Stopped for lunch after some shopping. The Mama burger and fries were yummy! A and W is always a good place to stop for a quick burger

The best customer service ever. Hands down the best A&W location. Staff are so friendly, helpful, caring. And I never have had an issue with my order at this location. The overnight staff are amazing and I can trust to end my evenings with a friendly interaction and prompt service before I head home. I appreciate you guys! Went to get burgers with my son and what a 5 star service! Their frozen drink (dark chocolate) was really yummy and the lady even opened the door for us! I don't know any fast food restaurant does that nowadays, or ever! This is my new fav to go to for sure!

This A&W rocks! They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and the food is fresh and delicious. Chai tea is better than Starbucks, just tried it today. Super excited to see their new selection of drinks added to the menu.

I recently placed an order through Uber Eats for A&W, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. I ordered four burgers, and to my dismay, they arrived with practically nothing except for stale patties and pickles.

The first major issue was the quality of the burgers. It was clear that the patties had seen better days. They were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out for far too long. The lack of any other ingredients, such as lettuce, tomato, or condiments, made the burgers even less enjoyable.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the delivery time. I had to wait for over an hour for my order to arrive. By the time it did, I was starving and had high expectations for a satisfying meal. Unfortunately, those expectations were shattered when I opened the bag to find such subpar burgers.

I have ordered from A&W through Uber Eats in the past and had decent experiences, but this recent one was a letdown of epic proportions. The quality of the food and the lengthy wait time were unacceptable. I hope A&W and Uber Eats can take this feedback into consideration to improve their service in the future. This experience has left me hesitant to order from them again anytime soon.

Fresh food and very friendly staff!
They even cake around and checked on us while eating on and offered a selection of candy!

I would like to see a return to the portion sizes of the 1980's. Stop shrinking my burger!

For some reason the calculator in the A&W System is wrong.
Gave them a coupon of 2 Teen Burgers for $9.99.
The Girl at the Takeout Counter punched it in but it came at $10.60.
Very Odd but not her fault, it's the system which has got the wrong input

Really nice staff and fast service but one thing that got me was the iced coffee it all ice and that all I got 4 sips before it was gone.

I just ate here on my lunch break and had the best time. I used to supervise at A+W when I was younger and Ashveen exceeded my expectations in every way. She provided me recommendations, took my order correctly, delivered my food and came to do a quality check halfway through. She went above and beyond in her service to a standard that A+W training aspires to. Ashveen is going far in life. It's clear from the commitment in her work.

Really surprised of the customer service provided to me and my family. The associate came around and asked my family and other guests, “how was the food, temp, and flavours” I was also reminded the root beer has free refills and to enjoy the meal! Go A&W! Way to step up your game. I wonder if this is a new service standard in all your restaurants. The food was as expected. Thanks!

I am blown away completely at the service attitude of the people that work there. I decided to dine in, instead of taking the food to go.

I was asked about my food and whether I was satisfied with it. When I was finished eating, I was presented with wet wipes and mints.

Absolutely amazing that you would get this kind of service in a fast food restaurant.

I always love the food at A&W, but the prices have literally skyrocketed and are way more expensive than other fast food restaurants- I might as well go to an actual restaurant and get something slightly more expensive but much better quality- plus this A&W Location is super busy on weekends, waited over 25 minutes for food.but the food was still pretty good other than the fact that it was costly and took too long.

This is one the best location I went to the staff was very friendly and the food was good as well.

Went in to pick up my Uber order.
The person on reception (Faadumo) graciously apologized that my order was late (even when it was just couple of minutes) & offered me a glass of water while i waited. Food was tasty & fresh usual but it was the sweet interaction which made the experience special for me.
