I really enjoy this restaurant. They're always improving their menu, the food is fresh and tasty and the staff are patient and accommodating. One staff member in particular named Stephanie is always creating a fun atmosphere and is the type of person that can solve any issue.

Typical fast food restaurant. Fairly clean. Small outside patio area. Burgers are a bit more tasty as they are cooked in-house rather than microwaved as in some other restaurants that start with Mc. But because they cook their own patties, service can get slow when busy. Staff are very friendly. All in all, a nice change from the usual burger joints.

On a side note, I am a beef guy, but I have to admit that the beyond burger with cheese is simply outstanding.

We believe in food safety at A&W, as well the taste. Although it decor is not attractive, but it's good enough for a fast food restaurant.

If you are craving for poutine and want something quick, try the one here. It comes with the squeaky cheese curds and gravy. Not going to blow your mind but it is decent for a fix.

Food is as expected but the general atmosphere is not very nice. Its just not well located and its parking lot is very crowded and annoying. However, staff is very kind and welcoming, and the restaurant itself is well taken care of

Didn't accept my valid coupon. Poutine had way too much gravy. The paper box they serve it in and the paper fork make the poutine unbearable.

I ordered my food from the A&W app. Selected the seafair store which is closest to my house and chose the delivery option it provided. I anticipate receiving my lunch for 20 min only to get an email that they cancelled my order and I’ll get a refund in 3-5 days. So I call the store to learn why this happened only to be told that they don’t do delivery. So why did it allow me to order delivery from them if it’s not available? Why did it show that they were preparing my food and then they cancel my order after 20 min? Very disappointed that this happened and I won’t be returning to this store.

1. Disgusting restroom
2. Frequently blocked off half the restaurant so you cannot access the rest room a whole hour before closing.

3. Manager refused to accept a coupon that had a partial rip, a one centremeter corner they was ripped off, unfortunately also partially ripped part of the barcode off.

I was not in the mood to drive all the way home to grab the partially ripped part of the flyer especially when there was a blizzard at the time!

This is poor design on the marketing side, printing barcode too close to the seam of the flyer. Half of the coupons have barcode on left side, this increases the chance of a tear.

The biggest issue is that the manager couldnt do a one time overide even when I presented the coupon and explained that they use to be able to do an overide but can no longer do so in such cases.

What's the point of having a useless manager that has no authority to overide such a trivial issue?

Ive seen managers punch in an override many times without the coupon. I know it can be done.

I asked the manager to go find a working barcode from another coupon or a booklet that hasn't been ripped, and he said he didn't have any. Again, this is a manager that could not solve simple problems.

Knowing that such issue is a common occurrence, one would have at the least have a working flyer in the store in case such scenarios occurred.

I could only imagine how many angry customers were turned around by this manager that couldn't do anything.

This was the first time I've had such terrible experience.

Might as well not have a manager then!

Edit: Marketing Team realized their mistake in printing barcodes close to the seam +1 star.

New issue:

Seafair location shuts down at 8pm on Sunday! This is way too early! There's a lineup at 7: 50 pm! Needs to be open till 830p or 9pm like rest of the week!

Clearly too much Demand to shutdown that early!

District managers need to check in with their sales numbers to make adjustments to hours of operations!

The BEST onion rings I ever had! Mild, juicy, and sweet. A hidden jem.
The staff are friendly. Table and chairs not clean or in good condition. Bathroom out of service. Still a good place to order pickup.

Onion rings are on point here. Chubby Chicken and Teen Burger are best bang for buck! This location is also quite spacious with efficient service. There’s something about an A&W root beer that is forever nostalgic and refreshing. Prices definitely have gone up though so I usually only come here if I have coupons.

Quality, tasty and freshly made classic fast food staples in a convenient location with great, friendly service! I would say the burgers are better than most restaurants at half the price. My favorite is the grass fed uncle burger and their natural root beer.

Staff are always friendly and smiley. Emotional labour is not for everyone. The atmosphere based on teamwork built at this A&W is as authentic as the hamburger with fried mushrooms and onion rings. Old School, bold-school.

Took Mom here. It was great. She loved the teen burger the fries It's got that old school charm. I hope they don't change it. Staff was very pleasant as well starting to see more wisdom and hanging out in the suburbs. I find downtown Vancouver, so dangerous as of late
