They've upgraded the place since i was last in there over 2 years ago, staff has changed too, much better.

This evening I ordered food for 2 kids and myself and not only did it cost $62 but my son vomited all over his bed at bedtime within an 1.5hr of consuming. There was an excessive amount of mayo on one of his wraps and he complained he didn’t like it but I pushed him to eat not thinking the food was bad but that he was just a kid being picky. All the food in his stomach was A&W and he is not ill from a flu or otherwise. I’m absolutely done with A&W as a company. The food is absolutely unaffordable and at this point, the quality is no better than their competitors.

Great Staff. I was there yesterday and asked for 2 extra Splenda sweetener. Today the lady remembered me and had the extra Splenda at the ready. I didn't have to ask for it. So nice to have someone thoughtful working there.

This place has the nerve to charge $18.35 for a mozza burger, onion rings and a shake then can't get your order right and gives you cold fries instead of onion rings. Every single time I come here the fries are cold! Spend and extra 7 bucks and get a 3 course steak dinner at the keg!

I get breakfast a couple times a week from the Langley 200th street location and my review is based on every one of my experiences there as not once have I had a bad experience. I have never had such a friendly, happy and professional interaction with any place I been. Thank you.

Let's open with this.they ran out of Root Beer.let that soak in a moment, A&W ran out of Root Beer.
Poor Customer service. Took three times to get my 8 year old Daugters Buddy Burger (kinda) right.

Don't be a me, A&W is awesome, just not THIS A&W, go out of your way to go someplace else. I know that I intend to, and I'm a local.

The drive through staff are on it! The food always tastes relatively fresh (for fast food), particularly at this location.

Arsh And Raj make this a go to location for me due to their positive attitude and professional service that stuff goes a long way and is less and less common today then before

Go to any other A&W pop machine is broken so they hand out canned pop. Loosing out on value with fountain.

A&W is the king of fast food. No other fast food place can provide the flavor and nutrition because they use quality ingredients.

Very disappointed.we bought burger and meal for our daughter.burger bun had mould on it.she ate it half and showed me when noticed that the bun had black spots on it which was mould.it is very compromising for our child’s health.staff should be aware of expiry material… very shameful

Awesome service! The person (Jayme) who took our order at the drive thru was so nice! They were patient while we made up our minds and seemed to really enjoy their job. We paid our food and it was ready immediately and was piping hot. Such a nice experience. I sure hope everyone who worked that day is getting paid well!

Always happy comes to eat here, no matter morning, afternoon or late night. Staff are friendly, food is good and fresh.

The young short indian girl who always is wearing the same blue jeans and who usually works night shift doesn’t have a brain. I go through the drive through somewhat frequently because i work night shift at my job and theres nothing open at that time. She tries to talk to me in punjabi and says “you come here like everyday do you really like a&w that much” in a very rude and insulting way. This was obviously an insult as after i gave my answer that “theres nothing else open at this time”, she gave me a dirty look and walked away from the drive through window. I don’t know why you would say that to a customer regardless but she really needs to change the way she thinks and get a brain. Needless to say i will either go to McDonalds or Tim hortons across the street from now on until she inevitably gets fired.

Was very impressed with the cleaning of the tables. It sounds funny. But not only are many fast food places disgusting and dirty but the children's high chairs are very nasty and seldom cleaned. Seems like the manager here cares about a clean environment. Which is good.they had a staff member constantly cleaning the tables, high chairs and the dining area.

Outstanding Keto lettuce-wrapped burgers! I wish the USA A&W chain would offer this option.

I was so tired and hungry so i choose to go this A&w instead of MC’D but service was so poor. I ordered combo with onion rings but they gave me fries. I didn’t argue about it. I will never go to this A&W for sure.

Food is good and that's why I keep going back.
Staff is nice. No issues.
