Place was nice and clean, good location staff was okay, eggs were a bit runny And they forgot my hash brown And they forgot my hash brown

The store dine in was totally messed up, garbage was literally full. Crews are just talking even no customer at all wherein they can clean the lobby.

This is Canada's representative hamburger restaurant.
Personally, I think Korean hamburgers taste better.

Tried to come in 20 minutes before the dining room closed, it was already locked early. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes before they answered. Was then told they only had regular fries and couldn't make all day breakfast sandwiches. Was quite rude about it and refused to make anything but normal fries and burgers. Not sure why because McDonald's right beside it had no problem making the same things.

Guy doing the night shift was lazy and rude.

Everything must be made in batches ahead of time and then sits until ordered? Cold onion rings are disgusting! Burger was ok but cold.
I have tried this place twice and both times the food has been cold…. Really bad! I won’t be back.

Went here on Sunday to get some food and a coffee. I ended up ordering one of their cold brews with sweet cream. I got my food really quickly, however after 10 minutes of waiting I still did not have the coffee. I asked one of the employees who told me that the cold brew takes time, and I can order something else if I’d like, or I could wait. When I asked how much longer it would take, she didn’t answer. Two of the employees then got into a verbal argument. After 15 minutes of waiting, I asked for a refund because it was unclear if I would get the coffee at all. Overall the food was good, but the customer service was pretty horrific, and I’d avoid ordering cold brew coffee here unless you have 20+ minutes to wait.

They’re supposed to be open till 2am but if you get there at 1: 40am they won’t service you, for a fast food chain this is very inconvenient

The burgers were good and the fries were hot. Needed a bit of attention in the dining room.

Not good at all ordered a blt chicken sandwich and they only put one measly strip on my sandwich wow cheap and stingy much this a&w workers here! =/

I order the same thing all the time. A very very simple baby burger with cheese. Literally cheese meat ketchup bun and I always clarify before I pay for my order. Unfortunately every once in a while the window person refuses to listen to my order. I've worked in fast food, I've worked drive thrus. Getting home and realizing they put mustard on both burgers even after double checking my order is really frustrating.

Visited this A&W 3 times during the week I was near Squamish. Friendly service and good food each visit.

I was sooo exited for a new frozen lemonade for a hot summer day.
They have frozen mugs for the drink but they don’t serve frozen lemonade with frozen mug. I asked for it and they said “We don’t do that” Only for the regular drink.but why?

So I asked if I can change my drink and have refund for the difference after I paid but I was told that They can’t do that… Why?

This is a only fast food restaurant that I can’t change my order when I order over the counter.

Dirty and not being cared.
I was there about 30min and drink paddle on the floor was so clear to see from the cashier but never bothered by the staff.
Same to the garbage.

Owner needs to have more employees to keep the store cleaner and better service.
But I also saw “don’t care” employee.

Perhaps some the most unfriendly. And surly people in the fast food industry. No hi how are you, no please or thank you no smiles, just plain surliness.

A classic example of what not to do in the service industry

Charged. 35c for extra pickles, while many other locations don’t charge at all… silly, but kind of unpleasant when I’m getting extra pickles for free literally at every other A&W….

Place doesn’t even carry A&W root beer or cream soda. Ordered a coke and they served it without ice. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Food took forever staff was not friendly -execpt the person who brought the good out was nice. My burger was ok but my fathers burger he said tasted old and spongy and off. He then ended up throwing up not long after! Bad burger for sure. What a terrible location

I ordered beyond meat burger but patty of my burger was really cold and it taste so awful …really disappointed.and even the girl who was making sandwiches had no gloves on and no hair net. Really disappointed

Well, a but disappointed that this A&W didn't have the original root beer float!
The cashier cared less about it!

A regular burger joint. Sub par decor. Food is as burgers go, nothing to complain. Tried the poutine for the first time. Staff were patient and efficient behind the counter. But tables could do with a clean. Plenty of car parking space in local shopping precinct so it's convenient. Great views of the snow capped mountains from the large windows.

3 staff at the register with their hands crossed and not doing anything. No acknowledgment, no thank you. Almost every table hadn’t been cleaned, had to ask for a booth to be cleaned. Not impressed.

Decided to try their milkshake since I really liked the rootbeer milkshakes they had years ago but these sucked for lack of better words. It was shown in the menu picture that they have whipped cream and cherry on top which we didn’t get and in replace it was barely filled up more than halfway. Chunks of crunchy ice blended in which I have never in my life have have experienced a milkshake made that way. It was gross and fake tasting. I feel like money money was wasted as I couldn’t even drink it.

It was very hard to understand what the server was saying, and the menu display goes away to show advertising which makes the experience even more complicated. Items added to the order we're not easy to read. Extra items were added and it was so confusing. Food was decent but pricey for what it was.

Standard A&W.
It was in convenient location as it is on the way to Squamish, so if you are going skiing, hiking or any activity up there, it is great pit stop. Also coffee is $1 for some time now.
