Terrible staff They are so miserable and unhappy nobody is forcing you to work there go find happiness

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly (Oct/23/23, at 1440! She had a really good smile:)

They are just amazing. You can't even get the food hot when they are starting lunch service or right. How do these people even function when they can't do a job simpler than they are & they think that they deserve more than minimum wage.

Just popped in this am first time.

The washroom was the worst thing I saw here. Unclean and messy. Staff is unfriendly, inattentive and always talking among themselves. Need to learn customer service. Please avoid going here after dark as it feels uncomfortable to sit with rude staff and bad smell.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Staff are barely functional and the hygiene of the seating area is truly a disgusting spectacle to behold.

I had to wipe my own table down and the residue that came off the table was sickening. They clearly haven't wiped the tables in DAYS.

If it is too much work for the staff to clean tables and sweep the floor then how do you think they treat their kitchen?

A bit of a mess as the cashier was sorting through sauces while taking orders, the first door says to use the other door then the other door says to use the other door, so had to go back to the first door. Confusing. The surrounding location isn’t too great since it’s at the skytrain station; Lots of people hanging out and smoking right outside. The food is pretty consistent though, I usually get the beyond meat burger with sweet potato fries. No complaints there, except the sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries is a bit too smoky for my taste. It’s unfortunate cause I love a good chipotle mayo to dip my sweet potato fries in.

This place service is so bad. I ordered poutine and chicken wrap in the morning. First of all they didn’t gave me the wrap I was in hurry I didn’t realised. Once I reached home I tried calling them asking for missing item they didnt respond plus the poutine just had 4 fries and whole bowl of gravy. Later on I connected with them on phone the supervisor was rude saying we can’t do that. We gave poutine according to the standards like you give just 4 fries? They didnt even agreed to replace or refund it.

This is the second time I have went in this location for a poutine and all I got was a box of gravy there was literally 4 fries in there!
Update: Jan 17th (morning)
Apparently if your a paying black male customer the toilet is out of order but if you are a a woman of the same background as them, non paying customer, 2 min after the man asked the toilet is all of a sudden working!?

This place is horrible how dare you deny this man that bathroom!

Food and service is alright. The place needs frequent cleaning. Napkin dispensers are empty, tables usually aren't wiped.
