified them they forgot to put seasoning salt on my onion rings. 5mins later they brought out the sweet fries and another order of rings, still no seasoning, and the lady was super rude. So I go back to the drive thru speaker, and explain that's there's no seasoning on the second order of rings. "there's a predetermined amount of seasoning that goes on rings, " she snips at me. (like predetermined to be zero? -i worked at A&W; I know.) So I ended up with a side of seasoning salt.

TLDR: they screwed up, were rude, and I had to go thru the drivethru twice to get my order correct and I STILL had to season it myself.total time, 20 minutes.

Food was fine and service was okay. The apple juice was so watered down I thought it WAS water on my first sip. Nope, it was worse- vaguely apple flavoured water. Gross.

Still not open for inside service. No washroom available. Drive through only. Staff nice though.

Pulled into the drive thru passed the sign out on the road that says open. Not open. Place closes rediculus early for being a fast food joint on the highway (we were there just after 8: 00. Maybe they should shut off the open sign and lights when they close early!

Very very slow drive through. Asked me to wait in the parking lot after payment. Helped 4 customers after me and gave their orders before me. After waiting 20 minutes i went in and asked for my order. When asked why it was late. Employee started yelling at me for ordering wrong trpe or burgers and saying we came at closing time. Very very rude employees. Worst customer service.

No seasoning on food. Food thrown in bag and all over the place and ice tea tasted funny, maybe machine needs cleaning.either way gross.

Its sure annoying when you have a limited time for lunch, order lunch for the guys at work and get back to work only to find out your order is not correct.especially when the window worker looked in the back and seemed to confirm it was all there.

Was sitting here for about 15 minutes trying to get some work done and was deciding what to have for lunch. Employee came along and was rude telling me that if I didn't order in 5 minutes I had to leave! That made my decision easy.went to Tim Hortons and won't be back! I travel through this area regularly and won't be back. A&W isn't great in any case so I'll just take my business elsewhere!

We stopped at the Kamloops location on our way home. Food was fresh, clean store, staff were very friendly and efficient.

I made a clear order and the workers were messed it up and they were very slow at getting it ready. Was not impressed with the service I got or with the food I got.

Food was fresh and tasty but the serving size this time for the sweet potato fries fell short, less than 12 fries pretty dissaponting when I told my husband he can share also the rings were so covered in seasoning salt we couldn't eat them if I hadn't taken out I would have went back for sure

My friend and I went in for breakfast. We placed our order then sat down to wait. We waited and waited. We noticed other people who had just came in sat down and received their orders. My friend went up to enquiries about our order. It was totally missed. The young lady was extremely nice, she apologized and promptly brought our order. She said because of the error she gave us an extra hashbrown at no cost. Kudos to her.

Quick service and really friendly staff! Drive thru was quick, so don't expect to be waiting for long.

*year later update. Went here with my family again to give them another chance. They had horrible service AGAIN! No smile, no thank you. Why are you in this business if you dont want to keep customers happy? The people in front of us walked out and told us they were being ignored. That shouldve clued us in. They would only give drive thru any service. We waited for our food for so long. When it finally came out they messed up 2 burgers. Overfilled one fries and underfilled another. Burgers were rock hard and burnt. Guess my 1 star still stands: (

No chicken fingers available, and the onion rings were so coated on salt/seasoning it was as if they were trying to hide the fact that they were old? Several of the tables were in need of a wipe down and the girl taking my order was running the drivethru at the same time which left the customer service to be desired. Luckily it was very quiet with respect to in restaurant customers.

When I payed for my order at the drive thru the employee working dropped the credit/debit machine when I finished paying. Instead of pulling the machine straight up the employee swung it up (machine is encased with metal) hitting my vehicle and leaving a nice mark in my driver door.

I contacted the manager working and notified them of the incident and wondering if there was anything they could do to fix this noticeable mark on my vehicle. I have followed up three times and each time an excuse. Now it’s been over nine weeks and still not even an apology.

Man up! Apologize at least! Will never purchase from this location again.

Ordered 2 teen burgers at drive thru, one with no sauce or pickles. I get home and one has no sauce or pickles like I ordered and the other has no sauce, pickles, lettuce or tomato. Not impressed

Place was dead but service was below average. No excuse when there is 5 staff and no other customers to get no help from staff

Bad service, bathrooms falling apart. I had 3 special needs kids all under 9 and they refused to bring our order to us. 60$ I might as well have sat down at a restaurant for the extra 10$.

The place should now be called Awesome & Wonderful with the now available Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich and burger. Both are better than anything McDonald’s has to offer.

Our go-to stop before and after a road trip from Vancouver. Great customer service! I absolutely love the beyond burger.
