Mona, she is a manager of A&w is very humble. She give respect to every customer. Her behavior is so good with eveyone

I was served today by a delightful lady, named Mona. I joined the queue, when customers mentioned it, captivated by her smile & friendly service. She stood out from all the other vendors at the food fare, so I felt that she deserved kudos. Thank you for this delightful employee.

The lady served me a burger with a cold patty they took it back and made another cold one. Finnaly she gave me a 3rd burger but it wasn't my order so I asked just to be reimbursed. She was visibly mad and I told her I didn't want to make her upset I just wasn't interested anymore she told be she was mad because other customers that were waiting. Unfortunately she didn't get it I was a customer waiting for a buger to.

Rudest ever. I just waited 5 minutes for someone to showup at the register so I can order and even when she come she was so rude and ignorant. It was like I was the cause of all the problems in her life. A & W train tour employees better

Waiting for over 10 minutes for my order and the following 5 people who have ordered after me get their food first. Half of which ordered the same burger get theirs first. The back end is extremely slow. I wasted a good chunk of my break waiting for them to catch up. This isn't the first time either. The location outside of the mall is so much better. Don't waste your time like I did. Go there instead.

Review for front order for 20th June and probably 11: 15 am.
There was no one to take the order on front, they were chit chatting at the back.after ringing the bell for 2-3 times someone showed up, someone on my front was picking up her order, she asked for a bag, and the front counter attendant gave such a look full of attitude, she is just asking for the bag man, be polite. Thats why people mostly avoilf a & w 's because of these kinds of services that they provide.one advice, if you don't like the job, don't come to the job, food court requires patience, if you don't have it find some other job girl.

Love the papa burger without cheese. They have the best onion rings when made fresh. Wash it down with that classic root beer.

Worst service ever! Not only is this THE slowest A&W I've ever been to but I've seen them straight up ignore customers. Avoid this location and go to the one across from the mall, you'll be happy you did.

Took 15 minutes to give me my chubby chicken meal.food was gross and my iced tea was mixed with coke.the lady said u want coke? When she half filled it up already and i was no i want iced tea so she just added iced tea to the coke. Awful. Threw the food out. 13 bucks gone and a customer gone for life will never eat at a A and W ever again.

Best A&W I have been at. Gursimran was showing love with amazing customer service very courteous andkind. This girl really deserves raise at her job.
